01/09/2024: Terrible first impression/service. I'm pretty suprised to see how many reviews mention the excellent service. We had planned a significant portion of our Loire stay around the culinary class that we reserved with the chef. We were told it was cancelled at 10pm the night before because there wasn't enough interest. When we offered to pay to make it a private, it was still a no as it was 10pm and the chef wouldn't be able to get the ingredients. We wouldn't have chosen to stay here as the location is inconvenient in proximity to the adjacent cities if we had known our class would be cancelled. It also would have been nice to know in advance so we could make other plans. Our experience with the rest of the property hasn't been great either - stark contrast from some of the other hotels we stayed at in the area - no tour given, no information about the property given, we had to ask reception about breakfast/where to go as we had no idea it was even included. The rooms are comfortable and large, the property is pretty, but it's an inconvenient location in relation to the nearby cities and the service has been very below average. Wouldn't stay here again when there are so many other options.

28/08/2024: Contrary to what is indicated, crepe it It's closed. Although the restaurant owner asks us to read the information. I confirm that on Google. It is indicated that the restaurant is open. In short: we made the trip for nothing. It would have been good to put the info online instead of just a sign at the door.

31/07/2024: At Miss Goumard, we always enjoy ourselves! An essential address for delicious cakes and small dishes in a cozy and kitsch room, or on a pleasant (and shaded) terrace. On the menu this lunch: fresh goat cheese cheesecake/quinoa salad, then a particularly successful pavlova. Large selection of teas and other drinks. Very friendly service and always with a smile. In short, go there with your eyes closed!

09/08/2024: Very nice place to have a drink and enjoy a mini burger. Excellent fries. Small plates for tasting would be welcome! Good concept but a little limiting. I'm not sure I'll go back regularly but I'll be happy to do so when I do.

06/08/2024: Nothing to complain about, great service, very well made cocktails and a varied and qualitative drinks menu. The mini burgers are excellent, they smell homemade, there is something for everyone, and the view of the Loire... 🥰

08/09/2024: Déjeuner un samedi midi à 5,en couples et amis,un accueil plein d humour et de chaleur,très chouette déco,service rapide et pro,dans l assiette tout est parfait de l entrée au dessert,cuisine fine et excellente,bon rapport qualité prix,merci encore aux patrons pour cet accueil et cet excellent moment,nous reviendrons c est promis, signé gin tomate tabasco

11/09/2024: Une pièce du Boucher plein de nerfs, je l’ai fait remplacer car elle était un mangeable. Le nouveau morceau était encore pire. Des prix ajuster en fonction de la clientèle parisienne. J’ai payé 80 € à deux pour un œuf, maillot, une viande exécrable et deux bières.
