On est surpris du début à la fin, on n est pas simplement au restaurant mais en train d assister au spectacle d’un artiste et sa troupe Et tout cela dans une ambiance simple et ultra conviviale Ayant déjà fait plusieurs étoilés, je peux dire qu aucun ne m a autant agréablement surpris que celui ci Nous reviendrons , c est certain !!!

20/08/2024: Le dîner à l'Oustau avec le chef Glen Viel était somptueux. Magnifique menu Ballade à 340€ avec notamment une bouillabaisse revisitée qui était incroyable. Le chef Viel vient discuter avec toutes les tables, il est charmant et très accessible et il prend même la pose pour faire quelques photos! Personnel très gentil et professionnel.

21/09/2024: The daily menu is excellent value for money (€20 main course and dessert); the à la carte dishes are more expensive but varied (meat, fish, salad, vegetarian). Glad to have discovered Saussoun sauce, Mistral's favorite it seems... In any case it's excellent traditional cuisine. The service was quick and friendly.

20/04/2024: My friend and I went to eat at this place. The waiter and the exterior charm are really nice. But on the plate, it's different. The dishes are good, but nothing more. I didn't like the revisited dessert and I think it was a little expensive for what it is. I don't think I'll come back, but it's worth doing anyway.

08/09/2024: A very good experience with this brasserie. The terrace setting is superb and protected from the noise of the city. The food is good, and the meats are cooked perfectly. The servers are very friendly. One small drawback was that the service was a bit slow, but this was probably due to the fact that part of the room was privatized for a wedding. I recommend this establishment.

12/09/2024: Service ok. But lousy meal, foie gras ok as a starter, but after main courses langoustines and me full of sauces which completely distort the taste of the dish!!!. Specialty soufflé crepe dessert, meh, nothing more. Fortunately we had chosen a good wine to wash this down. Price €210 for 2. It's not up to standard and there are much better in the region, particularly in Uzege.

04/09/2024: Restaurant décoré de façon atypique et chaleureuse, cadre dans lequel on se sent bien. Tables bien espacées. Menu à 48€ le soir avec entrée, plat, dessert, 3 choix pour chaque. Plats généreux et goûteux à base de produits locaux. Belle présentation soignée. Nous nous sommes régalés les papilles et les yeux. Les patrons assurent un service convivial, discret, attentionné , efficace et irréprochable. Le top à Maussane !

30/08/2024: We went to this restaurant where everything was very good from starter to dessert. We had a pleasant time at midday on the terrace. The owners are super nice! We will definitely come back.

30/08/2024: We passed by this creperie by chance, it was quite late and the waiters still received us. Honestly, it’s one of the best crepes I’ve made!! The service was just impeccable, the cook made a mistake on an order and the waiter gave us a pancake as a gift. We really appreciated this gesture and your honesty. François is truly incredible, he does his job with passion and we feel it, he is the best server I have ever had!! Thank you very much for this pleasant moment. In addition, the setting is magnificent on the terrace and the prices are affordable, excellent cuisine, real Breton pancakes with extra natural apple juice! 26/08/2024: Tout était parfait, nous nous sommes tous régalés et recommandons donc ! Mention spéciale pour la jeune fille au service qui à été aux petits soins. Nous y retournerons !!
