06/03/2026: A wonderful discovery at the Dragon d'Asie restaurant, where we had booked for 4 people at 7:30 pm. We found the service to be impeccable, and the waitress was very friendly and smiling. The food was excellent, full of flavors and tastes. The value for money for the €25 menu was perfect, so we will definitely return for dinner when we are back in Carhaix. 23/07/2026: For a working-class restaurant, it's fantastic! The buffet offers a wide variety of starters and desserts, a choice of three main courses every day, and the food is delicious. Reservations are recommended, especially on Thursdays (market day). Kudos to the waitresses who remain smiling and friendly no matter how busy it is.

13/07/2026: One of the last real bistros in Brest. People are on a first-name basis, just like they always have been in Brest, and the welcome is fantastic. A place where you're sure to find a place to chat, whatever your age. I'll definitely be back.

04/08/2026: During our stay in Douarnenez last week, my father invited us for a drink after a pleasant walk in the area. We chose to sit on the terrace at Le Loup des Mers, even though the place was almost empty. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The waitress (who was also the manager) was particularly cold, without a single smile. A few minutes later, our drinks (a mint lemonade and a Schweppes) were served without any ice, even though it was very hot. The mint lemonade was barely cold either. I asked for some ice, thinking it was simply an oversight. The waitress's reaction surprised me: she seemed astonished by the request, as if it were unusual. It's a shame, because service makes all the difference, especially in a seaside resort where the summer season is crucial. A warm welcome, a smile, and properly served, ice-cold drinks with ice cubes in the middle of summer seem to me to be the bare minimum. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve the experience for future customers.

01/12/2025: Exceptional meal. Beautiful dining room. The waitress was incredibly attentive and, above all, responsive. She took the time to understand that I didn't like vegetarian chili so I could change my dish—a huge thank you to her. Perfect egg, fish Colombo, and a divine dessert.
