18/08/2024: I really enjoyed my lunch in this restaurant. As it was my first time in Burgundy and curious what the local cuisine is like I ordered their their Burgundy menu. It was heavenly tasty. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Not all spoke English nut they always manage to help if I needed and behaved very friendly and with constant smile on their faces.

22/01/2026: The cashier was extremely rude and arrogant. I inquired about the availability of a wine, and she responded aggressively, calling me a "wine speculator." A traumatic experience.

16/11/2025: I passed through Beaune in August 2023. They had a great selection of wines at really good prices. Sure, Burgundy wines aren't exactly cheap, but they're hard to find online, and certainly not cheaper. The owner was a bit reserved, but very friendly nonetheless. She had a bit of a hard time with me, though, because I had, and still have, almost no idea about the countless wineries in Burgundy.

13/01/2026: The hotel was accommodating in some respects, but the overall experience was disappointing. The breakfast was mediocre, with a very insufficient quantity, and absolutely did not justify the price. The hotel is expensive (€90 per night) considering the services offered. We had booked several rooms: the hotel was dirty, poorly insulated, had cleanliness issues, and a broken toilet. Furthermore, although payment was made online, we had to pay a second time on arrival under the pretext that the establishment "does not accept online payments," which is unacceptable.

03/12/2025: The room was dirty, with a lot of dust under the bed and the floor in poor condition. The bathroom was far from spotless: hair and other debris on the floor, and a cobweb on the beam! As for the shower cubicle, the sealant and glass were in terrible condition. It's a shame because the hotel is quite well located, quiet, and has decent decor.

24/11/2024: “Disappointing experience, far from the standards of a 4 star” We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Several negative points: • The network is very poor, even with the hotel Wi-Fi. Unable to connect properly. •We had a PMR room (accessible to people with reduced mobility) even though we didn't need one. No consideration of our needs. •When we arrived, the room was freezing, the air conditioning was on while it was snowing outside. A totally incomprehensible situation. •No bottle of water in the room, an essential detail for a hotel of this standard. •The bathroom was flooded after each shower, because there is no shower tray. In addition, the doors of the shower gel and shampoo dispensers were rusty, a real lack of maintenance. •The towels provided were stained and some even had holes. •We had booked a room with a queen bed, but discovered that it was actually two mattresses pushed together, creating a very uncomfortable hollow in the middle of the bed. •The room overlooked the street, and it was noisy most of the night. •The reception was far from professional: at 9:30 p.m., we found two young people in full discussion, seated very casually in sweaters and down jackets. An image not at all worthy of a hotel that claims to have 4 stars. •The price of parking was announced at €8 on the site, but charged €10 at reception. We clarified this when we left, to which we were told: oh yes, it's a small error. No commercial gesture made. The only positive point: the location, very convenient. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel, especially for the asking price. A big disappointment.

20/10/2024: Hotel very well located, pleasant and accommodating staff, very good breakfast and nice rooms, with very little noise. Welcoming with animals (a shepherd for me)
