11/05/2026: On match day, I was looking for a table with my girlfriend. I went inside, greeted the bartender, and asked if there were any seats available, but he couldn't hear me over the noise. Then a guy in civilian clothes, leaning against the bar and chatting, called out to me. I realized he worked there, greeted him, and repeated my question. His first words, very sarcastic and almost provocative, were: "Yes, well, hello, let's start there." Apparently, politeness only goes one way. He forced me to ask again and told me the tables were reserved (there was no sign indicating that the tables were reserved). Then he looked at us and asked if we were there to watch the match. I answered yes the first time, but he insisted, asking my girlfriend twice more. What's the point? He needs to stop acting like a cowboy in a cheap bar.

04/03/2026: We came for lunch as a family. The starters were good. As for the main courses, some seemed a bit dry or too fatty, especially the foie gras, which had more fat than meat. The beef Rossini with foie gras was excellent. However, the dishes were served lukewarm, and some side dishes were missing, or they didn't arrive at the same time, which made the plates get cold. The chocolate mousse and the pavlova were excellent! The service was good. On the other hand, the lack of background music was a bit of a shame.
03/02/2026: I wad very impressed by this restaurant. The food was amazing, and the service was impeccable. Also, they have an extensive wine menu and offer amazing other drinks as well.

25/03/2026: Very kind and friendly staff. Highest level of customer service. Quality of products. Excellent prices. I had three staff members available for my table: Stephane, Fabrice, and Rohnno. The most important thing is the care and kindness towards the customer. Not everyone feels at home while abroad. I highly recommend it.
17/03/2026: It's a very ordinary restaurant, but I don't know, it's a bit uncomfortable. The menu is fine, and they don't bother with unusual dishes—it's what you'd expect from a hotel restaurant. The good thing is that the prices are the most affordable I've seen in the area so far. The foie gras was good, and we'd already tried the butter at another place before. I ordered a hamburger, and it was well-made, and the fries were cooked perfectly. I can't remember the name of the sandwich they served—typical French food!

05/05/2026: The fisherman's salad had a disgusting dressing, like some kind of store-bought, ready-made sauce. The mussels weren't fresh and had no taste whatsoever. The salad really needs improvement; it was not good at all for €20. The dessert of the day was okay, but nothing special; it lacked that extra something.

12/05/2026: We had a wonderful time as a group of six. The meat dishes were very good, the beef bourguignon was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the desserts were excellent! The Bordeaux La Lande Pomerol was superb. And the service was very good.

26/05/2026: Accustomed to higher standards, I found the snack area completely neglected today. Between the lukewarm drinks due to a refrigerator without a door, and the lack of a display case or cover to protect the quiches and sandwiches from insects, it simply wasn't up to par. The heat doesn't excuse the lack of food protection. I hope measures will be taken quickly.
22/05/2026: A few parasols would be welcome to protect your valued customers from the sun, and a few more tables and chairs would be nice too. 🙂

22/11/2025: Hello, I've only had bad experiences going to the tobacco section of the Bleu. However, I imagine the quality of the restaurant is on par with the quality of the staff's service. Here's a non-exhaustive list of things they don't know: -Hello -Thank you -Goodbye -Smile -Don't give dirty looks (I'm perfectly nice, I come in peacefully, and they look at me like I'm cheating on them). Don't go there unless it's the last tobacco shop open and it's absolute chaos. I'm referring specifically to the male staff who manage the tobacco section; there was this tiny guy with a chef's apron who acted like a bodyguard at the entrance.

14/05/2026: Good breakfast with quality products (cheeses, teas, etc.). A very warm welcome in the morning from Ségolène, which made us want to come back! The room was a bit dated but clean and the bed was large and comfortable.

14/04/2026: I would like to share my experience with this establishment, whose service and hospitality, in my opinion, fall far short of what one would expect from a 4-star hotel, both professionally and personally. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was cold and impersonal. No explanation was given, and I was surprised to find several defects in the room (holes in the walls, etc.), which was already regrettable. The situation worsened the following morning. I had filled out the form to receive breakfast in my room between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. At 9:30 a.m., having still received nothing, I contacted reception, who claimed I hadn't indicated anything. However, the form was still clearly on my door. After several follow-ups and flagging down an employee in the hallway, I was finally served around 10:30 a.m.… and, to make matters worse, the breakfast was incomplete, as coffee was missing. Faced with this series of problems, I contacted reception again. They simply offered me a complimentary coffee… even though breakfast, which I had already paid for, cost nearly €20. This response was woefully inadequate given the inconvenience. Upon departure, there was no apology, no gesture of goodwill, and the welcome remained just as unfriendly. I was simply asked to pay for my dinner, without the slightest consideration for the inconvenience I had experienced. This experience was particularly disappointing and wasted my precious time, ruining what should have been a peaceful and pleasant stay. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for quality service and even a modicum of attention to your guests.
14/04/2026: We traveled as a family of four with our dog and were looking forward to a pleasant stay. What we experienced was a complete disaster from beginning to end. Check-in: Pure Chaos At 3:00 PM, we went back to check-in – a huge line, annoyed guests, everyone pushing forward. After waiting for half an hour, we finally stood before an employee who turned around without a word and walked away. We had to squeeze in again. The next employee was friendly, but completely unprepared. Only physical credit cards were accepted. Then we were told our room wouldn't be ready until 3:55 PM – and we should come back in five minutes to pick up the room key. With a huge line behind me. That was the last straw. Only when I made my point clear did I get the key immediately. The Room: Claustrophobia on Demand We had booked a larger room for four people and a dog. What we got was a basic double room with two crammed-in fold-out beds. Barely any room to move around, the windows couldn't be opened. The toilet was so small I could barely turn around – and it didn't even have a sink. The sink was in a separate room with a shower. Out of politeness, we stored the dog food next to the shower to keep the carpet clean. If the hotel is so unfriendly to dogs, it shouldn't offer this service at all. That would have saved us a lot of trouble. Fitness room: A bad joke One room, about a third of our already tiny room. Two Technogym machines, a cheap bench in front of a meager wall of weights. The water dispenser looked like it would give you diarrhea just by looking at it. Disinfectant? Nowhere to be found. Breakfast: Dogs banned and the worst coffee of my life We paid the dog fee, notified the hotel in advance – but the dog still wasn't allowed in the breakfast room. Apparently, it was because the guests were afraid of dogs. After a long discussion, we were directed to a meeting room where the guests had apparently miraculously lost their fear of dogs. The buffet was chaotically organized: the main counter here, spreads there, coffee in a completely different corner. And the coffee—the worst I've ever tasted. With the first sip, I involuntarily cursed. The half-full, unfinished cups on the neighboring tables confirmed it: it wasn't just me. In short, the staff tried to be friendly—but a slap in the face hurts, even when it's delivered with a smile. I will most certainly never set foot in this hotel again.
