11/11/2025: Fantastic weekend with friends at the Lodge du Domaine. Caroline was very welcoming and genuinely wanted us to have a great time. The place is magnificent. The cottage is completely renovated and has superb bedding! Special mention for the jacuzzi – the icing on the cake.

17/02/2026: Incredible! I highly recommend this place. We chose it for our wedding. We wanted a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and it was absolutely perfect for an unforgettable experience. We are incredibly grateful to the manager, who was exceptional from beginning to end. He was attentive, present, and very friendly. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a unique place to have fun and an exceptional evening. The bedrooms are simply immaculate. Everything was perfect for us! 😁

02/02/2026: What a great find! The different spaces are fantastic (bar, dance floor, reception room, games room) and large enough to accommodate 30 people (15 adults and 15 children in our case). A special mention goes to the authentic bar area, which allowed us to play bartender for the weekend. Both young and old had a great time with the pool table, foosball, and arcade machine. There were even toys for the little ones. We hired a private chef for our birthday party, and he really appreciated the fully equipped professional kitchen. As for the accommodation (13 of us stayed overnight), the rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. We appreciated that each room had its own bathroom. We had a wonderful family weekend. 15/03/2026: September 2022. Nogent-le-Rotrou. Regular customer. I've noticed a decline in service. Long waits. Cooking times not respected. Cleaning is also neglected. Customers aren't babysitters. Either the restaurant needs to deal with screaming and shouting children, or the staff is incompetent in handling this problem.

22/03/2026: The service was very good, except that in the children's menu I only got the equivalent of 10 gnocchi, which is nothing compared to what they usually serve. My daughter, after eating her gnocchi, asked for another plate. I should have mentioned that the first one was really small to begin with. Anyway, they brought me another plate and charged me five euros more than the children's menu price… which is outrageous. When I went to pay, they had charged me for an appetizer platter that was supposed to be free because it was my birthday last week and I had a voucher valid until April 12th. The cashier couldn't remove it from the computer system and told me, "Exceptionally, I'll remove it manually, but otherwise I shouldn't." Except I told them that my voucher was valid, that I had the card, so it should have gone through. It's really annoying, you have to keep an eye on everything, from the amount on our plates to the receipt at the end…

14/03/2026: I strongly advise against this restaurant; the waitress (the manager has a piercing) was unpleasant, the pasta carbonara was not good at all, and the dish was served cold. It was cold in the restaurant.

05/07/2025: If you're passing through Chartres and want to eat a pizza at the foot of the Cathedral, stop at La Passacaille. They're certainly too humble to say they're world champions. The dough is exceptional, and all the customers around me agree that they're excellent. We also tried the tarte tatin and the tiramisu... we absolutely don't regret not resisting the temptation.

23/06/2025: Disappointed with the change of ownership. Sloppy pizzas, really poor service, 2 order errors. In short, we won't be going back.
