02/09/2026: Another superb evening at Le Boem in Aigues-Mortes! We already know the restaurant very well and have been several times, but last night, everything was truly perfect. We were particularly impressed by the duck, cooked to absolute perfection: well-rested, tender, and perfectly pink, exactly as it should be. It's a dish that requires real mastery of cooking, and frankly, it was remarkable. A beautiful plate, as beautiful as it was delicious. The fig tartlet was excellent, not too sweet, magnificent. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was excellent, with beautiful presentations and great care taken in the preparation of the dishes. And the value for money is truly perfect: considering the quality of the food and the service offered, it's really not expensive. The welcome was also perfect, and the whole team was lovely, smiling, and attentive, despite the fatigue of the end of the season. That really deserves to be highlighted. And above all, when you come to dine at a restaurant like Le Boem, you have to take your time. We don't just come here for a quick bite; we come to appreciate the dishes, the flavors, and enjoy a pleasant experience. If you want a fast meal, there are brasseries or all-you-can-eat restaurants. Here, we take our time… and savor every bite! There were four of us, and we had a wonderful evening. We'll also share some photos of our meals. A big thank you to Fafa and the whole team for this lovely evening. We'll definitely be back! An address we highly recommend without hesitation.

01/09/2026: I'm very disappointed by this so-called restaurant! There's no menu; the chef just feeds you whatever he thinks is best for you! The portions are ridiculously small; I went home for lunch. As for the price, it's a complete rip-off. I've never refused to pay when it's justified, but this is beyond the pale! A word to the wise.

01/02/2026: Fantastic crêperie! The crêpes were excellent, generously filled, and full of flavor. (The Camargue crêpe was a delight!) The place is very pretty and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. A truly wonderful experience; I highly recommend it.

20/08/2026: A very pleasant evening at L'Embrasé, with a "gypsy atmosphere". The service is leisurely, the terrace is lovely, and the meat is excellent.

19/08/2026: Google ratings are usually a good indicator, but that was definitely not our experience. We waited over an hour and fifteen minutes between ordering and receiving our meals for four people, even though the sides were very basic (just fries and salad). The only positive point was the lovely shaded terrace, tucked away from the busy streets. Otherwise, the service was very inefficient and unpleasant, despite one waiter who tried to improve things. We had to ask three times for a carafe of water before we finally got it. The grilled meat was decent, but everything else was bland. Very disappointed.

25/08/2026: Not many smiles from the staff… a shame, because a warmer welcome would have been much appreciated. That said, we found the place very visually appealing. The terrace was clean, as were the tables. A good overall impression despite the welcome being a bit more friendly. 😊
