23/05/2026: We went there on the evening of May 23, 2026. The meal was excellent, the waitresses were fantastic—super friendly, always smiling, very kind, and attentive. The chef was also excellent. No complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

26/04/2026: The welcome was excellent; the young waitress was lovely, so 5/5 for the service. As for the food, I can't give it more than 4 stars. The unlimited homemade fries were very good, the mussels delicious and perfectly seasoned. However, I received quite a few empty shells and received no compensation. For dessert, a tiny slice of apple tart with nothing else on the plate, still €8... The cider wasn't priced, but it was €16 a bottle; we should have asked the price before ordering a second bottle. And for the atmosphere, I can't give it more than 3 out of 5. There was a TV on throughout the meal; some music would have been more pleasant. I find this restaurant a bit overpriced, and I won't be returning.

26/06/2026: The leafy interior terrace is very pretty and romantic. I was a little disappointed by the quality of the meat, which released a lot of water. Otherwise, the service was pleasant.

09/05/2026: The service was far too slow; we waited over an hour for our starters. In total, we spent 2 hours and 15 minutes in the restaurant just to eat a starter and a main course. They didn't offer any discount considering the poor service. It's a shame because the food itself was quite good.

04/04/2026: The Château-Hôtel de la Rapée is a charming place to stay when visiting Gisors and exploring the Vexin region. We spent one night there and had dinner in the restaurant as a family with our 20-month-old baby. It was a very pleasant stop on our trip. The welcome was very warm, the rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding, and the chef's cuisine was a delight. We highly recommend this place!

28/03/2026: A truly beautiful establishment: + A magnificent castle, surrounded by nature and bordering a stud farm. Free on-site parking. Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent soundproofing: we returned late without disturbing anyone. Spacious room with an entrance vestibule and double doors. A wardrobe in the vestibule. The decor is distinctive but suits the setting. The bathroom is small but very well laid out, with everything you need. I particularly appreciated the faucet, which is both beautiful and functional. A tray with a kettle for making coffee or tea. Very comfortable bedding. Good blackout curtains. The breakfast items are very good, and having breakfast in the conservatory on a sunny day while watching the horses being trained is absolutely wonderful. - There is a constant noise of water circulating in the radiator: earplugs are recommended for those sensitive to noise. Breakfast: limited choice considering the price of €16, and I regret that there are no artisanal or local products...

07/05/2026: It was a fantastic stopover on our way to the coast – thank you very much! From the warm welcome on arrival to the excellent dinner in the evening and breakfast the next morning, it was a perfect stay. Very lovely rooms with views of the mill stream and the beautiful garden, an excellent restaurant that even prepared a 7-course vegetarian menu for us, and exceptionally friendly staff who even speak English. The whole place, with its romantic garden, is truly wonderful. We’ll definitely be back.

09/03/2026: A true paradise. The park, crisscrossed by numerous streams, is magnificent. The building is a tastefully restored former watermill, retaining its old-world charm while offering the comfort of a contemporary touch. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and modern. But the best part: the cuisine. It's clear that it's an art form. The inventiveness of the dishes, the subtlety of the proportions and combinations, the beauty of the presentation—everything makes it an exceptional experience. The cuisine is meticulously planned, precise, and structured. Truly masterful. A very welcome addition.

08/11/2025: A magnificent, verdant, and exotic setting. The dishes are good value for money, and care is taken with the presentation. The only slight drawback was the somewhat slow service (we arrived at 12:30 pm and left at 2:30 pm) with only one main course and dessert (for 6 people). We'll definitely be back.

31/07/2026: I ordered on Uber Eats at 11 PM and I definitely don't recommend it. I got the last batch of fries and they were disgusting, inedible, overcooked, and swimming in oil. The same thing happened with the taco; fries had been put in it, which ruined the taste. Avoid at all costs!

28/06/2026: We went on June 27th to place our first order. The welcome was very warm; they immediately explained how the menu worked and what was homemade and what wasn't! The person was very kind and even let us taste the cheese sauce! The meals are generous and the prices are more than excellent. I highly recommend it, and my partner and I will be back.

30/07/2026: Well, I was a bit surprised. The atmosphere was noisy. Okay, that happens. But the worst part was the fries—I've never seen anything like it, they were burnt to a crisp. A shame, because we spent €43 per person without drinks. Be careful, a little slip-up like this, especially with fries, can really lower the bill. Anyway, a minor mistake that needs to be rectified quickly.

09/07/2026: Disappointed by this place. There's very little homemade food, for example, the fries... The hamburger was very sparsely filled, the thin ground beef patty was overcooked and very dry because it was precooked, and the egg mayonnaise was overcooked... Even the Caesar salad was mediocre and surprising because it contained grated Gruyère cheese (dried out, of course 😢). I didn't see a single dish that looked like the photos on the MAPS page. The quality/price ratio is completely unacceptable.
