19/08/2026: Family lunch (2 adults, 1 teenager aged 14, and 2 children aged 3 years and 1 month). The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere and very welcoming staff. The food was high quality, made with fresh, local ingredients, including the children's menu (fish fillet/rice/sweet potato puree). We had a very enjoyable time.

29/07/2026: The two of us enjoyed a delicious meal: a small, fresh salad as a starter, roasted fresh sardines as a main course, and a homemade frozen mint terrine with dark chocolate sauce (like an After Eight, but hot and cold) for dessert, along with four coffees. Everything was delicious, served on the terrace by two friendly, efficient, and smiling young people. Highly recommended.

28/04/2026: The tripe and fries were very good and quite generous. The service was pleasant and efficient. The prices were very reasonable.

06/08/2026: Good food, generous portions. Very slow service at first, then very fast; the table had to be vacated for another seating. The menu was complicated; I had to ask for help to understand it. To top it all off, the bill was exorbitant. Not good.

16/08/2026: A café that's been around for over 35 years, as far as I know. It's had several different owners over that time. I like the current PMU (betting shop) and the friendliness of everyone there, both owners and customers. The service is very good and the prices are very reasonable, which wasn't always the case in the distant past when prices seemed to depend on the customer. Sometimes there's cigarette smoke at the entrance, and it blows right into the faces of customers inside. Overall, very pleasant.

18/05/2026: We had lunch as a family. A very warm welcome, a generous €35 set menu featuring regional cuisine. One dish was adapted to accommodate allergies. A very pleasant experience in this museum-restaurant. We will be back!

19/08/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance, and it was a wonderful surprise. Almost full when we arrived, we were offered a table with another couple. We all ordered the daily special and shared the same opinion: excellent. A delicious vegetarian dish in good company: what more could you ask for, especially since we love meat? A big thank you to L’Oreille Cassée for their warm welcome and delicious food. A truly memorable experience.

11/08/2026: We had lunch there today, during a period of intense heat, with a one-month-old baby. We received a very warm welcome and were able to enjoy the terrace, which was still shaded. We ordered the dish of the day: kefta with a white sauce, eggplant caviar, potatoes, and salad. It was absolutely delicious. We could have easily eaten more, but the portion served was more than enough. In short, excellent, organic, and homemade food for €11.90! We're so glad we stopped by! 👌🏻

03/09/2026: A great place to stop in summer or winter. The lunch menu is unbeatable in price and delicious. The welcome from both the staff and the owner is pleasant and friendly.

01/09/2026: A great place! Self service cold starters where you can go back for seconds. Best not to though as the main courses are substantial and very tasty. Full of locals which is always a good sign. There’s a menu including wine at a good price. Best to book to avoid disappointment.

10/05/2026: Excellent restaurant with a beautiful view of the Brick cove. Plenty of choice, high quality, and very pleasant service. The dining room was a bit noisy. Dogs are allowed in one of the rooms.

10/05/2026: We were lucky enough to dine on the terrace at this establishment under a beautiful sun with a magnificent view, but above all, we shared a delicious meal as a family. Everything was very good and the service was excellent, thank you!

04/09/2026: We visited Mount Saint Michell and wanted to grab a bite for lunch. And what better choice than the traditional Galette? It was hard to find a place as everywhere was full. We found this place with an upstairs seating and it was a really nice experience. We ordered 1l jug of cider for 4 people which comes with cups like you're drinking tea. And the galletes were delicious. The environment was welcoming, cozy and clean. The staff was very pleasant too. All in all a good experience and of you're in the area, highly recommend.

02/09/2026: Bad experience. Even the Coca-Cola wasn't good. It was just Brittany cola. The cookie had no taste or smell. 👎

09/06/2026: A very good experience, we arrived by chance and were warmly welcomed despite not having booked, and the meal was very good (mussels and fries followed by profiteroles for dessert).

30/07/2026: Good ice cream, but we got ripped off by €10. It was €35 instead of €25, and at Yver it's around €28. Three people with three scoops of ice cream here costs €35, and three people with four scoops at Yver costs €28. Go to Yver, it's amazing! 🫠🫠

15/05/2026: So, we didn't actually eat because we arrived at 12:55 PM and still hadn't been served by 1:45 PM, and we had to be back at work at 2:00 PM! So we went back to work without having eaten. What a great brasserie! UNACCEPTABLE. First and last time I'll ever set foot in there. The organization needs a serious overhaul.

29/08/2026: We came as a family of five without a reservation, and they were accepted without any problem. No one was disappointed. The waitress, who was working alone, was very efficient, professional, and friendly. The chef was also working alone in the kitchen. The dishes were good and served quickly. I would have appreciated a few more green beans, as they were really delicious. I recommend this restaurant.
