06/09/2024: Very good address. We had the pleasure of tasting an excellent mixed platter accompanied by a very good wine. The cold meats and cheese were of remarkable quality. And we fell in love with the terrine! I would return with pleasure.

17/09/2024: 5 stars deserved! Great welcome, really friendly. The dishes are very good, as are the aperitif boards. The service is fast. All with a smile. In addition, the prices are really very fair. I have already come twice and I plan to come back very regularly.

08/09/2024: Service and friendly atmosphere, however the cuisine is not up to par. It was better before. there was a change of ownership and no more organic and local products. Now waffle (waffle) with industrial chicken (is it chicken anyway?, no taste), overcooked and cold fried egg. waffle of correct quality, nothing more, with the scent of orange blossom for the salty... disgusting spicy ketchup sauce without interest and which takes everything away, the rest has no flavor anyway. the composition of the plates has no taste interest. Very very and too smoked salmon, not very qualitative. salad with spinach shoots with beetroot ok but no seasoning or just mustard. The value for money is not there at all. If we compare the prices with others: 20 euros is really very expensive for a small plate of no quality. finally stomach ache a few hours after the meal In my opinion, a culinary proposition worth revisiting. And it's a shame, because the atmosphere is very nice.

13/09/2024: We are four grandpas Hikers from 70 to 82 years old. We slept two nights in September with dinners and breakfasts. The quality of the welcome, the quality/price ratio of the services are exceptional. Each of our requests was always answered positively and with a smile. Well done to the whole team. It gave us a youthful look! THANK YOU EVERYONE! Four Angevin grandpas (49).

25/06/2024: I ate there for 1 week during a workshop at the local mission, at first I was afraid that the food would be like the high school canteen with the 3cm wide slice of pizza.. but in the end it was really good! the dishes were all original and there was something for everyone! and the waitress was very friendly ^^

17/09/2024: Incredible spot to go out to eat. Generous portion sizes, friendly staff, good vibes, and amazing food that is out of this world. The braised duck and the frog legs in particular were full flavoured, juicy, tender, and left you full but you wish you could keep eating them.

09/09/2024: Terrible service - long wait for food, didn't bring water , didn't bring bread. Forgot to bring what we ask for. Mussels we great, but salad swimmed in oil ( terrible tasting oil). Waiter unpleasant

08/09/2024: decent, very friendly welcome on the other hand as regards the very limited dishes (very dry mussels reheated as desired 40 euros per tapas platter for 2 given the dishes it would be worth half the price.. a little jaded to pay for restaurants where the quality is much better at home 🏠, the fact is we eat less and less at restaurants unless we really know reliable addresses now 😉

05/09/2024: Let's not beat around the bush: go for it. Do you want tasty, well-made and bold dishes? Run there. What about chocolate mousse with fleur de sel? There are no words, only happiness. The only reason stopping me from becoming a regular is that I don't live in Bayonne.

29/08/2024: Bar was good and great drinks and price - we went for karaoke waited an hour for the songs we had put down and Ines the karaoke host only played one of the songs we had written down and then started playing the karaoke songs that were for her friends. Wouldn't have minded if she then played our songs after but she became annoyed when we asked if she was going to play the others songs we requested. She played one more song for us but turned the mic down - quite unprofessional. But we still had a good night!

19/07/2024: I recommend. Very good cuisine with good value for money. Very pleasant team. Good atmosphere. Concert by the duo Les Baltringues who were excellent. Kids friendly (but be careful of the street that runs alongside the bar). Too bad the bar opposite exaggerates the decibels and somewhat spoils the atmosphere of the Irish.

15/09/2024: What a day at Bonaventure Beach We were there, with friends, the day before the beach closed to celebrate birthdays. Despite a slight breeze, all the staff were, as usual, incredibly helpful, and professional with always a touch of humor. Super good lunch, accompanied by Lisa, wonderfully: the wolf, the crying tiger, the pistzche crust... We then decided to stay for dinner that evening as well. And in memory of this unforgettable day, we brought back a little souvenir. Thank you to the whole team that we will be happy to see again next year...as soon as possible. Zoro

13/09/2024: Always a pleasure to come to Bonaventure every year. Very nice, warm place with attentive staff. Ideal for eating but also for spending a day by the sea. Obviously we are by the sea so the prices are a little higher than elsewhere but it is worth it. Small downside on the lack of more catchy music.
