15/09/2025: Very good quality Chinese restaurant, good value for money. Excellent spring rolls and crispy chicken. Attentive service. It's not a gourmet restaurant, but the food is very good and fresh. I recommend it.

14/02/2026: As a regular customer, I find the quality and offers to be quite good. It's a shame that the customer service is unpleasant most of the time (except for the young woman)...that's definitely an area for improvement.

30/06/2025: Perfect off the main road cafe! Ishmael handled our large party with grace and SOLUTIONS;) Salads were awesome and the spritzes hit the spot! If I were a local this would be my spot!

28/06/2025: From the outside, it doesn't look bad, and the patio seating is nice. However, we were led into a covered backyard, which was horrible – right next to the restroom. The pepper and salt shakers were so greasy that you had to wash your hands again afterward. The food was correspondingly bad. Don't go there!

12/01/2026: Truly disappointing. First, we were greeted by what was undoubtedly a very nice person, but one who was clearly influenced from a young age and smokes seven packs of cigarettes a day. What she said was unfortunately incomprehensible because of her voice. Then we ordered a burger… completely frozen! From the bun to the meat and even the fries!!! Really bad, and it was soaked in sauce. We were charged €34 for that! What's more, the whole place reeked of cigarettes mixed with cannabis, making the experience truly unpleasant. I do not recommend it.

28/12/2025: Great restaurant/bar, very satisfied with the atmosphere and service... The dishes are reasonably priced for the quality they offer, my child enjoyed the service and the waiters, I highly recommend it 👏

08/12/2025: Having been coming here for a while, we're disappointed with how the restaurant has changed: the manager's welcome is unfriendly, there are arguments between the manager and the servers (which the customers can hear!), and the seats are in terrible condition (they're falling apart). It's a real shame because we used to appreciate one of the waitresses.

30/11/2025: Very disappointing! Poor quality ribeye steak for such a high price. Dauphinoise potatoes were too dry... The Hippopotamus brand has gone downhill considerably. It's a shame, but I won't be going back.

05/12/2025: Actually, I don't understand the principle and the concept of stopping making egg buns at 11:00. I mean, if you arrive at 11:05, you don't get any egg buns, so you've made the trip for nothing.

28/10/2025: Too expensive and poor quality: repetitive menu, insufficient portions, and everything served in plastic. Spok offers a much better experience for less money.

30/01/2026: A fantastic find in La Défense! Delicious dishes made with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is pleasant, ideal for both a business lunch and a more relaxed evening (I tried both with colleagues!). I highly recommend this place and will gladly return!

19/01/2026: As a regular customer, I can overlook the friendliness and disorganization, but not the hygiene: when a saleswoman drops her tongs while serving, picks them up, and continues serving with them, it's unacceptable!!!

16/01/2026: I bought some soup earlier this week. When I reheated it in the microwave at my office, I discovered that the container was half melted! (even though the soup wasn't boiling). Back at the store today, I noticed that the soup was still being sold in the same containers. I pointed out the problem to the cashier who replied: "Yes, we've reported it" (to management, I suppose). The most important thing would be to inform customers! (and stop selling soup in unsuitable containers)...

16/01/2026: Such a let down of the Novotel brand. I have stayed in many Novotels in Europe before however this one did not live up to the usual high standards & expectations for the price range. Rooms are tiny, outdated and in need of a refurb. Cleanliness wasn’t to the usual standards and neither was the customer service - poor for the €€€€. Hotel lobby looked like a school cafeteria rather than prestigious hotel. Usually Novotel rooms come with ironing board & iron but this one didn’t, when I asked reception on the phone if I could get one they said come down and get it. Only plus was that the location is very handy if attending a concert at La Seine Musicale, otherwise all attractions are 45mins away. Would not book again.

26/01/2026: Nobody checks on you. Food takes loooong. Temperature so low you must wear a winter jacket.

26/01/2026: We were on a business trip and ate at this restaurant. It was very cold inside; you had to wear a jacket. The staff didn't seem to care about the cold. It was practically impossible to speak English with the waiter, and ordering was very complicated. The food was absolutely disappointing for the price.

01/07/2025: I have known this business for a very long time, especially with the former manager 20 years ago. I had never been back, and well, it's a shame, because it's perfect, the place is very nice, everything is impeccable, the service is really perfect, the waiter is very competent, he sees everything, he is fast and smiling, the kitchen follows the movement, the presentation of the dishes is impeccable, and they are good products, the prices are in time and in relation to the quality of the whole, so obviously I will gladly return there.
