And what service and what a wonderful atmosphere! They come to us from Reunion Island with impressive experience in mainland France, having worked in some excellent establishments. 29/08/2024: Des tapas incroyables, un décor tellement agréable. Manger presque les pieds dans l eau est un réel bonheur. Cela fait plusieurs années que nous y allons et jamais déçus. Bon point pour les serveuses qui sont très efficaces et très agréables. A l année prochaine

09/08/2024: Great place for a relaxed dinner, fresh and reasonably priced. It's at the endnofbthe old port so quiet and in the middle of the fisherman market. Great tapas (moules, calamari, razor clams) and excellent fish dishes.

21/06/2026: PERFECT! An ideal location very close to the Pont du Diable (Devil's Bridge) and St. Guilhem-le-Désert. With all the greenery and magnolias, you wouldn't think you were in a hotel. The owners are lovely, helpful, attentive, and go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. They took over the hotel a month ago, and it's been a big challenge as it was in a terrible state, and there's still a lot of work to do... The pool is fantastic, especially during the heatwave. In short, I will definitely be back, and thank you again for your kindness.

06/06/2026: This establishment was recently taken over by new owners. All the reviews mentioning cleanliness and a neglected state are no longer valid. The room and towels were perfectly adequate. The welcome was friendly. A lot of work has apparently been done (including the swimming pool). The only slight drawback is the lack of a restaurant in the immediate future, which is understandable. It's a quiet location, 10 minutes from St. Guilhem-le-Désert and the Hérault gorges; it's hard to find better.

17/08/2024: Très bonne cuisine dans un cadre typique de la région au bord du canal du Midi. Réservation conseillée et c'est mieux d'arriver juste avant l'ouverture pour être placé où l'on souhaite. Service digne des très grands restaurants. Menu à 28 euros avec un cocktail maison, 35€ par personne au final, très bon rapport qualité prix! Peut être un bémol sur la cuisson des viandes, et des desserts qui manquent de peps même si la présentation des entrées et plats en mettent plein la vue! Je recommande sans hésiter!

16/08/2024: Le cadre est superbe au bord du canal du midi. Une très belle ambiance. Le personnel est sensationnel, à lbecoute, très professionnel, attentif et sérieux. Les plats sont esthétique très soignés, parfait même, le goût est au rendez vous avec des produit travailler et d'une qualité incroyable. Bravo au patron et à son équipe pour ce moment magistral que nous avons passeer en famille. Impossible de ne pas découvrir ce restaurant incontournable. Merci à la Croiszde.

08/09/2024: Succulente cuisine, notre serveur à l écoute affichant professionnalisme avec un beau sourire à chacun de ses passages à notre table sans oublier cette petite terrasse offrant un vue sur les hauteurs de Minerve et bien ombragée. Un rapport qualité prix digne de ce nom. Mon association a été ravie de cet arrêt déjeuner qui a finit de sublimer notre belle journée. Je recommande vivement

30/07/2024: Super goede service van de bediening proberen echt alles goed in bet engels uit te leggen! Eten was heerlijk!! Ook de kinderen hebben er enorm genoten van het eten.

12/06/2024: Logo na Esplanada da Europa e com bela vista do rio Lez, esta casa de carnes tem tradição de mais de meio século. Um cardápio mais do que completo digno de restaurantes similares no Brasil, com muita variedade e cortes precisos. Ao longo da semana, sempre há um prato do dia por 14 euros, e são bem flexíveis na escolha do acompanhamento. Para cada prato de carne, sempre há a sugestão de um vinho harmonizado, eles sabem bem o que vendem. No mais, certeza de uma ótima refeição num ambiente bem agradável e aberto o dia todo.
