07/07/2025: Having been a regular customer until now, I won't be going back. Every night it's a real struggle to find clean cutlery. They're all disgusting with food scraps on them, the same goes for the plates and glasses; it's shameful. The air conditioning is currently broken, so the food served outdoors suffers enormously. Last night, I ordered a rare steak and ended up with an overcooked steak that tasted of nothing. The desserts, all served outdoors in 30-degree heat, are spoiled. The Tropezienne cheesecake is completely dry and hard (does anyone check?). I had a pastry flan that was disgusting and tasted like milk that had gone sour. The result is food poisoning today, and I'm bedridden. No hygiene standards are respected here, neither the legal system nor the dishes, nothing.

10/07/2025: 60€ for two people, very expensive for a boiled potato (tasted watery when tasted and much overcooked and small) quickly put in the oven then reheated in the microwave, two pieces of vegetables and a mini piece of salmon and not even shrimp on it, a profiterole éclair, for which I had to ask for chocolate because only a taste at the start. and a drink. It had been a long time since I ate in this chain, and well this is the last one, I agree that the prices have increased, but increasing the prices and reducing the portions is theft. Restaurant to avoid, don't even bother looking at the menu because when you see the photos you will be fooled. Because the photos are tempting but in front of the plate you are disappointed.

02/01/2026: Bistro in the center of Saumur. An unpretentious place, like a neighborhood bar, serving traditional home-style cooking. The duck parmentier and the croque monsieur were delicious. The portions are very generous. The manager was very friendly and did her best to communicate with us even though we don't speak French. The food took a little while to arrive, but that was perfectly reasonable considering she was in charge of the bar, the tables, the kitchen… Good value for money.

12/09/2025: Very good meal, à la carte. The foie gras was delicious, the pikeperch perfectly cooked, and the white butter was a treat. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and recommend it.

11/02/2026: I've been there several times for business trips and have never been disappointed. The fries are excellent, and the accompanying meat is consistently very good. The service is quite fast, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. My only slight complaint is that the buffet doesn't seem to be homemade!

Sir, you run a business, so customer service is essential, even when you're full, even if it's written on your sign, like all the restaurants on the atoll, by the way. The interaction should remain cordial, especially since tables become available over time, and even if you're in a bad mood, respect the customer. Simply saying "sorry, I don't have a table available for a certain amount of time" is enough, like everyone else. However, speaking rudely, saying "you need to read the sign" as if we couldn't read, in such a haughty and authoritarian manner…! Change jobs if people annoy you! In short, I won't be back! And it's rare that I leave negative reviews…

14/02/2026: The welcome was very cold. The person at the entrance seemed annoyed and spoke curtly, both to us and other customers; it shocked me, even on the phone he was really "bitter." During the meal, a waiter came to ask me if I was taking a break to get more pizza, even though I was clearly eating. Five minutes later, he came back and asked me the same question insistently. That said, the pizza was good, and thank you to the ladies at the counter for being so kind!
