01/09/2024: Great place, very nice, friendly and funny waitress. Cocktail a little expensive but really incredible.

01/09/2024: "Wine" bar = 3 glasses of wine by the glass..., wine without much interest, nice terrace, OK service but tolerance towards passing musicians to be reviewed urgently.

04/05/2024: Repas du midi avec notre petite fille, entre apéritif et prise des commandes nous avons attendu 45 minutes afin de de voir arriver nos plats. Pourquoi demander la cuisson si elle n'est pas respectée (hamburger), pourquoi faire cuire à outrance du saumon si c'est pour le rendre sec et quasiment immangeable. Si je veux manger du tataki de boeuf tendre, je pense que je prendrai un morceau chez mon boucher. Du moment où nous avons reçu nos plats à celui où j'ai du me lever pour demander l'addition car ma petite fille reprenait ses cours nous n'avons plus vu personne. Je ne pense pas que le service soit le point fort de l'établissement, la cuisson des aliments non plus. J'espère que ce ne sont pas les travaux de la place Charles de Gaulle qui les perturbent. En tout état de cause nous ne reviendrons plus dans ce restaurant.

24/06/2024: THIEVES! To flee. We were advised by a superb waiter who received excellent sales training! We were kindly recommended a fish, the price of which they failed to tell us. It was when the bill arrived that we had the very unpleasant surprise of the price.

13/07/2024: I came to the restaurant for pizza, upon arrival the waiter said that they didn't have it. Everything is only French, the staff does not speak English. Definitely not recommended for tourists.

26/06/2024: There were 5 of us arriving to eat, no one to welcome us, then we waited 10 minutes before they came to see us. All this because the manager was playing cards To flee

16/09/2024: A small, cozy bar with a super friendly waiter! The Aperol Spritz was excellently mixed, but the absolute highlight was the Capo Spritz - the best we drank in our two weeks in Corsica. Definitely an insider tip!

07/09/2024: Quickly installed, quickly left 2 p.m. is no longer the time to come and drink coffee. We were invited to drink it elsewhere. But with pleasure elsewhere we were much better received!

03/09/2024: Pizzeria semplice, servizio lento, pizza molto sottile, un po' bruciata, con mozzarella non di prima qualita' e un po' indigesta.

22/09/2024: **Disappointing Service and Billing Errors** We recently dined at this restaurant and, unfortunately, our experience was far from ideal. We ordered three beers, but to our surprise, we were served four. Instead of being charged for five pizzas, we found ourselves billed for six. The restaurant offers four types of beers, with three priced at €6 and one at €13. We specifically ordered draft beer, but the waiter brought us the most expensive one, priced at €13, without informing us of the switch. While the food was decent, the constant mistakes in our order and the lack of transparency regarding the beer left a negative impression. Be sure to double-check your bill if you visit this place! 01/09/2024: Sono stato in questa brasserie vista mare per ammirare il famosa tramonto sulle isole Sanguinarie, o meglio avremmo voluto godercelo seduti e bevendo un coktail fresco. Location amena, servizio piuttosto scortese. Avevamo prenotato un tavolo vista tramonto, cosa garantitaci al telefono. Arrivati siamo stati piazzati in un tavolo defilato, e non volendo cenare, ma semplicemente sorseggiare un cocktail, siamo stati sollecitati a bere in fretta per liberare il tavolo. Pessima esperienza da non ripetere.

29/08/2024: Il faut marcher une bonne dizaine de minutes pour rejoindre la brasserie à la pointe de la parata pour admirer le coucher de soleil. Prévoir une lampe pour le retour après avoir dîner. Accueil sympathique. Service rapide malgré l’affluence. Moules / frites correctes et entrecôte / frites tendre et généreuse. Bon rapport qualité prix.

01/09/2024: Sono stato in questo ameno ristorantino situato in una delle calette a nord di Ajaccio alla ricerca di un posto ove pranzare. Location incantevole, direttamente sul mare di una baia dall'acqua cristallina e piena di pesci. Personale molto accogliente, la proprietaria ci ha assegnato un tavolo affacciato sulla baia, e servizio rapido. Abbiamo assaggiato le loro linguine alle vongole (palourdes), molto saporite e evidentemente fresche, con pomodorini freschi e pepe. Prezzi nella media per i ristoranti corsi. Da provare.

24/08/2024: je ne sais pas quel courant est passé ou pas quand je vois les derniers avis négatifs … pour notre part, équipe aux petits soins pour notre grande tablée du midi de cette fin aout : accueil, réactivité, pizzas proposées sans qu’on le demande en indiquant juste que ce serait un peu long, échange sympa avec nos ados, les prix ont un peu augmenté mais comme partout et il y a le cadre. Je remets donc un avis sur ce restau. Et une nouvelle fois c’était très sympa.

31/08/2024: Visiting to enjoy an ice cream on the port. The ice cream arrived with a piece of plastic in the cup, well hidden in the vanilla ice cream. No apology from the boss, no commercial gesture. I will never set foot there again. I thank the young man who apologized when paying.

07/09/2024: Malgré une vue magnifique et un bon accueil, nous ne reviendrons pas à la Paillote. Les tarifs sont très élevés par rapport à la saveur et la qualité des produits servis. Dommage!

05/09/2024: Un endroit magnifique bord de mer. Une cuisine succulente. Une équipe adorable. Un petit coin de paradis. Une adresse à ne surtout pas manquer.

18/08/2024: Three of us came in the evening without having booked and we were welcomed kindly. We ordered tripe, a shepherd's omelette and a steak tartare and all that for €90. It's expensive for a single omelette and probably industrial tripe. However, the steak tartare was accompanied by a salad and homemade fries and was pleasantly appreciated. The servers are still smiling and the festive atmosphere of the accordionist was friendly. To conclude, this restaurant meets all the criteria of a good tourist trap.

24/07/2024: Way too expensive for what they offer!!! Salmon steak / mash 25th, more mash and instead of frozen fries, for me scallop risotto 29th, the risotto had no taste!!!! Children's menu 15e for water syrup, frozen fries and water ice cream... Positive point, the view is pretty and your feet in the sand.

19/07/2024: 15min wait, 3 waiters, none able to come and take our order even though they saw us, no one at the bar at 6:30 p.m. So we left, we knew better…
