30/03/2026: Terrible experience. We booked a triple room for two nights. At arrival, the electronic key didn't work. We got a new one at the desk, and after some tries, it opened the door. We went out and came back at 11 PM. It was very cold outside. The key didn't work again. We went to the reception. The receptionist gave us another key and told us not to put it near the phone (we already knew this). We tried again, but it still didn't work. We called the receptionist to our door. He saw the problem while we were freezing outside. He opened the door with a physical key, took our cards, and told us "we will see tomorrow morning". So, we were in a room without keys, unable to go out, in a half-empty hotel. Inside the room, the third bed was missing sheets and a duvet. Worse, the pillowcase had blood on it. We went to the reception again. They just gave us the linens to make the bed ourselves. The next morning, we went to breakfast. The buffet breakfast was actually quite rich and good. We hoped they had a solution for the room, but nothing. The night employee even took the only physical master key with him. We had to wait. Their new solution was: "come to the reception every time you need to open your door". We had to stay for two nights, so this idea was total madness. We complained again. Finally, the only good employee came to check the door. He understood the door battery was dead and changed it. After that, it finally worked.

08/03/2026: The hotel was quiet and very clean. The welcome was friendly. The restaurant had a limited selection but was perfectly adequate. One small drawback: only one chair in the room and only two towels in the bathroom, no hand towels... and no coat hook, just one. Overall, we were still very happy. Thank you!

24/09/2025: Excellent and timeless; the visit to this extraordinary abbey ended in delight; we ordered a platter of charcuterie as well as a cuttlefish dish accompanied by fries and salad, it was very good and reasonable in terms of price... the location is very pleasant, in the shade, so freshness is guaranteed when the sun is still strong...

23/09/2025: Located at the foot of the abbey, with easy parking. Good food with some original touches. But one service issue that lowers the rating. Once you've finished your main course, wait at least half an hour for dessert. And above all, don't show up; you'll face the arrogance of a disorganized waitress. A shame.

14/02/2026: A lovely discovery nestled in a peaceful spot, far from the hustle and bustle of the port. A delightful place, as was the carefully prepared cuisine. Everything was perfect.

19/12/2025: An absolutely charming stay at this Provençal hotel in Cassis. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the authentic and welcoming atmosphere, so typical of the region. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated in a style that was both traditional and soothing. The setting is ideal for enjoying Cassis and its surroundings, nestled between the sea, the calanques (rocky inlets), and strolls through the village. Breakfast was delightful, featuring quality products, and enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere. But the real highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff, who were simply incredible. Exceptionally kind, attentive, smiling, and always offering helpful advice, Mateo in particular contributed greatly to making our experience unforgettable. His professionalism and good humor made all the difference and made us want to return. A charming hotel, run by a dedicated and passionate team. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely be back.

20/02/2026: Friendly service, excellent value for money at lunchtime, special mention for the pasta with porcini mushrooms! They also offer themed evenings in the summer as well as after-work drinks during the week; the atmosphere is great, relaxed, and all the staff are super friendly.

23/03/2026: We ate at this restaurant tonight with my husband and daughter, and the service was fantastic. Marco served us with a smile, was very attentive, and paid close attention to everything, especially since I told him I was pregnant. The meat was cooked perfectly, as was the cheese. It was great. Thanks also to the gentleman in the kitchen who was incredibly quick and kind. Yes, we could hear the pub, but it wasn't as bothersome as other reviews have mentioned. However, one small point for improvement: I think a little attention to detail in the restrooms would be great, as they were dimly lit and quite dirty. We'll be back to try other burgers because they were very good.

21/03/2026: A disgrace! Sitting for an hour without menus, without water, without anything, and having to ask three times for them to come only for them to say they didn't have any pizzas. The servers aren't professional, but the place itself is great.

21/03/2026: This place is magical, with very welcoming staff, exquisite cuisine, spacious and clean rooms, a dreamy spa under the vaulted ceilings, and a generous breakfast. Bravo to this exceptional establishment!

20/03/2026: What a disgrace! Check your bill! They charge you for services you didn't receive; luckily, there was a cancellation. If you pay in two installments (one for the night's reservation and one for the additional cost, such as dinner and the tax), it's impossible to get two invoices (which makes accounting and reconciliation difficult). This was impossible despite the reception staff agreeing upon my departure: "...Very well, sir, we'll send it to you by email..." I never received it, despite my follow-up. Avoid this place; the service is subpar. It's a shame, as the location and surroundings are lovely.
