18/08/2026: Meh! The crepes aren't very good. The ingredients are very low quality, and the galettes and/or crepes are too thick and undercooked. Plus, it's very expensive! However, the service and welcome are impeccable.

02/08/2026: Good evening, I came this evening and was very disappointed with the service. A 15-20 minute wait is outrageous, plus the food was cold, without sauce, and they didn't even play Happy Meal, my sister's favorite song. Your waitress was not at all friendly; she was clearly struggling to bring us our trays, didn't even look at us, and we wondered what she was doing there. She has a piercing in her eyebrow area.

Everything is perfect: the person on the phone was lovely, the delivery driver was very friendly, the delivery times were respected, the pizzas were excellent and generous, and the quality was consistently high. 26/05/2026: I want to point out a practice I find misleading at this pizzeria. The Too Good To Go app is supposed to combat food waste by offering unsold items from the day. However, this establishment offers the same vegetable pizzas every lunch and dinner, and has been doing so for a very long time. It doesn't seem to be genuine unsold items, but rather a way to conduct business through the platform, which goes against the app's principle. Most other businesses genuinely use this service to avoid food waste, unlike this pizzeria, which continually offers the same products. Consumers deserve more transparency and respect regarding the use of this type of service.

18/07/2026: What a joy to step inside the legendary Guinguette des Écluses, tastefully renovated! The decor perfectly reflects its original character, and the welcome from Ingrid and some of her team was incredibly warm! The food was delicious! We had a wonderful time as a family and we will definitely be back!

03/06/2026: Dinner this Sunday evening for Mother's Day, I won't forget it! We agreed to wait 15 minutes for a table, and the welcome was friendly and welcoming. It was very crowded, very noisy, and it took a very long time to take our order and get the complimentary salad. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for our main course. All the customers in our aisle were getting impatient, children were crying nearby, and the atmosphere was very tense, noisy, and unpleasant. Some people were leaving without ordering dessert. Growing impatient, I got up after 1 hour and 10 minutes to pay for our drinks and leave (9:30 PM). No one came to the bar. Then I saw our plates arrive. I went back to my table and explained that I was about to pay and leave. The waiter wasn't to blame, of course. Why? It was crowded. The grill was broken. What would we have appreciated? - If the waitress had warned us there was an hour's wait for our order to be seated, we wouldn't have stayed. - If the manager had come to inform us of the problem in real time, informing customers is the bare minimum; everyone then decides whether to leave the restaurant or not. When it came time to pay the bill: the manager was very closed off, no smile, no empathy, no message. We were expecting a gesture of goodwill, an apology, a smile... nothing. We then asked for a gesture of goodwill as compensation. We received it without a smile, without any attempt to "win over" the customer! "Is this alright with you?" he asked, handing us the new receipt! No explanation, no words, no emotion, nothing. Wow!!! In the end: 2 desserts and a free bottle of water. THANKS! By the way, the portions have become meager! The menu will soon be geared towards children 🙄. And let's highlight the good taste of the burgers for those who ordered à la carte. We'll have a very hard time coming back, that's for sure!

31/05/2026: We had a meal for Mother's Day and were rather disappointed. My husband ordered a steak and eggs cooked rare, but it arrived well-done with cold fries. We asked for bread but never received it. The wait for our main courses was very long. My steak was rare, but my fries were cold. The other man in the family had ordered the same thing as my husband, but it was also overcooked. He sent his plate back, and the dish that came back was slightly better. To give you an idea, we were very, very disappointed for Mother's Day 😞.
