20/12/2025: It was our first time and it was very good. The staff were very pleasant, the portions were generous, there was a good selection, and the food was tasty. We will be back.

04/12/2025: This place is disgusting: cheap plastic decor with no lighting, a boss who berates a waitress right in front of me and glares at me repeatedly from behind the counter because I didn't order enough for her liking, an inedible, wilted salad—the owner justifies it by saying the tomatoes are out of season, but I didn't even ask for them, my dear! Walking in, I felt like I'd stumbled into the Thénardiers' house; leaving, I thought the hour I spent there would inspire me to write a book, "A Journey Through Poujadist France" (and shopping malls that reek of brain death). AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

06/12/2025: I ordered stir-fried noodles with vegetables, but there were no vegetables! The noodles weren't cooked and tasted burnt! I also ordered stir-fried noodles with chicken, which had only 5 pieces and also tasted burnt. For €26. I won't be back, and I think you'll be closing soon.

26/10/2025: Very pleasant lady at the reception, but their food is not good, chicken ramen, the broth is water, very cooked noodles, frozen commercial breaded chicken, I have never eaten a ramen like that, if you can call it a ramen....2 sushi almost 6e. The tuna ones, canned tuna....in short I would not repeat the experience. The photos outside are very salesmanlike...the reality is not the same at all.

16/05/2026: Why did we only receive part of our order, served on tables that weren't very clean, with lukewarm or even cold food? I now understand why there was nobody there during peak hours.

13/05/2026: I ordered the Big Tasty with rösti but received a regular Big Tasty despite paying more! My meal was cold. Things were missing from my order! There were fries instead of potatoes, and no sauce in my small wrap. The service was appalling, with a long wait and staff who seemed just as annoyed as I was! Thank goodness new fast food restaurants are opening in Pont-Audemer (BK)!!!! For a total of 70 euros, it's a disgrace!

10/06/2025: The kebab is very small and the Algerian sauce is horrible, even in Châtelet they are better and cheaper

10/06/2026: The staff doesn't know how to take orders; their training or recruitment needs to be reviewed. The employee taking orders doesn't even know there's a World Cup menu; there are signs and advertisements everywhere! And he insists that this menu doesn't exist! Is this a staffing and/or management problem? Please remind your teams about the different products available in your company; it might be helpful.

07/06/2026: Not open at 8:45, on the phone they told us not to open for another 10 minutes "they are running late".

18/04/2026: Appalling: For my mother's birthday, we ordered two cakes, each serving 10 people; a strawberry cake and a raspberry cake. No problem with the strawberry cake, it served 10 people. But the raspberry cake is ridiculous. It's barely half the size of the strawberry cake (photo attached), and honestly, we don't have big appetites, but we could only manage 5 reasonable slices. For the price we paid, it's appalling. We were told on the phone that the raspberry cake was a normal size for 10 people, but you're shooting yourselves in the foot because we have a direct comparison with your strawberry cake, which actually serves 10. I'm not being dishonest; as the daughter of a shopkeeper, I know what it's like. But in this case, you should respect your customers. => Photo attached to support my claims

21/02/2026: For this second visit, the welcome is still warm, freshly squeezed hot lemons, excellent hot chocolate, and the same goes for the pastries, special mention for the Florentines!

20/03/2026: Avoid at all costs... I ordered a sweet white wine and caught the waitress mixing cane sugar into a dry white wine... It's a complete rip-off...

02/03/2026: 20 minutes to get a coffee and it's expensive, they charge you an arm and a leg.

28/04/2026: I'm a regular customer at the McDonald's in Évreux La Madeleine, and frankly, I don't understand what's going on with the sauces at this restaurant. For months now, it's been the same story: no sauces in click-and-collect orders. Whether the order is small or very large, there's never anything. Even when I take the trouble to add extra sauces and pay for them through the app, they're not included. Honestly, we're talking about ketchup or sauce for fries... it's not exactly a luxury item. I don't understand what it costs to check and include at least one, especially when you've already paid for them. The most frustrating thing is that you choose click-and-collect to save time and avoid getting out of the car. Except that in the end, you have to go downstairs, enter the restaurant, and practically have to insist to get something you've already paid for. And even then, it's complicated, with frequent refusals. The result: we end up with fries without sauce, even though it's clearly a basic item. It might seem trivial, but when it happens with every order, it becomes really annoying. Eventually, it just gives the impression that orders aren't being checked and that the customer experience isn't being taken seriously.
