20/06/2026: A restaurant hidden from view, charming setting inside and a garden outside, the service is good, perhaps a little slow but not a big deal, however no coke, but very good food where I recommend the sweetbreads but the whole menu is homemade.

14/05/2026: While passing through Nîmes, we stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance: a wonderful discovery! The food was delicious, served quickly, and the waiter was very kind and welcoming! I highly recommend it!

I've been returning to this restaurant every year for over 15 years; they've done some great renovations, and the quality of the food has always been top-notch! Go without hesitation! 😎☺️

05/07/2026: We hadn't been back to this restaurant for 10 years, even though we live only 3km away. It was thanks to a gift from our children that we had dinner there last night. And we weren't disappointed! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal!! Everything was excellent: the presentation, the quality and taste of the dishes, all homemade with local ingredients. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back.

21/07/2026: As always, we had a wonderful meal. The food is excellent, the dishes are high quality, and the service is impeccable. That's precisely why I've been a loyal customer for so long. However, I won't be returning. A few months ago, after the restaurant closed, I had an urgent need to use the restroom. I made a mistake by urinating outside; I admit it and fully understand why I might be criticized for it. However, the way it was handled deeply hurt me. First, I was insulted and humiliated by someone from the adjoining hotel, and then, three months later, before I could even sit down at the restaurant, the owner came to remind me of the incident in front of other customers, mentioning security cameras and the police. I found this behavior extremely humiliating. As a woman, experiencing this kind of situation is already particularly embarrassing. I would have simply appreciated a little more kindness, discretion, and humanity. A respectful exchange would have been more than enough. It's a shame, because the quality of the restaurant is undeniable. But the respect with which one is treated matters just as much as what's on the plate. That's why, despite all the wonderful meals I've had there, I won't be returning.

09/05/2026: Excellent meal on a pleasant patio, with special mention for the langoustine tartare and seared leek taglatelle with shellfish marinière, herb sorbet, and superbly cooked lamb. Nice wine list and very attentive service. The desserts are also excellent (with strawberry and sorrel creations). A very enjoyable experience.

08/05/2026: First experience at SKAB, not a single false note, the hallmarks of a Michelin-starred restaurant are all there, the dishes are made primarily with local produce. A special mention for the chef's signature dessert!!

17/07/2026: The owners are fantastic, very warm and welcoming. The room is spacious. One small drawback: the television doesn't have apps like Netflix or Disney+, which would have allowed us to watch our favorite series. 😅

14/06/2026: Passing through the area, we stopped at this establishment as a family. I was pleasantly surprised by the menu. From appetizers to desserts, the dishes were prepared with great care and served in generous portions. The children's menu was also excellent; we finally found something other than the usual steak and fries. Hats off to the owners!

09/06/2026: We had booked a room at the gîte...and we stopped by to book dinner! Despite there being only two of us, the chef served us with great friendliness, and the meal was divine!!! Fellow hikers, this is the reward for the day 😉

We will definitely be back. UPDATE 22/05/2026 Still as exceptional as ever… this time on the terrace for the business lunch menu. For €69, it's incredibly generous, very well cooked, and the service is impeccable. A fantastic place!!!

22/05/2026: A second visit to this haven of peace, a unique and high-quality stay for an enchanting interlude. Pleasant, attentive, and discreet service. Finally, a gourmet restaurant that will delight even the most discerning palates (with a vegetable garden and herb garden on the premises).

04/06/2026: Reservation for 4 people on a weekday evening. Even over the phone, you could feel the cheerful atmosphere. We tried the new menu that same evening and it was truly fantastic from start to finish! The veal onglet and scallops were cooked to perfection. Congratulations to the kitchen and a big thank you to the staff for their warm service! We will gladly return!

31/05/2026: A meal around the fire pit. All the food was excellent...rib steak, meat platter, fish platter. The salmon cooked over the fire pit...absolutely superb!! Despite the heat...everything was fantastic!!!
