The rooms are spacious, clean, with very comfortable bedding. The meals are delicious.
It's quiet. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and attentive.
The pool was the perfect temperature.
A wonderfully relaxing time, as usual. I recommend it.

Whether you're relaxing at the spa, having a drink by the pool, or enjoying a meal at the restaurant, everything is always perfect. The welcome is warm, the staff is attentive, and the food is delicious. It's always a pleasure to come back to unwind and fully enjoy. I highly recommend it!

07/09/2024: Horrible ! Les toilettes étaient dignes des égouts, l’odeur se répand dans le restaurant à vomir . Les œufs meurettes étaient des œufs en soupe aux vinaigre…. Extrêmement déçu depuis la prise en poste des nouveaux gérants .
18/08/2024: I really enjoyed my lunch in this restaurant. As it was my first time in Burgundy and curious what the local cuisine is like I ordered their their Burgundy menu. It was heavenly tasty. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Not all spoke English nut they always manage to help if I needed and behaved very friendly and with constant smile on their faces.

25/07/2024: No reception, 45 minutes of waiting for a skewer and a pizza, answering machine and website not up to date, (Christmas announcement), it was July... Map not up to date... A piece of plastic in the pizza, in short, a lot of things to improve, positive point, smile from the waitress.

11/08/2024: Nous avons passé un superbe moment au sein de cet établissement. Les produits été frais. Nous avions opté pour le menu du terroir : en entrée, des œufs sauce à l'époisses, en plat, la pièce de bœuf, la cuisson de la viande charolaise était parfaite, et le fondant au chocolat était excellent. C’était vraiment un régal du début à la fin.
23/06/2024: Chateauneuf is een prachtig oud dorpje, zeer de moeite waard om naar toe te gaan.
We hebben hier een avond gegeten en waren zeer tevreden over de gerechten, de porties en de bediening. Het enige jammere is dat het terras voorzien is van plastic meubilair, dat zou anders kunnen.

I regulated these qualities of services differently
I will no longer suggest this restaurant to friends. Greetings

22/01/2026: The cashier was extremely rude and arrogant. I inquired about the availability of a wine, and she responded aggressively, calling me a "wine speculator." A traumatic experience.
16/11/2025: I passed through Beaune in August 2023. They had a great selection of wines at really good prices.
Sure, Burgundy wines aren't exactly cheap, but they're hard to find online, and certainly not cheaper.
The owner was a bit reserved, but very friendly nonetheless. She had a bit of a hard time with me, though, because I had, and still have, almost no idea about the countless wineries in Burgundy.

11/09/2024: Bar Hotel family restaurant in the countryside. Nice welcome. Granddaughter of the qualified boss who starts cooking alone in the kitchen, hence a menu that is not always respected. Not possible to order eggs meurettes to the disappointment of some customers on the terrace Prices of drinks and dishes slightly too high compared to the place. Room correct and clean. I would just recommend a change of shower head 🚿. I recommend
