31/07/2026: The best restaurant in Cherbourg! Unbeatable value for money: I've always eaten very well there, at a more than reasonable price for the quality of the food! Whether it's the bistro lunch menu or the more elaborate dinner menu, it's always a delight! Never disappointed, I recommend this place without hesitation!

30/07/2026: Excellent value for money at lunchtime on weekdays: shrimp tartare dessert, fish fillet, chocolate crème brûlée dessert. All for €22 including coffee.

01/08/2026: We stopped by chance on our way to our holiday destination. It was a pleasant surprise. The dishes were both simple and sophisticated. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent: quick and welcoming. No complaints whatsoever.

25/07/2026: Simply perfect 👍 Scallops with chorizo ​​and tagliatelle Breton shortbread dessert with red berry coulis. Well done, Chef Benoit and his team! I highly recommend it.

30/07/2026: We enjoyed having lunch at the St. Michel farm before our visit and were pleased to find parking cheaper than at Mont Saint-Michel (with a shuttle nearby). The setting is lovely and the staff are friendly. Our only complaint is the very long wait for service, especially since we had a young child with us.

30/07/2026: A very good experience. A few (constructive) remarks: the salads (duck breast and chef's salad) are rather light on their main ingredients—duck for the first and andouille sausage and Camembert cheese for the second. This results in a lack of flavor when you eat all the ingredients at once (especially the andouille and Camembert). A few more of these ingredients would, in my opinion, allow for a better harmony of flavors. These starter salads are generous and almost replace a main course. We then ordered the specialties, and there was nothing to complain about; they were excellent, from the meat to the sauces and side dishes. Unfortunately, we didn't have room for dessert.

17/07/2026: Passing through Coutances, I stopped for lunch at the Relais du Viaduc with a friend. I enjoyed my "Relais salad," which was beautifully presented and generous. The atmosphere was pleasant and the waitresses were friendly. I would gladly return.

18/06/2026: A pleasant restaurant, a warm welcome, and good food – we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The €30 set menu is excellent. The only slight drawback, hence the 4/5 rating, is that the steak wasn't cooked rare as requested, but medium-rare, and we would have appreciated a handful of peanuts with our bottle of champagne as an aperitif. A good place nonetheless. We will definitely return.

10/07/2026: A stunning view of the mountain from the terrace—what could be better than enjoying delicious, homemade dishes? From appetizer to dessert, it's a true delight. And to top it all off, the welcome is warm and the service impeccable. An experience to be repeated without hesitation.

18/07/2026: A wonderful experience! We ate at this restaurant all week. Excellent value for money and a warm welcome. "Best restaurants in Barfleur." All the products are of excellent quality. Incredible mussels and fries. Fresh parsley with pearl onions. Perfectly cooked mussels. Tender beef fillet with a delicious pepper and Camembert sauce. Beef carpaccio was well-seasoned. We thoroughly enjoyed the carpaccio. Again, fresh parsley, Parmesan, and cherry tomatoes. Ham and cheese pizza, thin crust and generous toppings 🤗 Generous ice creams I highly recommend it 🤗

26/05/2026: We ate oysters at this restaurant. We ended up in the emergency room with vomiting and nausea, requiring 28 days of treatment 😡 It's appalling. I strongly advise against going there. And I don't think I'm the only one who's been in this state; it's shameful.

24/05/2026: My wife, three children, and I came today for ice cream and a small drink. The waitress was very friendly and served us well, BUT! The owner... don't even get me started! The ice cream wasn't even ready when I suggested to my wife that we leave. My children gave me a huge look at the way the owner spoke to his employee! The restaurant business isn't easy, and on top of that, the owner is always complaining... Luckily, the lady with the red hair was very nice! Unfortunately, it's because of owners like that that their restaurants get such a bad reputation.

06/08/2026: Good food, generous portions. Very slow service at first, then very fast; the table had to be vacated for another seating. The menu was complicated; I had to ask for help to understand it. To top it all off, the bill was exorbitant. Not good.

24/07/2026: For wood-fired pizza purists, go for it without hesitation, it's the best. The telephone service is really very efficient; I get the impression that you need to book in advance to be sure of getting a good time slot.
