21/09/2024: Such a long wait! Dishes with 3 pieces of ham, more crust than pizza, the cream I'm still looking for... it's a shame it looked nice but hey if you have so many tables it's to know how to serve them. Do you want desserts? Yes...the waitress never came.
20/09/2024: The dough on my pizza was good but the rest had no taste, in addition to having an order error and having to wait a really long time before being served. I don't recommend.

09/12/2024: Je suis très déçu de l'attitude des managers de ce
McDonald's, notamment en ce qui concerne la manière dont ils s'adressent à leurs employés. (La personne est nommée Marie) j'ai été témoin de comportements inacceptables envers les employés qui a été traitée de façon extrêmement désagréable et irrespectueuse. Il est inadmissible qu'une personne, quelle que soit sa position, soit traitée de cette manière dans un environnement de travail.
J'espère que la direction prendra sérieusement en considération ce problème et réfléchira à la gestion de ses équipes. Il serait peut-être nécessaire de réévaluer les méthodes de gestion et la manière dont certains managers communiquent avec leur employés.

06/10/2024: It was a Saturday the snack in my case was a pizza with thick dough I could only eat the center the edge was too hard, my neighbor at the table had the same problem with a sandwich which was hard and he had the chance to see him change. And when we report it to the staff we really feel like we're bothering them.
It's perhaps the best baguette of the two Sèvres but personally I haven't bought one

2 - For €35, we barely get a meal that's 50% oxygen?
3 - Yes, the bag arrived sealed, and yes, the photos were taken when we unpacked the order.
4 - Seriously, change the cup holders.
I admit I'd like to drink more Coke than the carton.
09/12/2025: The little wraps have no sauce inside... and we ordered a children's menu with apples that are inedible, they've gone bad and smell rotten, the date is good but the cold chain was not respected.

Very unpleasant welcome, we reserved for a group of 14 people but obviously we were disturbing (we would have preferred that they refused the reservation).
The waitresses huff, roll their eyes...
In total they had 22 seats for lunch including us!!!!
And when we ask for an expense report...that's the sentence, the waitress deliberately makes us an unpleasant comment!!
The dishes were correct but disconcertingly simple.
Exaggerated prices for the dishes offered.

07/12/2025: A 0/5 rating doesn't exist, and that's a real shame... We were refused service at the table 5 minutes before closing time and told to go to the drive-thru. The friendliness was ZERO.
We headed to the drive-thru, there were two cars ahead of us, and we waited 25 minutes...
Once again, the friendliness was NON-EXISTENT. No "Hello," no "please," no "thank you." I think basic courtesy doesn't exist at McDonald's...
And to top it all off, the fries I didn't eat because they looked like they'd been cooked hours ago, no sauce was offered, so none was served, and the drink was disgusting.
In short, horrible service, disgusting food, horrendous wait time. I'm lucky I didn't get sick; I wasted 30 minutes and almost €20. McDonald's is FINISHED for me.
One last piece of advice: get bought out by Burger King. At least the food is better there and their staff recruitment is more professional. It's a SHAME!
03/12/2025: It's been several years since I last went to McDonald's. Big surprise: the cheapest meal costs 15 euros, which is the price of a roadside diner. Seriously, wake up, it's not worth going there anymore. The service was incredibly slow, the table service was acceptable, but the fries were cold and the burger was mediocre. The staff were friendly, I admit, which is why I'm giving it two stars. But still, at that price, I'm disappointed...

- products never available
- place in disrepair (condition of premises and hygiene)
- repeated errors
A little message for people who respond to reviews: it would be good to act before one of the unfortunate customers ends up with too much food poisoning. The hygiene of the place is deplorable and it is inevitable in these conditions.
I have received a full refund for my order since I contacted you on the site (which was absolutely not requested) and I see this as an admission on the part of the manager of his inability to take care of himself as he owes it to this place. It would be a good idea, rather than working at a loss by reimbursing products for which customers do not request reimbursement, to hire staff and train them, in particular in basic hygiene rules.

