09/08/2026: Here's a smooth and welcoming suggestion for Google: A truly lovely spot in Nogent-le-Rotrou, perfect after visiting the castle! The town hall parking lot right next door is very convenient. Large, pleasant terrace, attractive menu, and delicious dishes. The homemade tartares are excellent, and a special mention goes to the truffled brie croquettes: a real treat! The staff is very friendly. A great find that we highly recommend.

27/07/2026: The last to arrive are served first. Too long a wait, not even bread. The carafe of water arrived almost an hour later. The waitress served her acquaintances before you, even though they arrived much later. Many people were unhappy.

24/07/2026: We ordered from Dell’arte on July 24th. I ordered a burrata with pesto, but it was more like a burrata without pesto. When I asked why there was so little, I was told that the photos on the website were not representative of the actual product. I also had to ask for cutlery and bread. For a takeout order, that's basic stuff. Since I had mentioned it in the order notes and they didn't even check, the same goes for the bread I ordered; I received a burnt loaf. And for dessert, a strawberry pistachio tiramisu, I wonder where the pistachio is. We've eaten at this restaurant before, which is why I asked why there was so little pesto, because it's different when it's served at the table. I used to eat there often and found it good and enjoyable. I tried to get takeout, but avoid it! I paid the same price for much less. No courtesy whatsoever.

21/06/2026: We came today as a family to celebrate my husband's birthday. The meal was very good, and the staff were very pleasant. It was very hot, but we're in the middle of a heatwave... A very good experience. Thank you and best of luck to the whole team.

11/02/2026: A disaster after a very positive first experience... Over an hour's wait for an aperitif and a main course! The waiter was friendly and courteous, but she was alone serving, which didn't help matters! Several dishes and desserts were out of stock... It would be nice if they had announced this beforehand and told the customers! We came from Orléans and left angry with a hefty bill and no compensation whatsoever! There are some fundamental issues that need addressing! We were therefore forced to have dessert elsewhere, at a nearby establishment... In short, this will be the last time we go to this place, which is a shame because we had a good time last June! PS: No regrets, considering the response and the lack of self-reflection!

29/06/2026: La Tour Eiffel is a welcoming place in Châteaudun. You can find tobacco and newspapers there. The owner, Yannick, is very friendly! The bartender is just as welcoming! The terrace is spacious! Worth checking out!

09/04/2026: The staff and manager were very friendly and welcoming. Also, for beer lovers, there's a new Affligem white beer with lemon zest. It's refreshing and delicious on such a nice day. I highly recommend it. For those who haven't been yet, come and enjoy a cold beer or a coffee; you'll receive a very warm welcome.

22/08/2026: We enjoyed the peaceful and friendly atmosphere for our meal on the terrace. The dishes we chose were perfect. The service was a little disorganized, with a new waiter, but that was forgivable. We recommend this place.

04/08/2026: I needed the restaurant and hotel to celebrate my partner's surprise birthday. The reservation was made three months in advance of the event and remotely (I live in Asia). All communication was via email, and the hotel was very quick and patient in responding to my emails and questions, with professionalism and courtesy. The reservation included the restaurant with a wide variety of dishes (including cake) and rooms that they adapted to my specific needs. Their website was quite clear and very helpful. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious, with ample time to enjoy them. The dining room was large enough to accommodate all the guests and included a small dance floor. The venue is very pleasant, with a garden behind the hotel's facade, which the rooms overlook. It was spacious enough for both the children and the adults to enjoy a short walk. I highly recommend this hotel and the service they provided during our stay, especially for the holidays.

15/07/2026: It's a pleasure to relax upstairs; it's air-conditioned, quiet, and has comfortable sofas. Their hot or cold chocolate is truly something special. And the selection of petits fours... ! One of my favorite spots in Chartres.
