The only positive point is its location, right in the city center. The professionalism of the staff is questionable, especially on the terrace, where respect for customers leaves much to be desired.

16/04/2026: 2:40 PM Regular customers of Flunch Mont St Martin and Thionville. Always satisfied. Today, very disappointed at the Flunch Mont St Martin ice cream parlor. Long wait, the person who served me rolled their eyes when I commented on the wait. The Liégeois ice cream was dripping with chocolate.... Luckily I had a spoon in my bag to stir my cappuccino!!! Too bad, I'll go back to the self-service area, but not to the ice cream parlor.

06/05/2026: I received a very warm welcome from a lady who explained everything clearly. The fries were delicious. They had just refilled the plate when I served myself. I only gave it 3 stars because I found the meat slightly overcooked, even though I had ordered it rare, and I also thought the portion was a little small.

03/05/2026: I've changed my mind, the dishes are back to how they were before, the Tennessee ones are much better.

04/05/2026: On the plate: No complaints, the portions are very generous. You definitely get your money's worth! The service: The waitress was excellent, pleasant, and smiling. Her professionalism saved the day. The owner's attitude: This is where the problem lies. A frosty welcome, not a smile, and above all, not a "goodbye" when we left. The lack of presence: You can feel a real disinterest in the customers. The owner doesn't come to check if everything is alright and seems to prefer napping upstairs rather than attending to his guests. I wouldn't want to work for him personally. Kudos to his staff, the young chef, and the waitress!

14/05/2026: First time I'd been back to a Flunch since I was a kid... and last! Right from the moment you arrive, there's no welcome whatsoever, not even a human being or a sign telling you where to go. You're immediately confronted with the appetizers. The menus/dishes are displayed above the registers, so if it's even slightly busy, you have to weave your way through the queues just to see the choices. But if that were all, it would be fine. Actually, the first two things I did in this restaurant gave me a bad impression: going in... Well, yes, the floor was sticky everywhere, it made me want to turn right around... And secondly, getting a high chair: there were leftover food pieces on half of them... The meal itself wasn't great at all. I had chosen the "royal" couscous: super thick semolina, no broth, two overcooked meatballs, a bland sausage (merguez?), and lukewarm, undercooked chicken... As a bonus, at the end of the meal, I finished one of my children's chicken tenders and it wasn't cooked through... The overall impression is that the restaurant is poorly maintained, it feels like a school cafeteria that hasn't been renovated since 2001. Contrary to other reviews, the restrooms were fine when I went, but the changing table wobbles a lot, which is really unsettling! Positive points: umm... It was surprisingly not too noisy, and there was parking available... That's it! And good luck to the staff who weren't particularly unpleasant, but you could tell they had zero motivation, poor things!

13/05/2026: 257 Flunch points. Impossible to use them... the app doesn't work, the website redirects you to the app which also doesn't work... What's the solution? Pay full price...? Loyalty program 🤣🤣🤣 Seriously, it's better to steer clear and choose another reputable brand... This is bordering on organized theft

15/05/2026: We've been buying paella here for 20 years and are always delighted to eat it; we love it! I highly recommend this place.

14/12/2025: I ordered a paella for 20 people and came to pick it up at 12:00 PM as planned when I placed my order. To my horror, the place was closed, and no one answered the phone. My guests were due at 12:30 PM, and I had to find a way to feed 20 people in half an hour. I was furious and have completely removed this place from my contacts. I have only one word: RUN AWAY.

11/04/2026: I've rarely seen such a contrast between a place meant to be welcoming and such a disturbing reality. I was enjoying my meal peacefully when the service was already less than ideal… but that was nothing compared to what followed. Right there on the street, in full view of everyone, a staff member started yelling at a young woman over a supposed minor collision. Honestly, there was no evidence to suggest she was even responsible. What was clear, however, was that the white car in question was parked haphazardly, well outside the lines, even though there was plenty of space behind it. It was a surreal, aggressive, and completely disproportionate scene. Fortunately, another woman on the street intervened to support the young woman, who was left to face this unacceptable behavior alone. I am appalled by such a lack of civility and respect. I was on the verge of calling the police, the situation was becoming so tense. This is no longer simply a lack of professionalism, but shocking and unacceptable behavior. Between the already cold reception and this surreal altercation, one thing is certain: there are much better options elsewhere.

24/01/2026: We had a wonderful evening. A cozy bar in a great location on the Marina Baie des Anges harbor, with a warm atmosphere where you can enjoy delicious Belgian fries or share a charcuterie board. The service was particularly attentive. The blend of stone, wood, and fire gives the place a truly unique character. The warm and cozy ambiance is perfect for an evening with friends or a romantic date. The outdoor terrace offers a magnificent view of the harbor.

17/01/2026: Is the restaurant still open? We came last summer and loved it. We wanted to come back at the beginning of September, then again on the evening of the Christmas openings, and finally tonight, mid-January. Each time, we found the doors closed, despite having seen online that the restaurant was open. We hope we were just unlucky and can come back soon.
