18/08/2024: A delight from start to finish. Squid and duck breast. DELICIOUS ! We appreciated this quiet place, sheltered from the general public. Barbara accompanied us very well during our meal. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. I recommend this restaurant and we will not fail to come back to taste other dishes on your menu. The presence of cats gives this restaurant an atypical side. At the top! During the summer, it is rare to find a restaurant that is as good as it is accessible.

27/08/2024: I discovered this restaurant thanks to an advertisement and I don't regret coming. The food is very good, the burgers are delicious. The service is impeccable and the staff very pleasant. I will come back with pleasure! This place in the heart of Montpellier is very pleasant. The all-chocolate cookie is delicious.

27/08/2024: Nous nous y sommes rendus en famille (5 personnes en tout), car nous avions au préalable recherché un endroit à Montpellier pour manger quelque chose de bon et de rapide et que nous étions tombés sur ce petit restaurant: Chez Alex. Nous nous attendions à quelque chose en arrivant et je peux vous dire que nous n'avons pas été déçus! Le service est rapide et la nourriture excellente! On sent le fait maison ^^ Nous avions commandé une salade Chèvre Miel, deux Burgers au Fromage, un Tacos Raclette et un Tacos Crousti. Nous avons été servis en 10min et tout le monde a adoré son plat! Nous en sommes resortis plus que rassasiés. Une adresse à ne pas manquer si l'on est de passage à Montpellier ;)

18/08/2025: My boyfriend and I were very satisfied with our two very generous American ice creams. There were many flavors to choose from and the staff were very friendly.

15/08/2025: Being allergic to eggs, I asked for the list of ingredients because some ice creams contain eggs. I made it clear that I could die if I ate them, that it wasn't just an intolerance. Two young women inquired at the back of the stand. One came back and told me she couldn't know. The other came back and told me there were no eggs. She went to a bald man and told him there were no eggs. The man said, "Yes, there are." "No, it says so." "If I tell you, yes, I make them myself." In short, they argued a little until the man finally said, "Well, go ahead and give it to him and you'll see." I repeated that I could DIE. Finally, the woman came back and said, "I'm sorry, we can't know if there are eggs." I appreciated her apology, but I find it outrageous that they don't even know what's in their ice cream! No spare container or box, carton? And the gentleman's comment didn't go over well at all... I went to the ice cream shop next door and they were able to check and tell me directly that there were eggs.

10/08/2024: Un endroit parfait pour une soirée calme et très agréable, un service exceptionnel, des plats à la hauteur de nos attentes. Chaque assiette du menu Émotion nous a laisser sans voix. Tout est parfaitement travailler au niveau des saveurs, l'accord mets et vins s'accorder très bien. Un grand merci a toute l'équipe, des serveurs qui sont très proches de vous avec de superbes explications sur les plats et les vins, a la cuisine pour leur travail exceptionnel. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés !!

08/12/2024: Not knowing Montpellier, I decided to stop to eat at NaturElle. I deeply regret this decision: between the display problem, the unpleasant servers and the meal that was not only cold, but not even cooked, the experience was disappointing. I forced myself to eat because I was really hungry, but considering the price and quantity, I would have been better off going to McDonald's. I strongly advise against this establishment.

06/12/2024: I strongly advise against it. We came to eat this afternoon. When ordering, there are display errors which are not even rectified. The employees speak curtly. We manage to decide, we have country paninis. We ask the waiter to sit at the table, he replies curtly that we should say so before next time. Are we supposed to guess? In short, when we arrived at the table, the paninis were cold, and the cheese had not melted. Advice ; go spend your money at Starbucks, at least they have learned to smile there.

28/07/2024: Brunch au top ! Terrasse ombragée. Plusieurs formules sont proposées ce qui permet de choisir la bonne formule adaptee.

14/12/2025: I never write reviews, but this is ridiculous! Besides being filthy, it's outrageously expensive. I've rarely been ripped off so badly; it just goes to show you're never too old to learn a lesson.

14/12/2025: Help, it's filthy! I'm not usually a clean freak, but this is ridiculous! Coffee was served in cups with stains, poorly washed. The floor inside is disgusting. The restrooms haven't been cleaned in ages; there are smells and traces of... well, you know. The waitress was friendly, but that doesn't make up for the complete lack of hygiene.

31/07/2024: Dernier repas pour clôturer nos vacances, Super bon Super accueil. Une belle surprise. Promis l'été prochain on reviendra

20/08/2024: Parfait ! Repas délicieux : ingrédients frais et cuisson parfaite pour la côte de bœuf accompagnée d'une sauce roquefort à tomber. Service impeccable : personnel jeune extrêmement compétent et agréable. Courrez-y !
