15/08/2024: This is the 2nd time that we have stopped at Ustaria a di in Rota on the Mare a Mare Nord. Very warm welcome, there is everything you need to accommodate hikers. The place is friendly, the inhabitants of the village meet there in the evening, and in particular on Friday evening when the pizza chef comes on stage and starts the pizza evening!!! It is unique and the pizzas delicious!!! Well done to Paul Ceccaldi and his entire team. We recommend this friendly place to everyone. François and Chantal

28/08/2024: Si vous chercher à vous ressourcer en pleine nature lors d’un séjour en Corse, cette auberge est faite pour vous Rien d’extravagant, rien de superflu, mais le nécessaire pour une douce nuit. Le balcon offrant une vue dégagée sur la haute corse est un atout non négligeable Notre seule retenue est probablement l’absence de climatisation dans la chambre, mais cela est compensée par la gentillesse des hôtes

13/10/2025: An extremely disappointing and concerning experience with this customer. We took the time to process several orders with seriousness, rigor, and responsiveness, as we do for all our customers. However, these orders were refused delivery without any explanation, causing us considerable expense and wasted time. The most serious aspect remains the attitude adopted by this customer: during a telephone conversation, he made explicit verbal threats, even wishing for the death of our employee. These comments are unacceptable, shocking, and deeply disrespectful. We wish to report this incident to prevent other companies from having to endure similar behavior. A customer to absolutely avoid.

24/06/2024: Nous avons mangé midi et soir pendant 3 jours car nous étions à l’hôtel. Bonne cuisine, tous les plats sont très bien présentés. Le prix est toutefois très élevé. Certes le cadre est incroyable, mais quand même ! A faire au moins une fois.
