25/09/2024: Very very satisfied! Crêperie discovered thanks to the recommendation of Delphine our landlady. During our short stay in Pontorson, we went there twice... The boss (who does everything since it's just him) is discreet but very helpful and very kind. It is essential to book and do not hesitate to call back if no one picks up... To be recommended without hesitation to people who appreciate good pancakes and crepes, prepared and served simply and authentically. My favorite: andouille de Guéméné mustard sauce. Very good value for money. Thank you sir!

01/09/2024: A journey of the senses guaranteed. I 200% recommend Le Pily, a Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant. The service is quality and the staff are very smiling and attentive. The sommelier's suggestions were adapted and perfectly matched the taste and elegance of the dishes presented. Very good time spent with family :)

14/12/2024: I highly recommend this restaurant! We visited Mont Saint Michel in August and were looking for a place to have dinner. It’s absolutely worth to take the drive to La Casa de Quentin. But you have to reserve a table or be there very early! Otherwise it’s gonna be difficult. The restaurant was crowded and we were lucky to geht a table outside. The meat and the oysters were simply delicious, tasty starters and the service was very good!

07/12/2024: Travel this summer by motorcycle through France. I arrived at this restaurant alone looking horrible, completely wet motorcycle clothes. I speak neither French nor English. Even so, they treated me with great kindness and empathy. I had some exquisite oysters for dinner. Thank you!

07/09/2024: Nous avions décidé avec ma compagne de passer une soirée ensemble « à la Marine » en souvenir des moments que nous y avions déjà passés (ancienne version)… Le seul risque que nous aurions pu prendre c’est celui d’être déçu …. La réponse est … Bien au contraire , nous avons été conquis.. Mais allez y et faites vous votre propre opinion…

15/11/2024: Great address! François has the taste of transmitting his passion from the announcement and presentation of his dishes to the plate. The atmosphere is unusual and very pleasant! These are addresses like you don't find anymore, stay as you are and don't change anything!

08/09/2024: Un lieu ou il fait bon de s'arrêter ! Un très bon accueil , une très bonne table , une très bonne chambre ,un bon rapport qualité/prix que demander de plus ? Du personnel à votre écoute ,et une patronne qui à beaucoup d'humour ce qui n'est pas du superflu de nos jours ! Je recommande vivement cet établissement ! ça vaut vraiment la peine de s'y arrêter ! 02/09/2024: Delicacies from the fireplace grill. The boss shows the meat and explains. Despite a minimal knowledge of French, it is possible to have a conversation. The wine is wonderful, cheap for a restaurant at 35 euros. The Crepinette😍

26/08/2024: Locale molto semplice (bar tabacchi con annessa sala da pranzo) con un enorme camino con una brace meravigliosa. Il cuoco è uno spettacolo da vedere: prepara tutto sulla brace in modo molto professionale. Il suo sorriso e la sua simpatia sono coinvolgenti, così come la cortesia e la gentilezza della signora che serve ai tavoli. Da non perdere

26/08/2024: Chez Roger was recommended to my wife and I by a friend. On arrival we were greeted by our host Raphael who spoke perfect English. He suggested we sat outside and had a drink before dinner. I enjoyed a locally distilled Pastis, made in Caen. Raphael then explained that the meal was to be five course but we would not be given any details until each dish arrived at the table. He did let us know that it would be predominantly seafood so a white wine might be advisable. We were shown to our table in a very nice dining room. Every table was lit by a large candelabra adding to the atmosphere. When the food started to arrive each dish was explained in meticulous detail. I don’t have the words to explain how nice each course was. The standout dish was half a lobster flambéed at the table in calvados, superb. We were advised on the wine by one of the young waiters and it was the nicest wine I have ever tasted. A fantastic evening that I would like to repeat as soon as possible. Not the cheapest meal available for this area but without doubt fantastically good value. The head chef is Emma, we didn’t get a chance to meet her but I understand she was trained and worked in Paris, it showed. An exceptional evening that I cannot fault in any way. A big thank you to Raphael, Emma and their team.

03/09/2024: The food is perfect, the waitresses are very pleasant but the manager is too moody. You have to be known for having your drink before the end of the meal. When the remark is made, the manager has an embarrassing existential crisis. My tea was offered to me, the gesture was appreciable. But I will come back for all the things that are positive. The manager must take care of himself and be able to hear when a mistake is made. I felt like a annoying customer when I got my iced tea at dessert after two tables arrived after us and I didn't make a scene I just said when paying what I thought so.

31/08/2024: Nice little tea room with a huge selection of tea, jams and also good-smelling toiletries. We liked the Earl Gray with bergamot and lavender. Very aromatic! And then the still warm scones with clotted cream and jam - a little greeting from the other side of the English Channel. Really delicious!

16/09/2024: Testé le restaurant ''Côte Saint-Pierre'' un soir en semaine avec leur formule 3 plats pour 33 euros. La cuisine est de qualité Le service fut un peu long (près d'une ½h pour commander - lors de la réservation on m'avait prévenu que ça pourrait être un peu long).

16/09/2024: Le lieu est hyper sympa; l'accueil extrêmement chaleureux. Rapport qualité/prix extra! Nous avons vraiment très, très bien mangé; un service très attentionné; une cheffe adorable bref nous avons fêté les 90ans dans cet établissement avec beaucoup de plaisir!
