14/10/2025: Honestly, very disappointed... Hard rice and bulgur, probably reheated several times, so dry and flavorless. You can clearly feel a lack of freshness. It was one of the worst kebab meals I've ever eaten. I don't recommend it at all.

15/08/2025: Disgusting. My friend came to dinner at 10 p.m. and had a kebab. It was cold meat, reheated at the last minute, completely greasy, and crumbled on an uncleaned griddle. I don't recommend it at all, unless you want to end your evening in the emergency room. PS: My friend's stomach is on fire.

10/07/2025: No air conditioning, a real oven! Incredible for a Novotel! A small French window isn't enough to cool the room at night (if the nights are cool!), and anyway, the light from the front and the noise of machinery on the roof completely prevent you from sleeping. The staff lends you an "air conditioner": a noisy ventilation unit with ice cubes... It works for 10 minutes... On the third day, I was woken up by the workers on the roof at 6 a.m., who explained the cable routing in detail... But why was I sleeping with the window open?

10/07/2025: It was a great, well-deserved break, refreshing and enjoyable. Long live the view of the golf course once the rain has passed 😅. A big thank you to the whole team for the welcome and professionalism. Special mention to the 4 Mousquetaires (Baptiste etc) and the hygiene team who do a great job!

21/10/2025: Less of a pizza fan, but a fan of their lasagna. Restaurant closed permanently without warning customers. Too bad!

07/10/2025: I almost left immediately after asking if there was lactose in my dish, I was curtly told "the 'without' menus are not here, eh". It's a good thing that the entire profession is no longer of this disdainful behavior, at least since covid19.

12/06/2025: Honestly, I come here regularly and I have to admit that the sauces have changed... The sweet sauce is inedible and has no taste because it is so watered down and transparent. The sweet and sour sauce is just disgusting, it's tomato sauce cut with water. I won't be coming back, that's for sure.

14/12/2024: I wanted to have a little fun with my sister the truth is I thought what to eat on a Saturday lunchtime, so I went to McDonald's and great atmosphere given that I had a bit of a drunken evening yesterday I put the music (I'm a passenger) and the time comes to pay nickel, it seems super fast, but it's not crazy with the crisis you know. When I take my burger I notice the carnage of the salad everywhere as if I were a ninja turtle, the cheese is not even melted even though it is -10. In any case, the cashier is cute, I really like it and otherwise just the cooking is not great. I'm sending you photos of a handsome guy, I love you all the same.

19/07/2025: Avoid any toppings, the pizza dough is burnt and has a bready texture... I'm not surprised they say buy 1 pizza get 1 free.

19/06/2025: Very disappointed after delivery, it's catastrophic even, the pizza dough is as hard as cardboard. I really don't recommend it.

25/09/2024: I ordered at the drive yesterday, everything went well during the order but unfortunately this was not the case when looking at what had been put in my bag. 2 drinks which were not the one I ordered, missing products or different from those I ordered for an order with only 1 menu and 2 drinks that's a lot....

25/11/2025: A nice touch was the table service this evening with the very friendly waitress. That's not always the case at other McDonald's! I recommend it 👍

14/11/2025: Order placed at the kiosk. Over 15 minutes wait for a €5 meal. I understand that they make food to order to avoid waste, but waiting that long just to get the cheese not even slightly warm, but whole and firm, is a shame. I also wonder if gloves are an option for the kitchen staff? They wear hairnets; I don't understand why they don't wear gloves for hygiene reasons. Just a question.

12/12/2025: This restaurant is no longer the same, far from it, unfortunately! The food is mediocre, as is the service! Not to mention the decor, which is outdated and not very clean!

07/12/2025: Caramelized pork was nothing but fat and hardly any meat! And to top it off, the unpleasant waitress had the nerve to taste it, assuring me it wasn't fatty at all!!! The change of ownership is a disaster, especially since this used to be a well-regarded restaurant in Ris-Orangis! What a shame!!!
