The wait for a simple savory crepe is far too long (1 hour 30 minutes), then the crepes are overcooked and the filling is really bland. The sweet crepe is also bland, too thick, and rubbery. Perhaps the batter should be sweetened? And something added to make them softer... But I'm not a cook! Despite this less than satisfactory experience, you did take some action, and we thank you for that. Best of luck to you in the future!

10/09/2026: We were just passing through the area and arrived at the store at 6:45 PM, but unfortunately, the two people inside didn't open the door and gestured that it was closed, even though the posted hours were 7 PM... I then called, and they told me the door was open. What a joke! What a lack of professionalism combined with bad faith! 19/09/2026: I came in for my coffee and a pain aux raisins I'd bought across the street. The owner told me, "I sell pastries, please don't eat yours here." I replied, "Madam, you sell croissants and pain au chocolat. If you sold pain aux raisins, I would have bought it here." So I couldn't eat my pain aux raisins at the counter... The worst service I've ever received in a shop in Vernon.

14/09/2026: ⭐ 1/5 A very bad experience at this brasserie. We really miss the previous owner; the atmosphere is completely different now. Several things particularly disappointed us. The owner, when he's been drinking, is far too familiar and pushy with the female customers, which can be frankly awkward. Regarding the food, we ordered a rare ribeye steak and received something that looked more like raw lamb. So we asked for a different dish. We were told that we wouldn't be charged for the first course when the bill arrived because it wasn't what we had ordered. And even the replacement dish still didn't come with the sauce we had requested. We paid for both! Even the one we didn't eat. Another very surprising point: the price of a simple drink seems to vary depending on who you're serving. We also noticed that the owner sometimes didn't charge for certain drinks after just a smile. It's difficult to understand the logic behind the pricing, and especially to know what the actual price is. Finally, the owner's manner of speaking to customers was very haughty and unpleasant. In short, a very disappointing experience. For us, this brasserie has clearly lost its former charm. We really miss the old owner in Vernon.

21/08/2026: 🍕 I tested the vending machine and delivery service at this establishment, and only the pizzas 🍕 ➡️ The vending machine The selection is quite limited, and coming late at night isn't a good idea. The pizza is undercooked, and it tastes like it's from the day before 😕 ⚠️ The box comes out scalding hot ⚠️ ➡️ Delivery to a rural area that's supposedly covered, but not guaranteed ❌️ I don't know why, but I only get delivery about half the time 😕 🍕 The main point They're generally good, but some are very salty, especially the Salmon. The excessive salt doesn't reflect the quality of the ingredients... Satisfactory value for money.

22/07/2026: The website says delivery in 20 minutes, but when you call, they tell you delivery isn't possible because they don't have any more space. So I tell them to come pick it up. It's 8 PM when I call, and they tell me it won't be ready until 9:30 PM. Absolutely ridiculous! So I didn't order anything.

07/09/2026: The sauce was completely burnt, so there was nothing to eat. They stubbornly insisted it was caramelized, but I am absolutely not planning to come back again.

06/09/2026: Hello I came for lunch today… I ordered a ribeye steak, but the meat was very average, or perhaps the knife wasn't cutting well! At the time of payment, being a regular customer of your chain, I received a 10% discount for my third visit. I told Natacha, before she processed the bill, that I wanted to take advantage of this discount. When I presented my card, she told me it wasn't working, showing me the screen. I asked her how to proceed, and she replied that it wasn't her problem and that the card should be presented at the table, not at the counter. I paid my bill without the discount, but I think I'll choose another restaurant next time I'm in Vernon.

13/05/2026: Disarmingly kind, even though I made a mistake with my reservation, they were kind and courteous regardless. Very comfortable bed, free parking, good bathroom, excellent cleanliness, and an extremely generous and plentiful breakfast in the morning.

09/05/2026: Located on the motorway to nowhere, our salvation last night was a lovely pub across the street: live music, efficient waiters, and good food. This morning, however, there's no hot water – quite a feat! The waitress was working alone and seemed a bit overwhelmed. At a room rate of €265, we should probably move on and find a better place.

27/07/2026: A truly terrible experience. Service: shameful. We ordered takeout and one dish was missing. We only discovered this when we got home. Aside from a "sorry" and a "I had to put the dish away for the next customer," there was absolutely no attempt at compensation, and I was only allowed to get back in my car to retrieve the missing dish. Food: awful. The food was full of MSG; that's all you could taste. The caramel pork was completely dry. In short, avoid this place.

04/10/2026: We came as a family to celebrate a birthday. We ordered rib-eye steaks and pizzas. The meat was good and well-cooked, no complaints there. However, the fries were under-seasoned and the pizzas were rather average, not quite what we were expecting. The servers were very friendly, welcoming, and funny, which made the meal enjoyable. Nevertheless, we felt the food lacked a bit of character and were expecting something more refined. Overall, a good experience thanks to the service and the meat, but the food didn't completely win us over.

16/09/2026: Perfect! We went twice in the space of two months and were frankly very satisfied. The food was excellent, the service was quick, and the servers were very kind and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant!

14/09/2026: 9€ 2 cokes without ice cubes, without lemon slice, just a glass of dirty coke and no greeting when we arrived.

12/09/2026: A very bad experience. I went to the counter to pay for my drinks. The server completely ignored me to take orders from the regulars and put me last in line.
