We received an age-related discount, but two staff members gave us the impression that it influenced their attitude: no smiles, one waitress avoiding us, we almost felt like we were bothering them. The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. We ordered a Cherry Coke, but without warning, we were served a Coke with syrup. We were offered ketchup, which we never received despite asking again. We finally had to go get it ourselves. Good food, unfortunately spoiled by service that made us feel unwelcome.

I thought that a customer who makes the effort to come and buy something at this bar was entitled to at least a greeting in response to mine, but apparently that wasn't the case with the woman at the till who completely ignored me, acting as if I didn't exist. Appalling service, avoid at all costs

When I sent my meat back to the kitchen, the waitress brought my plate back because the cook disagreed with me. Poor value for money.
