We had to ask for the side dish... a shame, I've experienced better service... or maybe it's only for regulars?

20/03/2026: Between the Bistrot De la Charrette and now this one, honestly it's a disgrace. They must get their supplies from the same place because there's nothing there. Honestly, it's outrageous, I know the old owners very well, things have changed a lot.

28/03/2026: The starters were nicely presented, however the desserts were a bit dry. The main course (breaded chicken and fish) was unfortunately not labeled with vegetable dishes (different purees, mixed vegetables, etc.). The layout of the store wasn't very clear, and the exit was poorly marked as well. But we had a good time. €30 for two was reasonable.

13/04/2026: We had booked for five people, but there were six of us. From the moment we arrived and throughout the meal, this led to inappropriate and repeated remarks from the staff, which quickly created an awkward atmosphere. The service also left much to be desired, with inappropriate use of the informal "tu" form and an unprofessional tone. For example, when we asked for a lemon tart after the dessert menu had been announced, the waiter curtly replied that if he hadn't mentioned it verbally, it simply wasn't available. As for the main courses, the frog legs we ordered for two people were more like a single portion, which was disappointing. Fortunately, it wasn't all bad: the trout was good, and so were the desserts. In short, a mixed experience, mainly due to the unpleasant service.

09/04/2026: A lovely little restaurant on the banks of the Doubs River :). They offer regional dishes. A delight for lunch or dinner by the water, under the shade of the trees. The food is well-prepared, delicious, and a real treat. :) Return visit in March 2026: the terrace isn't open yet. A 20-minute wait to order makes it a bit less glamorous than my first visit. The service is rather slow, 45 minutes to serve the starter, plus another 40 minutes for the main course. Just too tight for getting back to work. Okay, it's 2:00 PM, time to call it quits... time to pay the bill.
