30/05/2026: A very disappointing experience at one of the world’s most iconic architectural sites. One would expect the French Tourism office or the Tenant Asaociation to think up a true restaurant experience worthy of the location. The food was subpar, the wait staff and bar maid touch all the food they are about to serve (bread, cake slices, etc.) with their hands not wearing gloves after touching cash and they are not friendly. The decor is rundown, shabby and unclean tables. Just yuck! When you come see the magnificent Radiant City, stroll right past this restaurant and head instead to one of the many other great eateries in Marseille.

18/05/2026: An unusual venue in harmony with its surroundings, offering a refined and excellent lunch menu. Meat and fish dishes presented in keeping with the setting, and desserts that are as good as they are delicious.

18/03/2026: Disgusting, avoid at all costs. My plate smelled rotten. I asked for it to be replaced, and they tried to charge me for two plates. Terrible atmosphere, fish not fresh, avoid at all costs. Not to mention the manager yelling at her employees. It was shameful.

28/01/2026: Starter: Fish soup – not great. Main course: Cod steak – tasteless, dry, rubbery – very mediocre. Dessert: Chocolate fondant – good taste but not homemade.

06/06/2026: It's a shame I can't give zero stars. A waitress was treated like a disabled person by the boys working at the counter, who clearly don't know the basic rules of good manners; communication is a foreign concept to them. A shame for Marseille, a shame for Islam. Simply boycott this place.

05/06/2026: The restaurant is very well located, right opposite Saint Charles train station. The staff is very welcoming, and the service is excellent. The grilled sardines and red mullet are superb.

30/03/2026: Terrible experience. We booked a triple room for two nights. At arrival, the electronic key didn't work. We got a new one at the desk, and after some tries, it opened the door. We went out and came back at 11 PM. It was very cold outside. The key didn't work again. We went to the reception. The receptionist gave us another key and told us not to put it near the phone (we already knew this). We tried again, but it still didn't work. We called the receptionist to our door. He saw the problem while we were freezing outside. He opened the door with a physical key, took our cards, and told us "we will see tomorrow morning". So, we were in a room without keys, unable to go out, in a half-empty hotel. Inside the room, the third bed was missing sheets and a duvet. Worse, the pillowcase had blood on it. We went to the reception again. They just gave us the linens to make the bed ourselves. The next morning, we went to breakfast. The buffet breakfast was actually quite rich and good. We hoped they had a solution for the room, but nothing. The night employee even took the only physical master key with him. We had to wait. Their new solution was: "come to the reception every time you need to open your door". We had to stay for two nights, so this idea was total madness. We complained again. Finally, the only good employee came to check the door. He understood the door battery was dead and changed it. After that, it finally worked.

10/04/2026: Stopped in for a quick lunch. The daily special, ravioli, arrived cold after 40 minutes. Luckily, the youngest and very friendly waiter somewhat redeemed the situation.

16/03/2026: The dishes are well presented and of fairly good quality. However, the behavior of some servers could be improved: politeness and respect should always be the norm.

10/01/2026: The menus are excellent, I've been coming back to them for years and I'm always very happy with them, I confirm once again that I'm happy with them.

11/11/2025: We ate at Mama Sita. We had a wonderful evening. The portions were very generous. The gizzard appetizer was delicious. The Fisherman's Stew was excellent, filled with prawns, sea bream fillet, mussels, potatoes, and served with croutons and a delicious rouille sauce. Homemade desserts were also available. We loved it and highly recommend this restaurant. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much, and see you soon!

08/03/2026: The hotel was quiet and very clean. The welcome was friendly. The restaurant had a limited selection but was perfectly adequate. One small drawback: only one chair in the room and only two towels in the bathroom, no hand towels... and no coat hook, just one. Overall, we were still very happy. Thank you!

14/04/2026: A beautiful establishment in the heart of Aix-en-Provence. We regularly go there, especially for special occasions like Sarah's daughter's birthday, and it's always a success. The setting is charming and the atmosphere is decidedly festive, perfect for a wonderful evening with friends. The welcome is warm and you quickly feel at ease. An ideal place to celebrate and enjoy a convivial moment. I highly recommend it!

25/03/2026: It's a real shame they don't respect the opening hours. I arrived at the door at 9:05 PM and the light was already off, the floor had been mopped, and the person there was busy locking up. Apart from that, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

28/02/2026: I'd been to this bar several times for a drink and to buy my lottery tickets, and honestly, I'm very disappointed by the behavior of the owner and his waitress, who are incredibly condescending. I won't be going back; they've lost a loyal customer. 😑❌
