23/08/2026: A perfect family weekend in a stunning setting. Everything was perfect for a wonderful stay: the hotel and its rooms, the excellent meals, and the beautiful, peaceful surroundings of this corner of the Ardèche, where we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and nearby activities. We all left with a real desire to return.

21/08/2026: A very nice hotel. The restaurant had impeccable service, the food was excellent, and the terrace was lovely. The outdoor area with the pool and jacuzzi was fantastic.

08/09/2026: A pure moment of pleasure! The welcome, the smile, and the kindness of Madame were top-notch, and Monsieur's dishes were a delight. We couldn't enjoy the terrace because of the storm, but the interior setting is wonderful, and the evening was perfect! Thank you, and don't change a thing :)

06/09/2026: A very nice inn, beautifully decorated, the food is very good, you'll receive a warm welcome, it's best to book in advance, the parking lot is 20 meters from the inn and it's free, my road isn't very busy in September so it's not too noisy

04/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A superb discovery in Bidon! We had a wonderful time at Auberge La Farigoule. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and genuine good cheer that immediately set the tone. As for the food, it was impeccable: local produce, homemade dishes, generous portions, and above all, lots of flavor. You can tell there's a real desire to share the products and flavors of the region, with authentic and unpretentious cuisine. The setting is also very pleasant, with the atmosphere of a small Ardèche inn where you truly enjoy lingering. A special mention goes to the warm welcome and kindness of the owners: attentive, smiling, and passionate, they contribute enormously to the charm of the place. An address like this is the kind we wish we could find more often: good food, local produce, a friendly atmosphere, and excellent value for money. If you're traveling through the Ardèche Gorges, take a detour to Bidon and stop at La Farigoule. You won't regret it! We, for one, will be back with great pleasure. 😊

08/08/2026: The setting was splendid, the two servers were very friendly and excellent, attentive to ensuring we had everything we needed. Kudos to the chef, everything was superb. A culinary experience to be repeated.

We savored every bite, and this restaurant far surpasses several Michelin-starred establishments we've visited recently. The service is highly professional. The team is smiling and welcoming, with a strong sense of professionalism. 🥰 Unfortunately, the terrace doesn't live up to the quality of the food and service. A redesign and the advice of an interior designer are highly recommended to do justice to this fabulous menu that delighted our taste buds from appetizer to dessert. 🥰🙏

01/09/2026: It was an app that introduced me to this place and helped me count calories by taking a picture of my meal. The fish with trout roe was high in protein and delicious. The setting is pleasant and peaceful.

13/07/2026: Saturday night's meal at Maison Vernet was a truly wonderful surprise. Nicolas, the owner, is fantastic and very welcoming. The meal was superb: the meat was absolutely delicious and the cheese platter exceptional. Only fresh, local products were used, and the presentation of the dishes was beautiful. To top it all off, the view was magnificent. Highly recommended.

11/07/2026: Our room was the last one available. We might have worried it would be the least pleasant. And we would have been wrong. It was spotless and very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast, both generous and delicious, only confirmed what we felt upon arrival. We were in a quality establishment in the heart of a magnificent landscape. Thank you to the owners and their team for their warm and relaxed welcome. An address to keep carefully and share with friends.

If we had to choose one word to describe our experience with Mets Délices, it would be "PERFECTION." From our first conversations to the big day, they guided us, advised us, and reassured us. 29/08/2026: I only tried the restaurant. The setting is pleasant, despite its proximity to the road. Private parking is available on site. The staff is friendly. The food is high quality, made with local and seasonal ingredients. The only downside: there were too many mosquitoes and ants on the terrace.

28/08/2026: For my 60th birthday, I asked the restaurant to prepare a complete catered meal for ten people. The person I spoke with was very kind, accommodating, and available. The proposal met my expectations, but most importantly, on the day itself, everything was ready, exactly as described, generous portions, high quality, delicious, and beautifully presented. I thank the chef and his team; we were able to have an excellent lunch for my birthday. I highly recommend this establishment.
