27/09/2024: The salty pancakes are especially delicious! The charcuterie platter is especially paired with draft beer. The tancelot beer is extremely delicious. I have never tasted beer that tastes better than craft beer. Plan to have another meal at noon.

20/08/2024: Restaurant located in a pretty square, young and dynamic team where good humor reigns.
Cuisine for all tastes, respected cooking, using local suppliers.
I recommend with your eyes closed.
20/08/2024: The most: The place is pleasant on the square of the small church.
Cons: The dishes are OK but the sliced turkey was much overcooked and the meat was dry.
The gourmet coffee has a supplement on the menu and doesn't really look homemade.
With the rain, the terrace was closed and all the customers crowded on the ground floor (seeing customers waiting for our table does not make you want to take your time) while the restaurant presented a room upstairs.
The Bayeux bottled beer of 33cL at €7.50 finished us off.
It's a shame. There are surely ways to find better in the area, we are quite disappointed and we do not recommend.

14/01/2025: If you get the chance to visit La Cale grab it with both hands, everything was perfect, lunch was first class, a large open fire added to the atmosphere and roasted the leg of local lamb that my wife had, we will return soon, guaranteed

14/09/2024: 1ere et dernière fois,il faudrait apprendre la cuisson des viandes,un bien cuit je l ai eu carbonisé,1 saignant c était à point..à mon avis les pdt coûtent cher car on a eu 10 frites,à 5 personnes on en a eu pour 150e déception totale...je ne recommande pas du tout...

05/07/2024: Fabulous little gem in Sainte Mere Eglise after visiting the Airborne Museum. We had the Menu Trooper (3 courses for 22 euros) - wonderful chicken Caesar salad(with heritage tomatoes) followed by slow cooked pork with asparagus and couscous then strawberry and raspberry tart. This is worth walking an extra 2 minutes for . Definitely recommend

Assiette de la mer excellente. Mention spéciale pour le poulpe grillé. Un délice.
La vie est sublime.
Petit bémol, les boissons sont très chères par rapport aux plats et à leur qualité.
Mention spéciale pour l’équipe, jeune, dynamique, professionnelle.
Nous avons passé un excellent moment.
16/08/2024: Idéalement situé pour profiter de la mer et des golfs à proximité. Très bien rénové avec une très belle salle de restaurant ouverte sur la mer ( la vue y est incroyable), le personnel est très sympa et très pro, le dîner délicieux avec un coucher de soleil sur la mer( mention spéciale au chef! )
Très bon spot, tout était parfait et on y reviendra assurément
