The prawn pasta no longer looks like what you see; I had rather basic spaghetti, and the prawns listed on the menu were actually shrimp… the same size and taste as regular shrimp. Prices have gone up; dishes are now €30, which isn't worth the price of the shrimp. The menu has also changed.

07/08/2026: A wonderful experience at La Table à Coco in Bastelicaccia! A passionate young restaurateur who deserves to be better known. The welcome is warm, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and the food is delicious. You can feel his desire to please and offer quality cuisine. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

12/08/2026: We spent one night there and were delighted with our discovery. The people were genuine and the welcome wonderful. The rooms were very clean. The restaurant was amazing; I've never eaten such a delicious meal. There were four of us, and we all loved it. It's definitely an address we'll keep and will return to every year! A big thank you!

Plus, they accept holiday vouchers! 👍 Great value for money for the rooms, very clean! …and only 10 minutes from Figari airport!… In short, nothing to complain about! Stay just as you are! 26/07/2026: Excellent lunch on the way back to Ajaccio. We chose this restaurant for its fish menu, and in the end, the lobster ravioli were simply amazing, not to mention the grilled octopus. The owner is welcoming without being overbearing, and it's just fantastic! Thank you for this wonderful experience.

26/07/2026: Very disappointed with our experience. I ordered the suckling pig for €34, a dish from which one can legitimately expect a certain level of quality. Upon arrival, the plate consisted almost entirely of fat and stuffing. The actual amount of meat was ridiculously small, barely enough for a bite. When it came time to pay, I expressed my disappointment to the owner. After going to the kitchen, he returned and admitted that the suckling pig we received was indeed very fatty. Despite this admission, no compensation was offered, and the full €34 was charged. I find this attitude particularly unprofessional. Another point that shocked us: the owner was unpleasant to his employees throughout the service, which created a very disagreeable atmosphere. Finally, we witnessed a surprising scene: while the owner was carving a fish near our table, it fell off the plate onto the serving counter before being placed back on the plate by hand as if nothing had happened. For an establishment claiming to be in this category, this is frankly perplexing. A very disappointing experience that does not correspond to either the prices charged or the expected level of quality. -------------------------- Following the owner's response: Your response unfortunately reflects the welcome we received: aggressive and insulting. You accuse me of lying. Yet, after going to the kitchen, you yourself admitted that the suckling pig served was particularly fatty. Despite this, you chose to charge €34 for the dish without any compensation whatsoever. Therefore, it is not the price I am questioning, but the discrepancy between what was served and what was charged. Regarding the fish, I stand by everything I saw. We were seated less than a meter away from you when the fish slipped off the plate onto the counter before being placed back on the plate with your fingers. These are the facts I personally witnessed. I also mentioned that your manner of speaking to your employees deeply surprised me and contributed to a rather unpleasant atmosphere. On the other hand, publicly calling me a "stingy stingy person" only confirms the lack of respect you show your customers. Everyone will surely appreciate your communication skills. For my part, I have nothing further to add.

27/07/2026: A fantastic restaurant we stumbled upon unexpectedly, and what a delightful surprise! The welcome was warm, the panoramic view magnificent, and the atmosphere calm and very pleasant. We enjoyed a fish dish with artichokes, which was simply excellent. High-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked: a true delight. Special mention goes to the waiter, who was incredibly kind and attentive. His excellent service greatly contributed to our wonderful experience. A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend!

The hostess is incredibly welcoming and, with her meticulous attention to detail, ensures that you feel completely at ease. We went there twice in a row and were delighted each time. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great passion. A true culinary highlight. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant!
