30/10/2023: I really recommend this restaurant. We arrived late on a Sunday (2 p.m.) and the manager said yes without hesitation. At the end of the season we were offered few choices but tasty dishes with real flavor. A very tasty Corsican burger. Pasta with different tomatoes and well-seasoned Corsican ham But a revelation about dessert Caramel mousse with its salted caramel coulis and whipped cream, crazy Thank you very much for your sympathy and sense of service. We will come back with pleasure Sandrine and Ludo

26/03/2024: Excellent meal taken in the evening at Pierre Paul. The setting of the restaurant is original and neat: very beautiful driftwood compositions, colorful lampshades, magnificent view of the tower and the bay. The service is fast, professional and very friendly. And finally...the kitchen. A perfect mastery of cooking over a wood fire and grill for both meat (excellent veal chops) and vegetables, fish, shellfish and crustaceans (prawns are a real treat). ).The sauces are inventive, the ingredients very fresh...in short, we ate very well and had a very pleasant evening. All accompanied by a white wine from the Punta estate that is mineral and rich in flavors which goes perfectly with the seafood. Thank you chef and thank you to the whole team!

25/09/2023: A wonderful place. Great service, they were able to do spontaneous adaptions on the menu, the service was very kind, the food super tasty and the location and the view is just amazing. We would surely come back again.

24/09/2023: We ordered two tuna tartare. On the menu it was written with pomegranate and toasted pistachios, but there wasn't a single pistachio. The flavor of soy sauce predominated in the tartare and there were very few pomegranate seeds.
