25/09/2026: Disappointment Considering the Price We were quite disappointed with our dinner. The snails were really bland, and the razor clams were served in so much butter they were practically swimming in it. What surprised us most was seeing our snail dish arrive in chipped and broken dishes, as shown in the attached photo. For a restaurant charging these prices, this is unacceptable in our opinion. We also sensed a lot of stress from the waitress, with the impression that she was dealing with a difficult situation and an obvious staff shortage. We have nothing against the staff, quite the contrary: she seemed to be doing her best, but the service conditions were clearly evident. Ultimately, we found the value for money very poor: the prices are relatively high for a quality and presentation that, on this particular evening, did not meet our expectations. It's a shame, because we came hoping to have a nice evening in Carnac.

25/09/2026: To top it all off, tea wasn't included in the 40-meal deal with coffee—go figure! And on top of that, not everyone had their coffee... kudos for the "goodwill gesture"...

15/09/2026: I was greeted this morning by a salesperson I didn't know. Issa gave me a very warm welcome, going above and beyond his job as a salesperson by offering me a calendar and inviting me to leave a review on the website at the end of my purchase. It's become so rare to encounter such a pleasant and enthusiastic person. I wish him a very successful career, which he richly deserves thanks to his dedication and service.

12/07/2026: I don't recommend it. The welcome was polite, but bordering on unpleasant. There was no menu for the bar, so you don't know what you can drink or how much it will cost. The service was really mediocre, and the attitude was unprofessional. I won't be back.

29/06/2026: Horrible. Warm welcome. We were with our dog and they seated us on the terrace, at narrow tables that were very hot. There were empty tables inside the restaurant and on a lovely, cool interior terrace. I asked to change tables, and they told me that the tables on the interior terrace were for four. A little while later, a couple arrived with a dog and went inside the restaurant. We felt completely discriminated against. Twenty minutes had passed, and we were very lucky that they hadn't asked us to come yet, so we left. Thankfully, because that allowed us to go to a restaurant in the first village we found that wasn't touristy at all. They treated us and our dog very kindly, and we had a wonderful meal.

20/09/2026: After being consistently ignored by the waitress for over 20 minutes, even though guests at the immediately adjacent tables were being served later, we left this otherwise welcoming establishment. Another couple who had arrived shortly before us were also not served and left as well.

Here is some constructive feedback, with specific points for improvement. ⚠️ Key points to remember: • Spa: no real jacuzzi with hydromassage jets (mostly bubbles) • Spa: doors slam → constant noise • Rooms: outdated, poorly modernized • Restaurant: quality inconsistent with the hotel's positioning • Electric charging station: unusable without a personal cable 🧖‍♀️ SPA – Well-equipped but disappointing in the essentials The spa is comprehensive and pleasant, but: • The jacuzzis only work with bubbles • The seating in the pool has no jets • There are a few jets in the indoor pool, but they are very localized ➡️ Result: no real massage, limited relaxation ➡️ A shame for an establishment of this caliber 🔇 SPA – Major noise problem • Self-closing doors without dampers • They slam loudly every time someone passes through ➡️ Even in the relaxation rooms, the noise is constant ➡️ Very Detrimental to relaxation 🛏️ ROOMS – Lack of modernity • Clean but dated rooms • Little to no renovation ➡️ Stayed here 15 years ago → virtually no changes ➡️ Outdated style 🍽️ RESTAURANT – Disappointing for the standard • Semi-gastronomic positioning Example: • “Signature” burger → not homemade fries → undercooked fries → insufficient portion size ➡️ Still hungry after the meal ➡️ Questionable value for money ⚡ CHARGING STATION – Unpleasant surprise • Charging station present but: → requires your own cable ➡️ Impossible to charge on site ➡️ Outdated system (current charging stations have integrated cables) ✅ Conclusion The establishment has potential, but several concrete points detract from it The experience: • Spa needs improvement (jets + quieter rooms) • Rooms need modernization • Restaurant needs to be aligned with its positioning • Services need updating (electric vehicle charging station) 👉 With a few adjustments, the experience could be significantly better.

