17/08/2024: We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant! The waitress was lovely and attentive, and the food was simply delicious! I've never had a soufflé like it; it was mind-blowing.
If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely go to this restaurant again!

11/10/2025: Nice place on the banks of the Eure. The pizzas are always so good. Served quickly with a smile. But for my taste it lacks a little cooking. Well done guys.

03/01/2026: We were able to dine there without a reservation, just the two of us. Starters, main courses, desserts, coffee, and glasses of wine were all included for a very reasonable price. The traditional cuisine was good and of high quality, and they even offered a homemade galette. The service was friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home.

05/07/2025: If you're passing through Chartres and want to eat a pizza at the foot of the Cathedral, stop at La Passacaille. They're certainly too humble to say they're world champions. The dough is exceptional, and all the customers around me agree that they're excellent. We also tried the tarte tatin and the tiramisu... we absolutely don't regret not resisting the temptation.
23/06/2025: Disappointed with the change of ownership. Sloppy pizzas, really poor service, 2 order errors. In short, we won't be going back.

15/01/2025: Very disappointed with the dishes, the “paella” Léon tasteless without taste, no seasoning, very bland, the rubber squid. The Crispy Chiken Burger was served cold, we asked to heat it, it came back hot but completely unstructured. One piece of advice is not to go there, it’s not the Léon restaurants that I know

The welcome, the setting, and the service were all good.
The presentation of the dishes was nice, and the fish and meat were good, but the vegetables and mashed potatoes were served cold, which was a shame.
I recommend it, but be careful ⚠️ during service to check the temperature of the side dishes.

27/11/2025: We shared an exquisite experience, from the appetizers to the dessert; the chef delighted our palates. The service was excellent! We were familiar with the place before the reopening; the menu is different, the decor could use a refresh, but the refinement is still there. A top-notch address, a real treat for our little corner of the Dunois region. I highly recommend it.
27/11/2025: We had a wonderful time at Les 3 Pastoureaux. I'm so glad to have this restaurant in our small town. We started with a surprisingly flavorful amuse-bouche! The lamb shank was generous and melt-in-your-mouth tender... the portions were generous, the ingredients fresh and cooked with a touch of daring! Thank you, Chef!

20/06/2025: A great stay with friends in this unique place! We loved the space this former hotel offers. Everyone found their place: between the play areas, the large dining room and the sleeping area upstairs, not to mention the bar, and the large professional kitchen, we really appreciated it. The place is clean, with everything needed for a large group. I highly recommend it!
18/06/2025: My brothers and I booked this great place by chance to celebrate our mother's 90th birthday. It was a lovely surprise when we arrived! All our guests were delighted and wanted to come back to celebrate in peace, even if they overdid the 60s bar a bit. I absolutely recommend L'Escale.
