17/09/2024: Nous avions entendu parler de ce restaurant. Le dîner, en 6 services, a été exceptionnel, une des meilleures expériences que nous ayons eues. C'était incroyable ! Cuisine d'une finesse incroyable, service sans prétention mais très attentionné. Au delà du goût, très franc, chaque plat était présenté de façon très élégante et artistique.

03/09/2024: Absolutely delicious! It's been a long time since I ate such a perfect meal! A little hiccup in the service (arriving first we had our dish and then we waited quite a long time for dessert while the other tables had their second "dish" before us) and we spent 2 hours in the restaurant for a dish and a dessert...However, we would go back without any problem, everything is so delicious, and for me it is faultless in terms of gastronomy! Great art!!!

24/11/2024: Wait a little long at first, but quick and pleasant service after ordering. Delicious and hearty pizzas.

18/11/2024: Perfect welcome and service. We had pizzas and Basque cider. Everything was delicious. The only downside is the dessert which is a frozen product (it's still ok...) but above all which is made up of glucose syrup and other junk. It really stands out with the good products that make up the pizzas.

01/12/2024: Roman institution with their influence. The products are of high quality...their range extends to snacking... The prices charged are rather excessive as they aim to be of a certain standard...which makes the service a little too formal and mannered..

06/10/2024: Hesitation this morning between Pascalis and another baker, well I tell myself to go Pascalis a long time ago and what a regret the St Génix good but the pogne was bland for my taste and not sure that it was of the day. Next time I know the direction to take.

DAVID is in the kitchen and does not hesitate to give you his cooking tips, as for MAGALI his smile and his kindness will accompany you throughout his service. Everything is homemade and well cooked. Don't forget to book because places fill up quickly.

01/09/2024: Très bel établissement dans une belle demeure bourgeoise, décoration raffinée, accueil chaleureux par le « Maître des Lieux « Service impeccable Belle entrée «nid homard cabillaud « parfait Plats : filets de rougets (trop salé : dommage) accompagnement un peu léger mais très bon Desserts : parfait tout chocolat très savoureux Dessert à la pogne goût de la pogne moyen dommage pour Romans Globalement une belle soirée (un peu cher)

15/08/2024: Au milieu d’un long trajet sur l’autoroute nous consultons l’application Michelin qui donne le nom de ce restaurant. Nous sommes le 15 août ! À 11h30. Nous appelons et c’est le chef qui nous répond pour nous dire qu’il y a encore une table pour nous. Nous arrivons dans un endroit décalé : une ancienne maison de maître dans un quartier résidentiel dont le rez a été transformé en Restaurant. Le même chef nous accueille dans cet endroit à la décoration moderne mais douce. Et la suite nous transporte : un menu incroyable avec des saveurs authentiques et un art culinaire de haut niveau, servi dextrement par le Chef lui-même ! Il fait tout et très bien ! Nous avons juste passé un instant suspendu et magique. J’espère que nous pourrons y repasser un jour si le hasard nous y guide à nouveau. Bravo Monsieur Christoffel et bravo à votre équipe car même si nous n’avons vu que vous, autant d’excellence ne peut être le fait d’un seul homme 🤣

12/10/2024: Very nice place. We slept very well there and enjoyed our evening meal. The welcome was excellent. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We will return and highly recommend.
