14/02/2026: Disastrous! A 25-minute wait to be charged for three measly cases, even though I picked them up from the self-service area in a nearly empty store. And the staff clearly lose all interest in being professional or efficient the second you refuse their subscription offer. ☝️ A terrible customer experience. If you have the choice, go to the Opéra or Montparnasse locations!

13/02/2026: Beautiful shop, however, only two people (one at the bar and another to manage customers) is unacceptable… This doesn't reflect the premium service Nespresso is supposed to offer. A 20-minute wait to buy a machine, a queue that keeps growing because the self-service isn't working… I've noticed a real difference from one shop to another.

25/06/2026: Honestly, meh. I could have skipped it if the price hadn't been so high. We started with the slice of pastry in a crust at €19 ("porcini mushrooms and foie gras"): I honestly wondered if they'd given me the Metro brand pâté en croûte because I had to search visually and taste for the two ingredients mentioned above. Half a mini iceberg lettuce was thrown on the side, a splatter of fig jam (when homemade chutney would have been better, but who cares, right!), some unidentifiable pickled bits... And the customer is happy! (No!) The octopus (€32): if there's one method that makes octopus so-so but not tough, it's pre-freezing (which I assume is the method used here). It makes the octopus mushy, certainly quick to prepare, but bland. I'm not even going to mention the filling: visually unappealing onions, a muddy mess of eggplant puree, Granny Smith apple, lemon, pomegranate... Where are we going with the taste? Are they just throwing everything in the fridge at random? The dessert: when you call something a "Black Forest cake," it's not a chocolate mousse filled with sour cherry/cherry jam... The concept of transforming a traditional recipe isn't about reducing it to its supermarket version. Sour cherries have a distinctive flavor, which is important in the recipe. And why, as the ultimate experience, do they slap a cherry on top? I'm not going to dwell on that last sentence... Masterclass! I'll just forget about the fact that I had to pour my own wine because, of course, they're also cutting costs on waitstaff (but without reducing the price). In conclusion, it's so-so, bland, and disappointing... A huge letdown. In the past, we would have almost asked for a refund, but in restaurants as impersonal as this one, I didn't even see a manager worthy of the name to listen to my complaint...

04/06/2026: Extremely disappointed... There were about 25 of us, and we were offered a single set menu... From appetizer to dessert, the food was so poor it was unacceptable for a 5-star hotel, simply not good at all!! This restaurant is located in the Pullman Hotel, what terrible publicity for French cuisine... All this at an exorbitant price of over €60!! We were allowed to make a mistake, but no, I won't be repeating the experience...

21/05/2026: The food was very average. I was disappointed with the pavlova dessert, supposedly homemade (but actually just store-bought meringue). The service was rather inconsiderate; the waitress didn't even come around to pour the wine.

10/12/2025: Overbooked at this hotel, they called me at 11:30 PM to tell me they no longer had a room and were moving me to another place! To top it all off, they called again between noon and 2 PM to ask me to move yet again because they hadn't noticed I had booked for two nights… A complete scandal!

08/12/2025: For me, what I expect from a hotel is a good night's sleep, so this one is great. The neighborhood is super quiet with government offices nearby. The reception staff are very good and professional. The hotel meets all the standards, although the breakfast could be improved, perhaps with boiled eggs, etc. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

04/03/2026: We came for lunch as a family. The starters were good. As for the main courses, some seemed a bit dry or too fatty, especially the foie gras, which had more fat than meat. The beef Rossini with foie gras was excellent. However, the dishes were served lukewarm, and some side dishes were missing, or they didn't arrive at the same time, which made the plates get cold. The chocolate mousse and the pavlova were excellent! The service was good. On the other hand, the lack of background music was a bit of a shame.

03/02/2026: I wad very impressed by this restaurant. The food was amazing, and the service was impeccable. Also, they have an extensive wine menu and offer amazing other drinks as well.

14/07/2026: Here's a revised version that retains your impression while being more fluid and credible for a Google review: I was hesitant to go in after reading the numerous negative reviews. I was waiting for my partner, who was supposed to join me for lunch, but the waitress's attitude quickly convinced me not to stay. First of all, the glass of freshly squeezed orange juice was only half full. Once the ice cubes were added, there was very little juice left… And paying €6 for that, I think, is simply outrageous. As several reviews have already pointed out, I got the impression that the establishment is mainly taking advantage of its location right next to the metro. Finally, my waitress, Eduarda, asked me to pay for my orange juice as soon as I finished it. I explained to her that I was waiting for my partner and that we were going to have lunch there, and that I would pay the entire bill at the end of the meal. She told me I had to pay immediately. I felt like I was being treated like someone who was going to leave without paying for a €6 orange juice. Frankly, it's a very unpleasant and disrespectful attitude towards customers. Lamentable 👎🏻

13/07/2026: Terrible service! The waiters were awful, sighing and clearly wishing they were anywhere else. It's a shame, the food is good!

26/06/2026: Starting with the phone reservation for a table for two to watch the football match (France, of course!), the seating was perfect, and what can I say about the rest of the evening? The service was competent and impeccable, with Ambre handling the cocktails and Oriane (among others) serving. Smiles, warmth, a welcoming atmosphere… thank you to the whole team, sincerely. I'll definitely be back.

10/06/2026: A well-located brasserie, very pleasant on sunny days! It's quite noisy at lunchtime. The servers go through the motions without being particularly attentive. The dishes are basic and the prices are high for the quality offered.

08/05/2026: Amazing couscous, a real treat! The aromas and flavors were incredible. Well done, Mom, you're a talented cook! I loved it. The meat was incredibly tender. Go for it!

07/07/2026: There's no point in making reservations on the website or at the email address provided (they clearly don't check them), and when you call after hours of unanswered inquiries, they tell you there are no more seats available on the terrace.

15/04/2026: Very well located near Longchamp. Quick access to public transport. Quiet street. Very welcoming and attentive staff. We were given a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard (upgrade). Generous breakfast. Note that the parking lot is very small and has a very narrow entrance, but apparently there is another covered parking lot very close to the hotel.

12/04/2026: I called the hotel well before my reservation to ask if we could eat if we arrived at 10 pm. They told me there wouldn't be any problem, that the restaurant closed at 10:30 pm, and that I could order until 10:30 pm. However, when I arrived at the hotel at 10 pm, they refused to serve me because the kitchen was about to close. This was really unkind after a 4-hour train journey; I had taken the time to ask beforehand to anticipate the problem.

20/06/2026: Conveniently located at the bottom of Rue Sainte Marie, this terrace is lovely. Excellent for enjoying a cold beer. The food is decent, perfect for lunch or dinner with friends. I recommend it.

06/06/2026: The pharmacist was fantastic! I encountered a very attentive person who took the time to explain things to me thoroughly. Honestly, I have nothing but praise.

30/04/2026: I am very satisfied with this pharmacy. The pharmacist and his entire team are very competent, professional, and always give us a warm welcome. I highly recommend it.

26/06/2026: A huge thank you to the managers for their warm welcome and kindness! We came to watch the matches, and despite the excitement surrounding the French team, they took the initiative to also show the Senegal match on another television, knowing that it was the one I was most interested in 🤩. It wasn't an obligation, but this gesture demonstrates a true sense of service and business acumen, as well as genuine care for their customers. Thank you again for your availability, friendliness, and professionalism. We will definitely be back!
