13/09/2024: Un vendredi soir avec trop peu de monde dans ce restaurant qui vaut vraiment le coup ! La gentillesse du chef, son bon conseil pour le vin et la découverte des spaghettis à la Gitta (pâtes aux pattes d'araignée de mer) sans oublier l'entrée et les desserts, nous avons passé un tres bon moment.
12/09/2024: Restaurant parfait si vous souhaitez goûter la cuisine Corse. La terrasse est installée dans une petite ruelle. Ambiance romantique assurée. Le chef a l’écoute et de très bon conseil notamment pour le choix du vin. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. 35€ le grand plateau de charcuterie à partager. Les entrées approximativement 10€. Les plats sont aux alentours de 23€. Le service est rapide, efficace, très aimable. Les produits sont frais et régionaux. C’est vraiment une très belle découverte pour nous 2 qui cherchions un restaurant qui change des multiples pizzerias d’Ajaccio. Mention très spéciale pour la glace au limoncello!

27/08/2024: Quatrième visite en deux ans. À chaque fois un vrai plaisir ! Bienvenue à l'Auberge du col Saint-Georges. C'est un établissement familial, convivial et chaleureux. L'accueil y est excellent, gentil et bienveillant. Les plats sont soigneusement confectionnés avec des produits du terroir. Les amoureux de bons vins ne seront pas en reste. Le sommelier dispose d'une carte très fournie et sa cave est de toute beauté. N'hésitez pas à demander un conseil si vos connaissances en vins Corse sont limitées.
Cet établissement est très prisé, pensez à réserver.

23/09/2024: Excellent accueil dans ce restaurant choisi au hasard. Nous sommes arrivés dans l’aprem midi, et nous avons été agréablement surpris. La planche était excellent avec de beaux produits. Service attentionné et très agréable.
10/09/2024: Good cuisine but their specialty remains wine, moreover the high tables and high stools do not allow you to have a comfortable position for a meal. However, we are well received there! Wine lover => I recommend

Le tartare de dorade était succulent ! Je me suis régalée! Le café gourmand avec sa crème brûlée à la châtaigne était très copieux ! Bref à refaire ! Les toilettes propres !

22/09/2024: What a magnificent place... Finally we arrived there! We found La Perle, a traditional Corsican restaurant, in an absolutely exceptional location.
From the meal to the atmosphere and the kindness of the servers, everything was perfect.
We opted for the trilogy (Corsican veal, Bonifacienne-style eggplant and Corsican soup) then for dessert, a sweet chestnut cake. (Having eaten it in several places I can tell you that it is by far my favorite)
Go there with your eyes closed!
The veal was tender, the eggplant stuffing succulent and the soup was surprising and so good!
