03/09/2024: Very nice terrace and very tasty food. The starters were delicious and very refined, the main courses extremely tasty. A giant wasp came to take a bath in a glass of wine, but was resolved very neatly! Great restaurant!

19/08/2024: So how can I say... Already open on Sunday evening! Which makes a big difference in Orléans. Then, we were made to feel very welcome, the front-of-house team were really cool and friendly. To continue the cooking, we really enjoyed ourselves, from the starter to the dessert, a delight 👌 The price, really reasonable for the quality and quantity of the plates. We will come back for sure! PS: special mentions for the confit lamb shank (did not have time to take a photo) and the lost brioche.

25/10/2024: Wonderful accommodation in an idyllic village. The hotel offers rooms with individually decorated rooms and free parking in the courtyard. The staff is friendly and helpful.

14/09/2024: A great find. Great atmosphere, service and food. Generous portions. Calves rib with morel mushroom sauce was fantastic.

03/09/2024: Very good meal shared with friends. From starters (scallops, or foie gras), to desserts (pavlova with red fruits, pistachio whipped tartlet, flambé plumière), including main courses (beef steaks with foie gras sauce, farmhouse poultry supreme, mushroom risotto ), everything was perfect! (May 2024). Returned at the end of August 2024: card renewed, still as good. Semi-cooked foie gras, piece of beef with foie gras sauce, sea bass fillet with sparkling butter and yuzu sauce, strawberry soup. It was almost perfect, as we somewhat regretted the wait between courses.

17/07/2024: An impromptu but very pleasant one-night stay in this well-located hotel, both rustic and modern. Warm and caring staff, clean and comfortable room, modern and well-equipped bathroom. Only minor downside: Only one power outlet near the bed, and no outlet around the sink. No air conditioning either, but the heat was far from stifling, even in my room under the roof. Despite everything, very satisfied with my stay, I recommend!

30/08/2024: We hadn't been here for a few years and we were very disappointed. We have visited the place many times, in small groups or for family reunions, and it has always been a taste pleasure. Forced to see that the quality is no longer there. We ordered two sirloin steaks which tasted nothing like a sirloin but rather a sinewy piece of grilling. Impossible to finish. We asked for a doggy bag, and they gave us the meat in a ball in cellophane. The wine list mainly contains wines that are very easily found in supermarkets. Really limited value for money. The origin of the meats is not indicated. I was a little doubtful when we had dinner (and not lunch) for barely more money the next day in Fontainebleau with a good portion of local products or products whose origin was at least indicated. While a cooking error was reported on the neighboring table and the service was clearly long for a lunch, a service person ended up responding very coldly to the customer who was just worried about the clock that was ticking for her. I also asked to change my wine glass which was chipped in two places. The feeling of annoying the waiter clearly. It's regrettable in a town like Malesherbes that "The" good address is evolving like this.
