Chez Hibou stands out for its refined flavours, excellent service and serene ambience. Good portions, amazingly tasty food and drinks, all made with quality ingredients. We are definitely coming back 🌺

30/09/2026: decided to go try this one for takeaway just because I was in the area and I’m so glad I did! the man who served me (the owner I think) was so sweet and even gave me some free things to try! food is really yummy so I’ll definitely be coming back!

21/09/2026: I came here because I wanted to have lunch near Lyon Station, and it was so delicious! The owner was so kind, and the food was so good that I ate everything. It felt like eating a home-cooked meal for the first time in a long while!! I recommend it 💗💗 Also, it's great value for money, so I was able to eat until I was full for 9 euros haha

09/10/2026: A little hidden gem of a restaurant in the 13th arrondissement where the owners seem to be Chinese, but they do their job well! The sashimi is fresh, and I was even offered a salmon nigiri. I ordered the P menu (sashimi + 5 skewers + rice + soup + salad). The skewers were piping hot and absolutely delicious. The spring rolls were perfectly crispy and tasty. The staff is very welcoming and always gives extra touches. I give it a 9/10 👏🏻💕

The gyozas were excellent, incredibly delicate 👌 Such great value for money is rare in Paris.
The service was also very welcoming 😊

We ordered the eggplant, the spicy shrimp, and the mapo tofu—everything was divine!
And the price was affordable!
The manager was also very friendly.
In short, I recommend it 100%!
26/08/2026: The restaurant was undergoing renovations, and we were eagerly awaiting its reopening. The menu has diversified to offer something for everyone, but the signature Szechuan dishes are still there to tantalize even the most discerning palates. The fried eggplant and the cumin-spiced cuttlefish are truly unique!

It had been a very long time since we'd enjoyed a meal so much in a Chinese restaurant. All this for a very reasonable price.
22/09/2026: While staying at the hotel, I went to the restaurant on September 21st around 7:15 pm to eat in. The waitress was very welcoming, and the vegetable chop suey was excellent value for money. Thank you.
