02/05/2026: The terrace was pleasant, but the salad we ordered consisted mainly of lettuce, five tiny slices of chicken, two slices of smoked bacon, a sprinkle of parmesan, and lots of croutons. My glass of wine was far from the required 120ml. For €29, there are better options in Orléans.

25/04/2026: Saturday, 1:35 PM, there were two of us and we asked if it was possible to have lunch. Not a hello, not a smile, just "we closed at 1:30 PM." Not a goodbye, and we definitely got the feeling that smoking his cigarillo was much more important. A disappointment; you can be unfriendly and still be pleasant.

08/05/2026: We were served quickly because we had let them know we were going to a show right afterwards, and we enjoyed, among other things, a delicious andouillette sausage!

16/03/2026: A midweek lunch with the family. The dining room was very pleasant. The service was impeccable. From the presentation to the aroma and the taste, everything was perfect!

25/02/2026: Restaurant Le Cheval Blanc in Ferrières-en-Gâtinais. A beautiful official ceremony took place on April 12, 2024, with the Confrérie du Sabre d'Or (Brotherhood of the Golden Sabre). Several Knights of the Sabre were inducted, and a Master Sabre was inducted: Mr. Xavier Paris, hotelier-restaurateur and owner of the establishment. A first "Sabering Cellar" was inaugurated in his lovely restaurant, where guests can learn to saber a bottle of champagne ordered for an aperitif and/or with their meal. A delicious gourmet dinner, expertly prepared by Chef Rémy Mariolles and his team, was served, and all the bottles were sabered. Many thanks again to the front-of-house team for the excellent organization of the evening. The horn-blowing group "Les Echos du Grand Ponteau" provided excellent entertainment for the evening. 10/01/2026: We had a great meal! The pizzas were generous and delicious, made with regional ingredients, and the pizza dough was homemade. 👍🥰 The children's menu was good value for money. The owner also provided excellent service. No complaints whatsoever. We'll be back.

05/01/2026: While passing through Orléans, we chose this restaurant by chance and we were delighted! A very nice restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere. The service was quick and very professional. We weren't disappointed at all with our choice of dishes. PERFECT!

11/05/2026: A huge thank you to Natacha for her perfect massage; we had a wonderful, relaxing time, and the spa is also very pleasant. A very romantic place!

04/05/2026: A superb stay at Château d'Augerville. The setting is magnificent, the spa is truly excellent, and dinner was superb. The staff is incredibly attentive without being intrusive. Our dog was welcome, which is very important to us. We highly recommend this place.

18/04/2026: Disappointed with our holiday dinner. The menu was extremely limited: only 5 starters, 5 main courses, and 5 desserts listed on the board. They didn't even offer an aperitif menu. We chose blindly. I asked the waitress if they had removed the menus, and she replied, "Yes, it was a decision made by her manager." I expressed my dissatisfaction, and she was well aware of it. Four aperitifs, four main courses, and one coffee came to €93. A hefty bill.

Even though it was busy when we arrived, they did their best to find us a table and we received a very warm welcome. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. We recommend making a reservation if you can.
