13/08/2026: We had a wonderful experience and were warmly welcomed. We came to celebrate a birthday and were given comfortable seats overlooking the Seine; the setting was perfect. The service was excellent, and our waitress, Tracy, was friendly and very professional. The cuisine is original, a skillful blend of Japanese and Italian specialties with South American influences. The ingredients are high quality. We appreciated the thoughtful touch for our birthday, with a song and a candle. I highly recommend it.

30/08/2026: Recommended by our taxi driver upon leaving the airport, it's best to reserve a table at 20123; you'll receive a warm welcome! On the small terrace, enlivened by the conversations of the waiters and the chats of your neighbors with whom you'll quickly strike up a conversation, the half-open door allows you to enjoy the Corsican music played by two guitars. The interior is beautiful. Very friendly and welcoming, and of course, the food is excellent (local cuisine)! Tip: Don't have an afternoon snack or an aperitif before dinner. The portions are generous, just like at home, and you'd be frustrated (like me) if you couldn't finish your plate and didn't order dessert. Highly recommended! We'll be back!!

01/08/2026: An excellent restaurant with creative and refined cuisine of the highest standard. Every dish was perfectly balanced in flavor and presented with meticulous attention to detail – true haute cuisine. The wine pairings were perfectly matched to the menu and wonderfully complemented the culinary experience. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates exceptional food. We will definitely be back!

31/07/2026: A very offhand service that seems tourist hardened but not mean-spirited. We chose the smaller menu. It started with a slice of what we were told was “raw fish” that was snapper-like, accompanied by a tiny bit of pickled baby vegetables that were insufficient to mask the fish’s lack of freshness. The next course turned out to be a “wagyu pastrami” which was a salty, lean slice of beef with a pleasant flavor accompanied by coleslaw and Russian dressing. The lamb was a real waste of a gorgeous LITTLE ( perhaps 60 gr) piece of young lamb souris drowned under a pile-on of far too many flavors which ended up a gloppy muddle. Overall, it was not a joyful meal and the faces of the other diners indicated that we were not alone.

12/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery on our way to Porto! We stopped at a superb place where we had a fantastic meal. The ceviche was perfectly seasoned, bursting with freshness and flavor. The Corsican burger 🍔 was excellent, served with delicious fresh fries. We were delighted with this experience. Thank you for the warm welcome 🙏 So far, the best reasonably priced restaurant we've found since arriving on the island. We highly recommend it!

19/07/2026: The products offered are very good. A wonderful welcome every time I come, special mention to the manager who also serves alongside the other vendors; he is incredibly courteous and kind. This attitude towards customers is so rare these days that it deserves to be highlighted. Thank you to him for making us such good bread. I wish him continued success in his business.

03/08/2026: Thoroughly enjoyed our visit, Warm and friendly welcome when we arrived, option to sit inside or out, Atmosphere inside was relaxed and very comfortable . Nothing was to much trouble during our visit, from the menu we selected the ravioli and courgette flowers filled with crab, leek fondue and lobster bisque accompanied with plenty of fresh bread, Veal fillet, seasonal vegetables, potatoes and a wonderful sauce. Cocktails, wines and drinks are reasonably priced with a good selection Fantastic last night holiday dinner, highly recommend.

12/08/2026: I came here for breakfast every day during my holiday and tried all the savory options. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive – the best I've ever experienced. Definitely a top recommendation!

28/08/2026: Absolutely fantastic! We ordered the chef's suggestion, with sea bass cooked to perfection. Everything was truly excellent, from start to finish. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. We had a wonderful time, right up to dessert! Even the bread was delicious. 😍 Thank you so much for this wonderful experience; we will definitely be back!

24/07/2026: Le Roy Théodore is a family-run establishment where the welcome is as warm as Corsican hospitality. Not to mention the cuisine, which is of exceptional quality. The owners are incredibly kind and attentive. A wonderful experience to be had in Sartène.

22/07/2026: A fantastic experience from the moment we arrived until the complimentary drink. We had two Corsican menus and two express menus, and all the dishes were truly delicious and generously served. Honestly, it was a real treat!

22/08/2026: A place to share and definitely remember for our next trip to Ajaccio. The service was pleasant and friendly. The (homemade) dishes were generous and delicious! All this for a reasonable price: €20 per person (2 adults / 2 children) including an aperitif.
