08/07/2026: Passing through Saint-Christol, we booked a table for our first evening because Andali was the only restaurant open on a Monday. It was truly a wonderful discovery. A warm and welcoming reception, followed by helpful advice on wine and dishes. The dishes were beautifully presented, worthy of a semi-gastronomic restaurant, and absolutely delicious. Love was evident in every bite, and we were even offered an amuse-bouche while we waited. Our hosts also told us about their region and guided us in our exploration. We were so warmly welcomed that we decided to return the next day for our wedding anniversary. And there, we received thoughtful touches that truly came from the heart: bread presented in a heart-shaped ramekin, candles on our desserts, and to top it all off, we left with a gift. This is definitely a place not to be missed and deserves to be known and appreciated. A huge thank you to Angelique and David, who are so passionate about their work.

Every thoughtful touch, every detail contributed to making this meal a unique and unforgettable moment. Being lactose and gluten intolerant, I was a little apprehensive about the experience, but what a pleasant surprise! I enjoyed it just as much as my husband. My dishes were equally beautiful, refined, and delicious, and I was able to fully appreciate the tastes, flavors, and creativity of each dish, without ever feeling left out. The cuisine is as elegant as it is generous, and the chef's talent shines through in every plate. A huge congratulations to the entire team for this impeccable welcome, their kindness, and the passion that is evident from beginning to end. 25/06/2026: Found by chance, apparently chance works in mysterious ways!! Everything was perfect: fresh fish and vegetables!!! We recommend it without hesitation!!!

08/04/2026: We were able to visit twice during our stay, the second time with our dogs. The server was helpful and very pleasant. They had about ten beers on tap and many more to take away. A great spot for beer lovers.

06/03/2026: It's a bar that the people of Nîmes love. A wide selection of bottled and draft beers, you can have a snack there, and a mezzanine terrace provides coolness in the summer.

16/06/2026: What a pleasant surprise to discover such delicious buckwheat galettes in Remoulins! The crêpe batter is amazing and cooked perfectly. And what's more, everything is gluten-free. You can stop by without hesitation; the service is very friendly and efficient.

04/11/2025: A very warm welcome, the service is efficient and quick without ever feeling rushed. They regularly ask if everything is alright and if you're satisfied. This is so rare. An almost exceptional find in the highly touristic setting of La Grande Motte, even out of season. The dishes are beautifully presented, generously portioned, and delicious. As for the view, you're right on the beach, and the road is very quiet, at least at this time of year. A place you absolutely must discover.

05/05/2026: Arriving at La Passilfore is always a bit like coming home. The warm, family welcome from the owners makes all the difference every time. For dinner, let yourself be pampered at Côté Patio and enjoy an unforgettable experience! P.S.: They have the softest towels I've ever touched!

04/05/2026: A little haven of peace, where you can fall into a deep sleep, and in the morning, enjoy breakfast in a dreamy setting. Always so friendly and welcoming... I go back regularly; the courtyard is lovely.
