terrine excellente, cochon roti....un peu bonheur et pour finir tarte citron exquise.....avec une petite liqueur de verveine maison....offerte....
l'accueil convivial est revenu en Corse

05/11/2024: Il n’y a aucune déception, comme à chaque passage, une nourriture de qualité avec des produits frais, une imagination dans la composition des plats, un personnel irréprochable. Je vous conseille donc de vous rendre à cette adresse, vous ne serez pas déçu. Un conseil réservez avant.
02/11/2024: Ce soir j'ai découvert, grâce à ma moitié, une belle adresse à Ajaccio, et j'ai envie de vous partager ce bel endroit ! Le Bistrot Gourmand est à peine visible dans une rue ... au Trottel ! L'accueil , les conseils et surtout ce qu'on a mangé était juste à tomber !
Les saveurs, la qualité des mets étaient au rdv ! Personnel très attentionné , merci pour votre professionnalisme.
Si vous allez en Corse à Ajaccio, allez y les yeux fermés !

14/09/2024: Nous avons été ravi de notre dîner dans cette auberge. Ma femme a pris un cocktzil sans alcool et moi j'ai été agréablement surpris du cocktail capo spritz. C'était très bon.
Ont suivi un filet de bœuf Wellington très tendre et un osso buco délicieux. Les desserts étaient réussis aussi. Merci pour le digestif à la myrte
Très belle découverte gastronomique que nous n'hésitons pas à vous recommander.

I've been coming here since I was little, the menu and decor may have changed but the quality of the products is still there! The setting is magical and the servers are extremely friendly.
My boyfriend had a wonderful birthday (Georges the Quebecois, if you pass by, thank you for your song, we're thinking of you 🫶🏻)

a cuisine based on very beautiful products including rare things (grouper) and a magnificent combination based on Corsican cuisine. A big congratulations to the Chef, his brigade and the waitress in the dining room, who flits from table to table to ensure the same standard as the kitchen! to do again without any hesitation

Noi abbiamompreso due menù proposti da loro con affetati e formaggi misti, lasagna e tortino di melanzane. Gelato al cedro e formaggi. Il tutto accompagnato da insalta mista, birra Pietra blonde e baguette. Ci siamo poi.portato via dei biscottini fatti da loro sia dolci che salati. Il tutto per 58,00€
20/09/2024: En visite sur Bonifacio et voulant éviter la foule, nous nous sommes rendu dans cet établissement. D’une extrême authenticité , nous avons été accueilli avec énormément de bienveillance et de gentillesse,
Rapport qualité prix au top, la charcuterie, les fromages corses et la glace artisanale étaient juste divins!
Possibilité de ramener les produits à domicile sous vide.
Nous conseillons cet endroit à tout curieux et envieux de goûter la gastronomie locale !
