A set menu with a starter buffet is available during the week at a very reasonable price, and a more elaborate menu is offered on Saturdays. The ingredients are always good, and the meat is excellent. The staff is very friendly, especially Charlotte, who always has a kind word. There's also a lovely terrace in the summer. In short, a must-try if you're in the area.

06/05/2026: This is by far the best restaurant I've ever eaten at. The owner, Alexandra, is very friendly, attentive, and helpful.
The food is excellent from appetizer to dessert; everything is homemade, even their ice cream. I highly recommend this establishment! 👍🏼
24/02/2026: The Relais de Poste in Dangeau isn't just a restaurant; it's a warm and welcoming place where you can escape the everyday and enjoy a truly pleasant and relaxing evening. The waitress is incredibly friendly and attentive. She's the heart and soul of the restaurant. As for the food, it's a delight; every time we've been there, we've been thoroughly charmed. If we could afford to come more often, we certainly would.

04/05/2026: It's been a few months since my last visit, and I've never been disappointed before. But now it seems the chef has changed; the sushi is huge with overcooked rice. It's nothing like it used to be. I don't know if they've changed owners, but the quality is definitely not the same. Very disappointed.

15/02/2026: I went there on February 14th just for a drink, and the owner's welcome needs improvement. I was told I'd have to sit at the bar as there were no tables available, and there was no smile or friendly service. People behind us were arriving for lunch, and there were no tables left either; they suggested going to the pizzeria next door. Frankly, the service needs improvement; a smile costs nothing.

The welcome was very warm.
The portions were generous.
The dishes were delicious and varied.
The flavors were all there.
Highly recommended for the beef cheek and the rum baba! 😁
