08/07/2025: I was lucky enough to return to this restaurant, which had already impressed me. The welcome is absolutely wonderful, the menu is mouthwatering, and the dishes are simply exceptional. The wine recommendations are relevant and high-quality. I recommend it for a truly Corsican culinary experience.

01/11/2024: Best discovery this summer! The setting is conducive to relaxation with an incredible view of Palombaggia beach. The waiters and waitresses attentive and smiling. What can we say about the pizzas with their airy dough and quality toppings. A treat! We went back a second time.

The setting is magical and the servers are extremely friendly. 21/10/2025: Chosen somewhat by chance among the many restaurants lining the alley, this establishment is definitely worth the detour! From the very friendly welcome, to the service provided by the pleasant and very professional young man, to the exceptional quality of the cuisine! We chose the daily specials, and they were simply perfect. Fresh produce, crafted in a combination of flavors that was as surprising as it was remarkably well-chosen. All for a price almost equivalent to that of neighboring restaurants. We highly recommend a visit if you're in Propriano.

All this accompanied by a young, impeccable head waiter and a manager who loves his job and his customers. A must-visit if you enjoy excellent cuisine. 16/09/2024: Juste parfait: de belles planches de très bonne charcuterie et fromages corses, des tapenades, et des desserts de haute volée (fait par un pâtissier local, du haut de gamme), le tout en terrasse, accompagné de bonnes boissons et d’un personnel attentif et sympa! À faire!

13/09/2024: Très agréable établissement. Accueil sympathique du patron Mr Doume et des serveurs. Excellente bières corse bien évidemment, Paolina blanche à l'immortelle, ou Ambrée,blonde,topissime. Accompagné de la charcuterie super fine et très bonne, de l'authenticité ,tout ce qu'on recherche. C'était notre première Année avec mon épouse et ce sera pas la dernière. 15/09/2024: un endroit sans chichi, mais qui vaut vraiment le détour. terrine excellente, cochon roti....un peu bonheur et pour finir tarte citron exquise.....avec une petite liqueur de verveine maison....offerte.... l'accueil convivial est revenu en Corse Bravo et merci

I didn’t take a proper picture of the meals, but the one I’m sharing should be sufficient to judge the experience of the cook. The decor is certainly not up-to-date, but it's a superb address for lovers of flavors and authenticity. Recommended by locals, we were not disappointed. Thank you. Les Bordelais

07/11/2025: My friend and I stumbled upon this restaurant while wandering down an alley and we have absolutely no regrets about eating there. Everything was perfect for a lovely evening and a delicious meal. The servers were very pleasant and courteous, and the service was quick. The cuisine was local, excellent, and refined. The portion sizes were perfect for a full meal (we had the €20 set menu). The value for money was excellent! The drinks were also delicious and generously portioned. The dining room had a very traditional feel and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
