28/10/2024: La canaille bistró ha reemplazado a la antigua Chez Ju y contrariamente a otras críticas disfrutamos a fondo de la reencarnación.
El bistró canaille se convirtió en un habitual para nosotros cuando nos alojamos en Mollégès.
El menú (en una pizarra) era interesante, el ambiente excelente debido tanto al personal divertido, así como la decoración de los bistrós, mientras que la comida era deliciosa
Muy recomendable.
Definitivamente para que volvamos en 2025
10/07/2024: Une très belle surprise ,nous avons dîner au bistrot et nous avons passé un moment vraiment agréable un service au top qui n’a rien à envié au plus grands ,nous avons pu échanger avec la serveuse et le patron qui sont vraiment des personnes formidables
Les plats sont simples mais très bien maîtrisés (les profiterolles étaient juste parfaite mention particulière au chef de cuisine pour les choux!!)
Je recommande vivement cet endroit !!nous y retournerons sans hésitations

Generous and affordable home cooking. For me, it's great value for money. Plus, super cool rock bands playing there. We always come back, here it's simple and without fuss but how good is it!

An idyllic location. A change of scenery is guaranteed when you come from Paris. A warm welcome. Dedicated, professional and always smiling staff. I felt in a real cozy cocoon. The hotel is very clean. The room I occupied was very comfortable with minimalist decoration but full of warmth. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. As for the restaurant, real gastronomy with fresh products, something to delight the taste buds. All at excellent value for money. I can only recommend this hotel restaurant. I will come back to it. It's certain

02/09/2024: Tucked away off the beaten path, this is a gem of a place. We got the fish of the day which was cooked incredibly well and flavorful with perfectly cooked vegetables, as well as the mixed salad.
Trivially but of note: This is the only restaurant we’ve been to so far that has given us pitchers of ice cold water with continuous refills which offered us much appreciated respite in the hot weather.
Wonderful vibes and service. Would definitely recommend!

29/09/2024: Unfriendly waiter who places the dish on the empty table behind when only two people on a table of 5 heard him announce the dish to be put on the table and pushes the customers before asking for forgiveness when he wants to navigate between the tables. (we thank the other two servers out of three who were much more friendly)
28/09/2024: First time as a family and unfortunately the last. The staff is very nice and the place is really nice, but the meat is really not good. I had to send back the ordered steak, I couldn't even cut it with the meat knife. So I had a hamburger steak which was terrible. And sadly for me even the sugar crepe wasn't good! Dry, very dry. Too bad, very disappointed 😞

Nous sommes venus avec ma compagne pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage et la soirée fût tout simplement extraordinaire.
L'artichaut au caviar est tout simplement succulent, le rouget avec sa rouille au siphon et le bœuf wagyu français pour ne citer qu'eux, resterons un moment dans nôtre mémoire!!!!
Le service est au diapason de la cuisine ce qui est un plus en comparaison des restaurant de ce calibre dans la région.

10/08/2024: Nous avons passé un sublime séjour au Château de la gaude , rien n’est laissé au Hasard ! Les expériences gastronomiques à la source comme au Art sont de haut vol en l’occurrence au art où nous avons été bluffé du début à la fin dans ce cadre enchanteur.
Merci aux équipes !!! La deuxième étoile ne devrait pas tarder 😉
