05/11/2025: What a shame this restaurant is so poorly maintained! The windows, walls, and floors certainly haven't seen a cloth, mop, or cleaning product in ages! The smell tells you as soon as you walk in the door. We ordered pizzas. One was decent, but the other was undercooked; the meat had released water (not exactly a sign of quality). A cockroach kept us company, wandering along the wall next to our table. We can only imagine, with horror, that its little companions were roaming around the kitchen. These observations are all the more disappointing because the waitress was smiling and pleasant. They really need to make an effort with the cleanliness of the place!

14/09/2024: Nice restaurant bar on the main square of the city. The terrace is pleasant and on the plate, we enjoy it! The dishes are simple, well made with good products. Little extra for the choice of beer on tap and the coffee better than elsewhere!

21/11/2025: Excellent value for money. Dishes made with fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and very generous portions! A three-course meal for €22 was absolutely superb. The service was professional and efficient, even though the restaurant was fully booked for lunch! Well done! 👏👏👏 A word of advice: book in advance, given how popular this top-notch restaurant is.

03/09/2024: Arriving by chance at the La Broche du Sud restaurant, we left delighted, delicious liver and fresh fig terrine as a starter, delicious dishes, skewer of sirloin fillet and very tender lamb shank and to finish an excellent homemade baba with pipettes of rum, 30.99 euros per person, who could say better!!!! I recommend 100% Plus, opposite the cathedral 😃

18/09/2024: Being a big fan of the chain, I eat there whenever possible, always with good sandwiches, a pleasant welcome and speed of service! The only downside being the lack of parking space, I recommend this restaurant.

28/11/2025: We arrived at the terrace yesterday for a hot drink. A waiter came out with his tray to clear a table next to ours and then left without a word. No hello, nothing. It used to be our go-to spot. But that was then. What a shame.

25/08/2024: Une journée à 5 en famille à Bonneval nous sommes allés à se restaurant le midi. Nous avons bien mangé dans l'ensemble, mais sans plus. Les prix sont élevés, 16€ la pizza pour des ingrédients basiques. 12.50€ la bouteille de cidre de grande surface ! Pour le prix, on s'attend à mieux. Patron et serveuse agréable. Sur TripAdvisor, nous devons choisir la note entre "moyen" et "très bon", il manque le "bon" que j'aurais choisi.

10/01/2025: When passing through the region, I regularly stop at this restaurant, and it is always a pleasure. The welcome is warm, the products are fresh, the service is fast and efficient. Excellent value for money that makes all the difference. An address not to be missed!

05/12/2024: Great experience as I looked for a place to warm up and eat after a rather chilly motorcycle ride. Great welcome with a smile! Inexpensive menu (15€ for starter, main course and dessert!) Fresh food and tasty cuisine. Warm and pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it if you’re in the area, it’s a great place!

11/12/2024: 4 cheese paste, a thickness of cheese in the bottom of the plate due to the high temperature of the dish. pistachio panna cotta 10 minutes for a dessert... a thick layer seems to me of a pistachio syrup too sweet to taste, the panna cotta barely set to my taste... two spoons and I leave the rest. ..I do not recommend this homemade dessert. Sincerely

17/12/2024: It had been 3 or 4 years since I had not returned but this time it was definitely the last. The staff is the only positive thing about my stay. Nothing to say, the team does its best and with a smile. - Zero point cooking: beyond the fact that my sea bass fillet must have weighed 40g to break, it was immersed in frying and was as tough as the dry ones found on the beaches in summer! - Taste: tasteless! So-called candied lemon sauce, I'm still looking for it, unless it was water with a few herbs? - Presentation of the dishes: it reminded me of my years in the canteen in primary school but at least my parents didn't pay €24 for the menu! In short, if you are looking for a restaurant in Chartres at midday, go to the city center, you will have real cuisine with starter + main course menus for €22 and you will work not with chains but with real artisans.

07/12/2024: This all-you-can-eat restaurant has become a little expensive compared to before, especially on weekends so we frequent it more during the week on Wednesdays with the children but too crowded with lunch breaks, Otherwise it's good, lots of choice for everyone, there are not only Asian dishes even if I personally prefer to eat Asian. But it allows people who don't like to find a little bit of everything. Wide choice of dessert. I never understood the measures taken against them for hygiene I think it's mainly a racist attack. It would be better to check the McDonald's which are really disgusting. We have never been sick in this restaurant, the toilets are clean and the room is maintained, it is unjustified...
