15/08/2024: This is the 2nd time that we have stopped at Ustaria a di in Rota on the Mare a Mare Nord. Very warm welcome, there is everything you need to accommodate hikers. The place is friendly, the inhabitants of the village meet there in the evening, and in particular on Friday evening when the pizza chef comes on stage and starts the pizza evening!!! It is unique and the pizzas delicious!!! Well done to Paul Ceccaldi and his entire team. We recommend this friendly place to everyone. François and Chantal

24/04/2026: If you want to stay surrounded by nature, far from any city, this is the perfect place. The hotel is situated in a wonderfully peaceful mountain location. The rooms are exceptionally clean and cleaned daily. I highly recommend the dinner served in the restaurant. The food and drinks are sourced from local producers. The quality and taste are truly impressive. The breakfast selection is ample, and quality is clearly a priority here as well. The friendly family who runs the hotel creates a welcoming, family atmosphere.

20/04/2026: The only place open in town for dinner, three of us decide to order lamb ribs with a side dish from the menu. They're good, but two each for €26 seems way overpriced. I point this out to the owner, who justifies herself by saying that their meat costs €28 per kilo... definitely the last time she'll see us. Terrible choice!!!

24/06/2024: Nous avons mangé midi et soir pendant 3 jours car nous étions à l’hôtel. Bonne cuisine, tous les plats sont très bien présentés. Le prix est toutefois très élevé. Certes le cadre est incroyable, mais quand même ! A faire au moins une fois.

Un lieu raffiné, tout est soigné ; une décoration avec goût ( un intérieur qui dénote avec tout ce qu'on a pu voir depuis notre périple.. ) des serveurs avenants, avec beaucoup d'humour. Et ...... enfin , des apéros avec possibilité de planches !!!!! Tellement rare , quand on s'attable.... nous trouvions le prix un peu élevé mais quel bonheur de tomber enfin sur des produits locaux et de qualité ! Ça change du supermarché du coin..... alors si vous cherchez du raffiné, de la qualité.... allez y , c'est incontestablement au bien assis que vous trouverez de l'exception !!!!
