La terrine du chef une tuerie, et la part est très très généreuse.. nous avons testé le poisson qui était délicieux... les serveuses sont charmantes et ne manquent pas d'humour... vu comment c'est blindé tous les midis c'est bien que c'est une très bonne adresse... En plus au niveau tarif cela reste très très correct... On reviendra

22/09/2024: We spent the weekend there with my mother, a birthday present, and what can I say, we were able to leave here rested. Everything was great, the rooms are very beautiful and quite large (maybe add a hook next to the shower for the towel?), the magnificent view, the area itself is calming, the animals are really a plus. Seeing the gentleman who comes to feed the pigs around 9 a.m. when we are having breakfast is amusing (we see the pigs running after this person and following him 😅) Besides, the breakfast is up to par in this area, caramel homemade, the pancakes are excellent as well as the homemade fig jam too. And it's not the only homemade product but everything is excellent, a great choice for everyone (sweet, savory, vegetarian, gluten-free). The spa is relaxing, impressive to see the snow fountain! But the big plus of this area I would say is the restaurant. We went there both evenings, the starter with the perfect egg and the main with the octopus casserole were just exquisite... A real delight, I absolutely recommend the restaurant, the service is perfect. Additionally, everyone is kind, caring and helpful. The small living room is so pleasant that you could spend the day there! Most of the people who come to the ecodomain live far away so a car is essential (especially with luggage) but after that it's not that far on foot from the city and even less from the sea! I will come back with pleasure, for the night or even just a meal!

22/08/2024: We had beautiful moment lost in time. The spa is really well equipped and steps from the rooms. The massage was one of the best I had and I had many. Her voice was as gentle as the massage that was the perfect balance between softness and tonic, all the details of a perfectly handled process make this moment a perfect match, from the hot towels and oil at the beginning to the hot custom made tea from the herbs of the garden at the end. The entire garden where you can eat and drink and feel at home and the many animal make this place a peaceful and ideal place to relax, for couples and families. Special thanks to the servers that are really kind and friendly and helpful. Oh and for the late checkout. Theses are all the little details that make a memorable stay. Keep the spirit

10/09/2024: The pancakes are good and with original toppings. The price of the side salad at €2.50 per bowl is a little expensive for my taste. For dessert, more bananas for the “Anne Lise’s delight” pancake; too bad the change of ice cream flavor for the “tatin” crepe was not possible...

15/09/2024: Je parle du Casino seul. Passage le samedi 14 septembre 2024, vers 21h30, 22h30. Bâtiment beau de l'extérieur, intérieur propre distingué. Les machines sont un peu les unes sur les autres. Mais...parlons de l'accueil. Je donne ma carte d'identité. Le "gentil" monsieur au bonjour très "forcé " et froid me dévisage avec beaucoup d'insistance, scanne ma carte d'identité, reste figé le regard "noir" un moment sur moi (je suis antillaise métissée, donc je peux faire "étrangère" d'une autre origine, mais j'ai un nom et prénom bien français). Au moment où il me rend ma carte, il me suit du regard partir en salle d'un air méprisant, "méchant". J'avais l'impression d'être fichée Interpol :). Mon amie aux cheveux châtains clairs, blanche de peau, n'a pas eu droit au même regard de braise... j'ose espérer que cela n'ait rien à voir avec ma couleur de peau... Car on peut être bronzée, bien éduquée er savoir se tenir et avoir de l'argent. Je suis habituée aux casinos dans tout la région, c'est la 1ère fois que je suis reçue avec autant de mépris ( je n'ai pas la tête de l'emploi ?). Mais peut-être suis-je parano et que c'est simplement que ce cher monsieur a eu un coup de foudre pour moi.😆. Je ne reviendrais pas. J'irais au casino de la Baule, où j'ai toujours été bien reçu. En espérant, si l'équipe du casino fait une réponse à mon commentaire, que celle-ci soit + chaleureuse...

12/09/2024: Accueil très agréable et professionnel par Valentin qui a pu nous placer malgré la réservation de dernière minute. Service efficace et très courtois avec un brin d' humour et bcp de sourires. Serveuses aussi très bien. Le repas était très bon. Nous recommandons mais n oubliez pas de réserver.

02/09/2024: Venez goûter la tartelette aux figues fraîches. Une nouveauté. Subtil mélange de saveurs, pas trop sucrée, pâte brisée craquante à souhait et beaucoup de figues. Quant au reste, que de choix! Une découverte.

15/07/2024: We went through Stéphane Pasco to create our son's baptism cake and we were not disappointed with the choice: the choux buns were excellent (I don't like cabbages), the cake cake was very beautiful. and personalized.

30/09/2024: Very pleasant welcome. For me, sea sauerkraut which was delicious. We ate very well, the dishes were beautifully presented. Everything was perfect.

27/09/2024: If you are not in a hurry, you can book. Half a glass of gazpacho served to keep us waiting... we ordered 9 oysters and 1 beef skewer (very good) and had to wait more than 1 hour despite our complaint. Pay attention to the bill, the price indicated is not the one you pay (€13.50 for 9 oysters on the bill and €12 on the menu). I didn't see it until it was too late.

25/07/2024: Nothing to complain about the quality of the dishes served, however I found that the menu was a little "complicated", i.e. lack of simplicity for customers to understand the dishes, the accompaniments, etc. for example for children a not complicated to make a choice..

09/07/2024: Pass d'accueil. Le patron était pourtant au bar mais n'a pas daigné lever la tête pour nous saluer. Au bout de plusieurs minutes, quelqu'un nous a enfin placé. J'ai pris un menu mais, après plus d'une heure d'attente, on est venu mee dire queen le plat commandé n'était plus disponible. Vexé par tous ces couacs, je n'ai pass souhaité poursuivre Lee reepass mais on m'a tout dee même facturé la moitié du prix du menu, juste pour la salade en guise d'entrée. Pluss jamais née ne mmettrailess pieds là bas.

Last evening of the season, the manager welcomed us with open arms at 9:45 p.m. 🙏 to our great surprise 🤗 quality welcome, quality service and great kindness 🥰 apart from the very good meal, we stayed for the closing festivities (I don't tell you no more... 😎) really great 💪 we will certainly come back next year with reinforcements, the staff will understand 🤣🥇 good rest to you and see you very soon, that's a certainty 😘😘😘 Special mention to the boss...