06/05/2026: The spa is really lovely and true to the photos; we had a great time there! The room was quite nice, a bit dated but clean. If I come back, I don't think I'd book it again. The service was also very good, both the meals and the buffet. The wait for dinner was really long at first (about 45 minutes), but after the first course, it was much more efficient! The staff is very friendly too!

12/06/2026: Unlimited fresh starters, excellent fish dish, cheese, butter on the table, good desserts, drinks, water, wine and cider on the table, very good bread, what more can I say? If we didn't live nearby, it would be a good place to come back to, but we'll keep the address anyway, you never know.

30/05/2026: Hello, we just finished our family meal and were very disappointed with the way the owners treated us. Friendliness, customer service, and a professional approach are essential values ​​for a restaurant owner. The food was excellent, but unfortunately, the staff's service was very mediocre. I wouldn't recommend this place for a festive occasion.

13/07/2026: I sat at my table for almost 20 minutes without anyone coming to serve me. The waitress looked at me several times, but she never came over. I found this lack of professionalism and consideration for customers very disappointing.

16/09/2026: I had lunch there today, no complaints. However, I was planning to pay with my ANCV connected holiday vouchers, since the ANCV website indicated that the establishment accepted them. To my surprise, they refused them at the till. I think ANCV should be informed so that customers aren't left in the same predicament as I was.

13/09/2026: Amazing food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. Everything was fresh and delicious — definitely a place I’d love to visit again!

19/08/2026: It's a shame the waitress didn't know the hygiene rules. We ordered six rum crepes and six cinnamon crepes. She counted them with her bare hands, even though she had just finished ringing up the previous customer. Once counted, she placed them on her forearm before putting them in the bag. And, to top it all off, she flattened the crepes with her hands before sealing the bag.

14/08/2026: I was very disappointed with the crepes. These were the crepes I ate for years and loved. I bought six wheat crepes at a supermarket, but when we ate them, we were disappointed that they weren't fresh. We went back to the shop the next day hoping for the same quality crepes, which were certainly not fresh either. I won't be going back, and I won't recommend this shop, which I used to love for years.

23/08/2026: Chef Yann has as much character as his homemade Tabasco. He's a real character who will tease you at every opportunity, so sensitive souls beware! For food: everything is takeout and the prices are low. The sausage galettes were delicious. In short: thank you Yann for the meal and the warm welcome, we'll remember it!

27/09/2026: Great location, but one of the two worst crêperies. The "special" galette had a terrible presentation and light filling, but the price was exorbitant. The service was incredibly slow. It's a shame, the place was lovely. No photo, but I should have!

24/09/2026: It's rare to find such a good vegetarian recipe on a crêperie menu! Especially with such high-quality ingredients. The owner is very welcoming and friendly; it's a genuine, authentic, and charming place.

21/09/2026: A very disappointing stay for €130 a night! No one greeted us on arrival, just a text message to collect the keys. No hot water, a bathroom in poor condition, and a sea view that varies greatly depending on the angle… with, depending on where you are, a rusty bicycle, pallets, or even a tractor thrown in for good measure! The room wasn't great, and the hotel is generally very run-down. In fact, the restaurant sign on the front of the hotel has been covered over with painter's tape. At that price, you'd expect a minimum level of comfort and amenities, including a clogged sink drain and a toilet seat that's securely fastened. An experience far below our expectations! And a little tip: bring a tent.

26/08/2026: The location is exceptional, the sea view magnificent. The hotel is peaceful. The very generous breakfast served overlooking the sea was excellent. The only downside: no welcome upon arrival, the so-called family room was very small, and the bathroom was tiny. As a result, the price is a bit excessive… but we are on an island.
