13/03/2026: Excellent evening at this charming Italian restaurant! The pizzas were beautiful and delicious, and the salmon lasagna was also very good. The cannoli were all good (except for the lemon one, whose cream didn't taste like lemon). The aragosta with salted caramel cream was divine! In short, a pleasant atmosphere, excellent and fast service, and a meal with good value for money.

23/03/2026: I arrived at 2:30 pm, everything was closed, but they still served me and even reheated my fries despite the kitchen being closed. The staff was very friendly.

17/03/2026: The menus are poorly designed; it's just a loss leader, and everything is geared towards making you order à la carte and therefore pay more… I don't recommend it.

08/03/2026: The waitress was quite nice and pleasant, no complaints about the service. The children's menu was decent. However, the rest of the dishes were a huge disappointment. I ordered a poke bowl that was frankly awful: the mango and avocado were bad, the rice was soggy and tasted like boiled rice… I practically left it all. The €28 ribeye steak was also very disappointing, and the chimichurri sauce that came with it was truly terrible. We usually take pictures of our food in restaurants, but we were so disappointed that we didn't even bother. When the waitress came to clear our table, she asked if everything was alright. I explained that the poke bowl was really bad, but there was no gesture or reaction whatsoever. The owner was right there, he overheard the conversation, and he didn't even come over. 01/03/2026: The aperitif was bland due to the lack of crackers, which are usually offered when you order one. The galettes and crêpes were quite sparsely filled, leaving us feeling hungry after our meal, unlike the previous owner's, which were much better and reasonably priced compared to what we were paying here... Sorry if we didn't close the crêperie door properly; it can happen... OK, for next time I'll let you know of any problems calmly and without any fuss.

23/03/2026: A pleasant little getaway in the Eure-et-Loir region. Château Bois Guibert is well located and offers a peaceful night's sleep.
