04/06/2026: Beautiful setting, impeccable service, excellent cuisine

03/06/2026: A restaurant with a warm atmosphere, well-lit with pretty fairy lights without being overwhelming. The dishes were beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! A great feature was that the dishes weren't overly salted in advance, making them accessible to those who can't eat large quantities. If I had to point out one detail, one area for improvement: pay attention to the way some dishes are served in small casseroles, which can be scalding hot if not announced. Thank you to the manager, who was proactive in finding us a table despite the restaurant being full. My friends and I would like to give a special mention to the waitress, Eva! She was truly pleasant, responsive, and smiling from beginning to end, even with a full house.

13/06/2026: Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience. The same dessert was accidentally charged twice on my bill.. Mistakes can happen, but more attention should be paid to ensuring the bill is correct when processing payment.. The food was good, but this experience negatively affected my overall impression of the visit. For clarification, the crossed-out items and notes on the receipt were added by me for personal use as a reminder regarding the split payment between friends and are not related to the restaurant or the incorrectly charged item.

11/06/2026: I highly recommend it. Two set menus: Starter, main course, and dessert Or starter and main course. Between 17 and 20 euros. Excellent value for money. Plus, the food is excellent. Nothing to complain about. If you have any doubts, go for it! 🙂🙂

02/04/2026: Excellent restaurant in Piana. We go back regularly, always perfect. Home-style Corsican cuisine with quality ingredients. We'll be back to try the fish soup that looked so tempting at the neighbors' table. If you like flan, go for it without hesitation!

17/05/2026: We chose this restaurant for its fish menu, and it was an excellent choice. My wife selected a fish from the tank, and I wanted to order a lobster, but the owner kindly warned me that it would be expensive because the lobsters weigh at least 2 kg. I opted instead for a delicious octopus. This restaurant doesn't try to overcharge its customers, which is rare. The dessert was also delicious. Furthermore, the waitress and the owner were very welcoming.

16/05/2026: Stunning views from the rooms and also from the restaurant. Simple, clean room. Note: no TV (which suited us fine, since we didn't watch TV), and a hairdryer is available upon request at reception. Excellent dinner, basic breakfast (bread, jam, juice).

29/05/2026: A premium welcome for Corsicans, but for the French, you'll have to come back another time (or maybe not...). No special attention whatsoever, despite a reservation for a birthday. A completely overwhelmed waitress who didn't know her menu and, what's more, criticized what we ordered ("that's for the French..."). She practically threw the appetizers onto the table. Seeing a 4-5 cm cockroach inside the restaurant, we decided to change tables and move to the terrace, which irritated the waitress. The digestif (in this case, myrtle liqueur) is only offered if you're a local, so put on your best accent to earn one... The meal itself was fine, the dishes were good. Ultimately, the value for money isn't there; there are better options elsewhere in Ajaccio. We usually go to other restaurants of the same standard; we wanted a change, and it was a mistake. We really felt a difference in treatment between the "locals" and others... let's remember, however, that the chef is English and he does a very good job.

31/05/2026: We stopped for a coffee on the terrace and decided to stay for lunch. As is often the case in Corsica, the welcome was friendly and the portions generous. We had a lovely time with friends. Good value for money. A great place to remember.

18/05/2026: The service at lunchtime was very friendly, however, in the evenings, French and German guests were treated differently. We would have liked to order more, but the service didn't allow it. The food was just so-so.

15/05/2026: We turned up late, all on bicycles, wet through, and despite being officially closed, they served is all a very welcome hot drink and for free too! Thank you so much 🙏

03/11/2025: Unexpected quaint beach Cafe in a tiny village where our boat was met at the beach by a dozen wandering cows. The menu is very, very limited - but the food is excellent and the service is friendly. A must-visit for Girolata!

03/06/2026: I received a very warm welcome as a Martinican, which is quite rare. The staff is very kind, smiling, and pleasant. The meal is high quality and homemade; it's excellent. I ate very well and I will definitely come back. The setting is truly lovely. Thank you for everything. Signature: Clementine crème brûlée.

And on top of that, the cannelloni were excellent! 👌 All this with a beautiful view, a really pleasant place to take a break during my ride. A great place that I highly recommend!
