16/06/2026: Ordered 1 hot chocolate, 1 tea, 1 cookie, 1 muffin. Over a 15-minute wait, even though there were only 6 of us in the restaurant, and they dare to say it was packed! What a joke!

02/05/2026: A very bad experience this morning at the Paul bakery. We had given advance notice of our arrival with three buses, approximately 150 people, around 7:45 a.m. Despite this, the bakery didn't open until 7:20 a.m., even though the posted opening time was 7:00 a.m. Another bus was already waiting outside before we even arrived… There were four of us driving to escort the three buses, and we simply asked to be served first to meet our time constraints. The staff's response: "We don't do that anymore, we've received orders." No manager or supervisor was present to address the situation or speak with us. A complete lack of organization, no anticipation despite our prior call, and above all, no sense of customer service. Unacceptable for a chain of this size.

03/05/2026: A restaurant we've visited several times. On each visit, the experience has been consistently excellent and very satisfying. The dishes are high quality, well-prepared, and regularly updated. The variety offered is commendable: it's broad enough to satisfy all tastes while remaining cohesive and well-executed, which is far from always being the case in this type of establishment. The service is generally pleasant and efficient, contributing to a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Another particularly appealing point is the weekday lunch prices, which are very affordable considering the quality and selection offered. It's an excellent option for enjoying a varied meal without breaking the bank. Finally, a special mention for the Lychee cocktail, a truly delicious addition to the meal. ☺️ A reliable and enjoyable place to return to. 😎

25/04/2026: I'm quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food quality was really lacking, especially the sushi, which didn't seem fresh at all. The cold buffet generally lacked freshness, and to top it all off… the hot buffet was cold, which is a real shame.

11/04/2026: If you're going to get sick, this place is a great option. I recommend the minced meat kebabs made with rubber—zero hygiene—the water pitcher had a moldy cap, and it took 45 minutes to serve three plates. One plate was served, the other two took 15 minutes. Not good at all, and expensive for what it was.

19/04/2026: I don't recommend it. We wanted to go to try it out, but... the food wasn't good. I ordered beef, and it didn't taste like beef at all; it was rubbery, almost making me want to throw up. The buffet was very small, with very little choice for both main courses and desserts. And €22.90 is outrageous! I think we'll be stuck in the bathroom tomorrow morning.

04/04/2026: The buffet was small, so there wasn't a huge selection. Of the items I tried, the chicken flavor was there, but it was too greasy. Furthermore, the price was high: €22.90 for Saturday lunch. There were hairs in the dish and the glass. I definitely don't recommend it.

16/04/2026: A very unpleasant experience. The unprofessional waiter insulted other customers as he walked past us, knocked over glasses, and was consequently even more unpleasant, preferring to insult customers rather than acknowledge his own mistakes. His two colleagues tried to salvage the situation, kudos to them. The food didn't live up to the prices, even though the dishes were decent, but still far too expensive. There was a long wait between courses, and no drinks menu, so imagine our surprise when the bill arrived and a glass of Chardonnay was €10… it felt like we were just opening. Unfortunately, this establishment should be avoided, at least in its current state…

29/03/2026: Excellent culinary experience and excellent service. We had a Datota Box for the gourmet restaurant La Licorne Royale... But since we had been very late in using it, and the restaurant no longer accepted it... In a very accommodating manner, the management of La Licorne offered to seat us instead at the Bistrot du Grand Cerf (thanks to Julie, an employee whom I thank here, as well as her management). On Friday evening, March 27th, we were warmly welcomed by a head waiter who was perfectly aware of how our reservation should have worked with the box: starter - main course - dessert and a complimentary bottle of water. After an aperitif chosen from the menu accompanied by a warm amuse-bouche, we had a soft-boiled egg in puff pastry with spinach and hollandaise sauce as a starter, which was cooked to perfection. For our main courses, my wife had roasted pike-perch fillet and I had the pork knuckle in a pot-au-feu. Two generous and delicious courses. For dessert, we chose the Baked Alaska (which, incidentally, isn't actually Norwegian), flambéed with Grand Marnier tableside. The wait between courses was very reasonable, and the background music was very subdued, reminiscent of a piano bar. We weren't bothered by the noise of the other diners, but admittedly, there weren't many of them. A place to recommend.
