29/06/2026: An excellent restaurant where we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The dishes are prepared with care and elegance, a true delight for the eyes and the palate! Furthermore, the owner (who also serves) is incredibly kind. If you want to treat yourself, go without hesitation: it's flawless.

20/06/2026: A feast for the eyes, a symphony of flavors. Every dish served is described with passion by the waiter. Each ingredient dances in your mouth, one after the other, enhancing or complementing the main flavor at the center of your plate...prawns, snails, trout, cuttlefish. And the grand finale: a trip down memory lane with an absolutely delicious Bounty bar. All accompanied by a light, fruity local wine.

25/07/2026: Passing through Canet, we stopped by chance, what a pleasant surprise! The staff were very friendly, the food was beautifully presented and delicious. Absolutely perfect!

The food is excellent, everything was delicious, with high-quality ingredients and... If you're looking for a restaurant where you can eat very well with a magnificent view and top-notch service, go for it without hesitation. I'll definitely be back!

An explosion of flavors and beautifully presented, very generous portions. Now I know where to go to be sure of a delicious meal. My daughter, who was with me, is already looking forward to going back with her partner. And the icing on the cake: the prices are more than reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food.

17/07/2026: Centrally located restaurant in the old town within the walls. Often well-visited in the summer months and their outdoor seating is fully booked. The menu is small and clear. It has not changed despite several new owners and you should not expect much variety. On this visit, I chose their menu for 29 euros. As a starter, a plate with 3 slices of cheese, the same amount of ham, 3 slices of sausage, a little tomato puree and a single slice of bread. As a main course, a platter with skewers. 3 pieces. I chose beef, kidney and chicken. Well cooked. The beef was still red. As a side dish, a little salad and fries. The side dishes are of a different quality. Their fries are bland and boring. In my opinion, the worst in town. Why they are cooked this way I have never understood. Apart from that. Cozy and atmospheric on the terrace. The service. Hardworking and present.

23/07/2026: A true gem in Collioure! Far from the crowds and noise, El Capillo is a place where you can take the time to savor every bite. The mussels with aioli were absolutely delicious, the patatas bravas perfectly seasoned, and everything we tasted exuded quality and generosity. Special mention for the red wine "Mon cœur s'est arrêté de battre" (My Heart Stopped Beating)... a name as beautiful as what's in the glass! A real favorite. An address you absolutely must discover if you're passing through Collioure. We'll definitely be back. 🍷❤️

02/07/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. The young waitress, Pauline, was very welcoming and smiling throughout the entire service. The food was truly delicious. We expected small portions, given that it's a fine dining restaurant, but it was quite the opposite. The menu was very varied, and the plates were beautifully presented and generously filled. I highly recommend this restaurant; considering the generous portions, the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended! 🤗

Everything was beyond the expectations. The desserts were unbelievable. Every dish looked gorgeous and was delicious. Highly recommended!

17/07/2026: I was very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, which I discovered yesterday with my cycling buddies. The food was excellent, and the presentation of the dishes was superb—there's real talent there. They used high-quality regional and artisanal products, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. And I'm being picky, but I could go on... For a price that was far too low considering the quality, I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

What really makes the difference is the commitment to working with local producers and a menu that changes daily with the seasons and the availability of fresh ingredients. Finally, you know exactly what you're eating, and that's a real treat! The chef is truly passionate. He takes the time to come to the dining room, chat with his customers, talk about his work, and share his love of cooking. This has become rare and deserves to be highlighted. The dining room is immaculate, the glasses and cutlery are spotless, worthy of a fine restaurant, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. And the best part? The prices are very affordable. My only regret is not having discovered this restaurant sooner. Now, I can't wait to go back and discover new flavors! In a time when everyone wants to know what's on their plate, I can only invite you to come and share a meal, at lunchtime or in the evening, in this wonderful little corner of paradise. And for those worried about parking, no problem: a large parking lot is available about twenty meters to the left, heading towards Amélie-les-Bains. Thank you to the chef and his entire team for their warm welcome, their passion, and their expertise. An address I wholeheartedly recommend! 👏