16/06/2024: Nous avons dû attendre 30 minutes pour avoir notre commande, en plus les frites pas cuites, les frites avec du bacon ,si il y en avait une dizaine dans la boite c était bien surtout quand on voit le prix que ça coûte je trouve sa abusé et je termine avec mon mc flury au coulis chocolat mms alors que j avait demandé coulis caramel 😡🤬 ce mc do est à fuir ne perdait pas votre temps et votre argent rien ne va dans celui ci next !!!!!

05/09/2024: Une cuisine succulente à base de produits frais et de sualité, un service efficace et attentionné, Et ce, dans une fourchette de prix très raisonnable.
Je recommande donc chaudement ce restaurant.
Pour ma part j’ai hâte d’y retourner !
02/09/2024: En hyper centre de Niort, un restaurant avec une agréable terrasse ouverte à l’étage. Dans l’assiette, c’est très bien aussi: excellent croque à la truffe, porc et poulpe très goûteux. Service efficace. Grosse connaissance sur le vin. Une adresse recommandée.

29/07/2024: En ces fortes chaleurs, j’ai commandé une grande salade avec du thon.
Bravo, l’énoncé est respecté : de la salade mal triée et un peu d’une boîte de thon sans saveur.
Pas de sauce.
Rien qui surprend ou qui relève.
Une assiette moche, toute plate, en deuil.
Seul son prix est épicé pour le contenu de l’assiette.
Quelle tristesse !

Il y a plein de légumes en ce moment qui ont du goût, des couleurs.
C’est quand même pas compliqué de faire bon avec des produits simples que nous produisons en local!!! Allez faire un tour sur le marché chez Prunier. Ils vont donneront des idées.

29/08/2024: Very good Coffee Shop. Being a regular, I was able to meet all the baristas at this Colombus who are all top notch.
The waiting time may sometimes seem long, but let's not forget that all drinks are made by hand in front of us. What they like. Which also means that you are served within 5 minutes (or less). Maximum 5min for 1 customer, if you are 3rd in line you might wait 15min. But the atmosphere of the place, the quality of the products and the kindness of the baristas are worth taking the time to go there. The sandwiches and muffins are also homemade the same morning, what a pleasure.
The welcome and customer relations are always great in my experience.
The team of 4 barsita are as professional as they are pleasant.
Today for example, a young blond barista with glasses served me, very respectful, there was a group of 4 people in front of me, I had my drink in less than 10 minutes. As there was no one behind me, the barista took the time to speak with me. I think the employees of this Columbus enjoy their work and enjoy customer contact. (I also highly recommend the cold brew caramel latte which is exquisite).
The young brunette barista knows the term "commercial gesture": a customer dropped his drink, the waitress kindly served him a new one.
The barista with green hair is incredibly kind and the tall dark-haired barista knows how to build customer loyalty like a boss.
Their last trainee who seems to have left was also very pleasant and was able to train very quickly!
Le colombus opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 7 p.m. on weekdays. I have already seen some people being refused when arriving just before closing, but as I explained when we can take 5 minutes per person, if we arrive at 6:55 p.m. and there are people in front of us, the barsita can only take one or two orders at max. (Not forgetting the too good to go who have already paid to have their baskets).
The location is great, in the city center, just above the cinema which allows you to relax after a day of shopping or while waiting for your movie to come ;)
The toilets are not accessible at the moment, after talking to the barsita the toilet was flushed... however public toilets are available in front of the colombus ;)
I am taking the time to write this comment because having looked at the reviews, I had the impression that some people were a little intransigent towards the employees of this company and that does not correspond to my daily experience. (Without wanting to contradict all experience, there are days with it and days without it...)
Don't hesitate to come, whether for a drink on the terrace with your friends or to work in a quiet place on your computer.
I highly recommend and hope you have the same experience as me.
(PS: it's raining today so the terrace is less desirable but it is very appreciable ;)
