01/01/2026: I'm giving 3 stars because the food is good. However, I'm the person you told, after placing a Deliveroo order, that lunch menus couldn't normally be made in the evening, and that you were making an exception for me. It's YOUR responsibility to ensure that items you don't want to make available in the evening don't appear on the app. It's not up to us, as customers, to guess that certain items shouldn't be added in the evening. Whether they're labeled as lunchtime or not, for that matter. I added the item to my basket and paid for it. Nothing indicated that I shouldn't have done so. If you're not happy with this, don't allow orders. This is truly absurd.

18/10/2025: We ordered a menu last night, I felt that the salmon had gone bad, as a result my husband and I were sick all day, the hygiene department should take a look, Thanks Minato!

08/12/2025: I went through the drive-thru and waited over five minutes even though there was no one there. Then another person came to the other bay and they took their order. I asked for an explanation, and they told me they didn't know and that they were understaffed, but that's not my problem. Another person arrived with a hairnet over their head and looked down on me. I tried to stay calm, but frankly, the service was nonexistent.

08/12/2025: Order placed at 2:10 AM, it's 3:12 AM and still nothing. My order is going to be very cold. Is he jerking off in the kitchen or what?

30/11/2025: Arriving Saturday evening at 9:55pm when the restaurant closes at 11pm, a lady at the bar tells us from afar that the restaurant is going to close without apologies or explanations (we could have come from far away)... never again.

08/11/2025: First time (and last at this restaurant) after being unable to get a table at L'Olivier du Maroc in Soisy-sur-Seine (which is always full, and we all know why). I followed and trusted the rather glowing reviews, which I absolutely don't understand. I'm still searching for the Moroccan hospitality some people mention. The welcome was catastrophic in a restaurant with a glacial atmosphere. There were six of us in the restaurant on a Friday evening, which is a good indicator of the evening we had. The waitress was incredibly unfriendly and made her impatience abundantly clear, asking us at least three times in five minutes if we had chosen our dishes, and even clearing my friend's plate while I was still eating. A smile was clearly optional. The cod tagine was quite good, but the couscous was absolutely nothing special. Only the brik pastries at the start delighted us. In summary, remember to book in advance in Soisy, and skip Draveil.

02/07/2025: The staff is quite pleasant, but the food is disgusting, and I'm not saying this carefully. Grey meat, brown meat, dishes that aren't fresh at all, desserts that have no flavor, and so on. Stay away.

30/06/2025: We are loyal customers but have noticed that the quality and hygiene have declined over time. We went to the restaurant tonight and the freshness of the meat was very questionable (odd appearance and strong odor). Too bad, we don't plan on going there again.

27/01/2025: Ham sandwich formula, raw vegetables, dessert drink... no seasoning in it, neither butter nor mayonnaise.... Drink at room temperature because the fridge is not working and causes the shop to shut down... We place the products on the counter with the bag folded next to it it's up to us to put everything in... No goodbye or thank you... too busy going back to chat with the baker... Bad experience it's my last visit to this store...

12/12/2025: Avoid this place; you're better off going somewhere else. The children's play area is closed during the day. Don't even ask to have the play area opened, or they'll just tell you it's closed, and that's that! It's the first time I've ever seen a fast food restaurant that didn't allow any access to the children's play area during the day!

27/09/2024: L'endroit est très brillant, la déco est franchement passable, ça grouille de monde, genre grosse cantine, la nourriture est très variée, sans identité et très moyenne. Le personnel flique tout le monde. Je le déconseille.

17/09/2024: Le pire restaurant à volonté,la nourriture est mauvaise, les aliments congelés dans les bacs du buffet, tout est sale, les sols n ont pas vus de serpillière depuis longtemps. Je n ai mangé que du fromage, 25 € c est très cher pour une assiette de fromage. A déconseillé, jamais vu un restaurant pareil. Où sont les services d'hygiène !!

23/09/2025: Run away. I come in for a coffee and ask if I can plug into a power outlet. The boss looks at me badly when I ask to pay with a credit card... "If it's to charge my phone, it's fine, if it's to work on the computer all day, it's not possible," in a nasty tone. I was planning to sit down and not disturb anyone while charging my laptop to work because of the electricity problem in my apartment. Coffee costs €1.50, and charging a powerful laptop for 6 hours in France currently costs 10 cents... I'm not the only person who criticized his behavior; trust the critics. At your advanced age, it's time to learn how to behave properly in society and do basic math...

02/09/2024: Never again! After 30 minutes still not served... I go to check at the counter and it seems that a problem comes from the terminals... The "manager" prepares my order and fries are missing: 3 menus = 3 fries, I point out to her and she questions me, she goes to check and oops there were indeed 3 fries... Annoyed we finally sit down to eat and there my son doesn't have the right sandwich but tired of waiting he eats the sandwich that we had because there was no time to wait.... We really need to review the management of this "fast" food
