24/01/2025: First and last time. One order and 3 errors as well as 1 oversight. The girl who picked us up at the drive-thru was so warm that we had the impression of clearly annoying her, not smiling at all. I had to come back after eating (because we are from the next town) and I wanted something hot. The desserts we ordered had a different topping than the one requested and forgot the peanut for the sundae. The door to the restaurant was disgusting (around ten to work and not a single one who has 2 minutes to wipe it down) everything needs to be reviewed, especially the organization, the reception and the cleanliness, basically everything needs to be reviewed.

26/08/2024: I was a loyal customer a few years ago but now the quality has deteriorated too much. Soup ordered this evening, more than €15 for something tasteless and full of water. The same dish 5 years ago was delicious. End of the match.

10/07/2025: No air conditioning, a real oven! Incredible for a Novotel! A small French window isn't enough to cool the room at night (if the nights are cool!), and anyway, the light from the front and the noise of machinery on the roof completely prevent you from sleeping. The staff lends you an "air conditioner": a noisy ventilation unit with ice cubes... It works for 10 minutes... On the third day, I was woken up by the workers on the roof at 6 a.m., who explained the cable routing in detail... But why was I sleeping with the window open?

10/07/2025: It was a great, well-deserved break, refreshing and enjoyable. Long live the view of the golf course once the rain has passed 😅. A big thank you to the whole team for the welcome and professionalism. Special mention to the 4 Mousquetaires (Baptiste etc) and the hygiene team who do a great job!

05/12/2025: 10:35 PM: I ordered a milkshake, which was refused by the manager. Too bad, because the employee was ready to serve it. Closing time: 11 PM, I don't see what the problem is. Oh well, I'll go get a Super King Fusion from the neighboring Burger King, which has much better reviews...

05/12/2025: What a shame, and I was very disappointed with this experience… First, the evening started when I wanted to order a Happy Meal. Imagine my surprise when I saw that it cost an extra €0.50 for a Croc McDo and I didn't even have the option of ordering fries. The meal was already starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth. Then at 10:30 pm, I wanted to order a milkshake, but I couldn't complete the purchase, either at the kiosk or on the app. So I decided to go directly to the register, where I had to wait more than 5 minutes before anyone took my order. The employee did eventually try to take the order, but when it came time to confirm it, she needed her manager's badge. Disappointed, the manager came back and told me she was "strictly forbidden" from taking my order. How disappointed I was! I still managed to finish my meal before another employee ushered us towards the exit. I couldn't finish my fries. I finally finished them in my car (because it was raining outside) and went to get my dessert at Burger King. My King Fusion was absolutely delicious. That's a real shame for you and disappointing for me.

14/12/2024: Worst drive in France. Employees make mistakes all the time...but really. And when we tell them no professionalism or even basic customer relations. Last time for us, one time too many.

11/12/2024: I didn't have a Pokemon card in my happy meals on an Ubereat order, and after calling, the manager decided to kindly exchange toys! Thank you very much to her, I was able to have my charizard 🫶

14/10/2025: Honestly, very disappointed... Hard rice and bulgur, probably reheated several times, so dry and flavorless. You can clearly feel a lack of freshness. It was one of the worst kebab meals I've ever eaten. I don't recommend it at all.

15/08/2025: Disgusting. My friend came to dinner at 10 p.m. and had a kebab. It was cold meat, reheated at the last minute, completely greasy, and crumbled on an uncleaned griddle. I don't recommend it at all, unless you want to end your evening in the emergency room. PS: My friend's stomach is on fire.
