10/09/2026: We were really looking forward to it, but what a disappointment, and certainly not worth a star. We have been here before, but this time the food was below par. Lack of flavor, lack of creativity, and presentation as if they had forgotten to put things on the plate. Completely overrated, or is a Michelin star easier to earn in France than in the rest of the world?

01/09/2026: Best sangria in town! Great atmosphere, especially in the evenings. Reservations recommended on Friday and Saturday nights. Delicious, small kitchen, lovingly prepared. Very friendly service and dog-friendly. Accessible restroom.

29/08/2026: We were received/served very well. It is a bit of a shame that it was not mentioned what kind of vegetables were served with it. It was a side dish of stewed green and red bell peppers. We probably should have indicated beforehand that we are allergic to bell peppers... My husband was very happy with the dressed-up coffee.

15/09/2026: Excellent experience at Le Louis IX in Aigues-Mortes! The food was truly excellent, with delicious and high-quality dishes. The service was also impeccable: the staff were very welcoming, attentive, and took great care of us throughout the meal. We felt very comfortable there. A wonderful place that I highly recommend and where I will gladly return!

05/09/2026: Excellent steak tartare. Street-side terrace. Not great. Pigeons come trying to snatch a few crumbs. The young man is very friendly, the owner a little less so.

07/06/2026: If you have the chance to try the dishes at the Auberge Cigaloise, don't hesitate! The value for money is unbeatable. The food is superb and the service is impeccable. You're sure to have a wonderful time on the shaded terrace. However, be sure to book in advance as it gets very busy.

26/08/2026: Skab is a restaurant where every bite is an explosion of flavors, where you savor and dissect each taste sensation. I came for my birthday and left absolutely delighted. A huge thank you to them for all their attentive service during my visit! From the front-of-house staff to the kitchen team, everyone was incredibly kind. It's also one of the few Michelin-starred restaurants that offers a menu that allows those on a tighter budget to indulge in a little culinary dream. One of the best restaurants in Nîmes, if not the best. PS: The grapefruit marshmallow is a real treat.

We couldn't find a single thing to complain about; everything was perfect, from the welcome to the comfort of the room. A special mention goes to the breakfast, which was excellent and very varied. We had a fantastic stay and will gladly return. We highly recommend this hotel!

26/08/2026: We had a perfect stay: Kevin was welcoming, discreet, and always available; the pool was lovely; and the appetizer platters were very nice. The place was spotless and the bedding was impeccable. Special mention for the Bach Flower massage, practically a must! We'll be back!
