07/12/2025: A lovely place that was recommended to us before we hit the road again, and we were really expecting high-quality products based on the window displays, but we were ultimately disappointed with the sandwiches we ordered (ham and butter and chicken curry). The first was dry, with just a single, unspreadable pat of butter in the middle and a rather soggy, dry ham. The second was the same, dry with no sauce. It's a shame. I'm simply posting this to raise awareness and suggest improvements, and I won't comment on anything else. Perhaps we just had a one-off run of bad luck. The saleswoman was very friendly, and it's a nice place otherwise. Have a good day.

02/07/2025: I ordered a virgin strawberry mojito with no added sugar. The waitress explained to me that they didn't add any sugar (even though cane sugar was listed in the ingredients). She explained that the "strawberry cream" used for the cocktail was already very sweet (even though it was supposed to be puree) and that's why they didn't add any sugar. The result: half a centimeter of refined sugar deposits at the bottom of my glass and a cocktail that was way too sweet... I must have run into a lazy waitress who didn't want to indicate the "sugar-free" option.

02/07/2025: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with our attempt to make a reservation at the Brasserie Lyon Métropole. Our call, taken by the hotel reception, was transferred to the brasserie, but no one answered despite a long wait. For a brasserie in a four-star hotel, this lack of professionalism is unacceptable. It gives the impression of a serious decline in terms of service and standard. We weren't even able to experience the dining experience. Very disappointing. 30/06/2025: The meal was good, although a bit pricey in my opinion. The service, however, left something to be desired. We had to wait 45 minutes at our table before a server came to take our order. 2 different servers came to serve us dishes that weren't ours and served our dishes to the next table. It's a shame because the setting is nice with the terrace by the pool.

17/01/2026: Let's start with the positives: the cashier was incredibly kind. His colleague who cleared the trays was also very helpful; thank you to them both, they were very welcoming. We exchanged New Year's greetings, which was really lovely to be greeted like that. It's thanks to them that I gave it 3 stars. Unpleasant points: the wait staff was very unpleasant. In particular, the woman who was in charge of the upstairs dining room. We had been waiting upstairs for over 10 minutes because the fish fingers weren't ready. The cook told us to wait and come back once they were cooked. There were no more seats downstairs, so we took a seat upstairs. The dining room wasn't locked. While my partner was asking me for help carrying the plates upstairs (we were two adults with a child), the employee, a woman in her fifties with short hair, told me to go back downstairs because the dining room was locked. Sure enough, while I was going down to help my husband, I saw a trolley in front of the stairs. I told her we'd been there for over 10 minutes (she saw us coming up, by the way), and I explained the situation. She replied aggressively, "It was open earlier, but now it's closed, so you'll have to come down." So I went downstairs with the plate, and we waited for a seat to become available, plates in hand... Once we found a seat downstairs next to the children's play area, it was impossible to talk because of the hammer game. The children were banging on it; it was truly unbearable to eat with that noise in your ears. Perhaps they should consider replacing the game with something else, as the banging noise while eating is awful. Several customers were complaining. A second employee, a man who clears tables, had a cold stare and didn't respond when we spoke to him. Was it antipathy or a disability/disability status? In the second case, it's understandable, but if you don't know this, you risk being turned away because it's a common occurrence... We're regulars, and I don't like to say negative things unnecessarily, but it was important to point this out. Sincerely

29/06/2025: Rouge Gorge is, above all, an immersion... into a world where the rules of hygiene seem to have been abandoned. Glasses artistically decorated with limestone, questionable cutlery: a true return to basics. Special mention should be made of the restrooms, which offer a rare olfactory spectacle for a multi-sensory experience not to be missed. The service, meanwhile, immerses us in a chic prison atmosphere: absent smiles, bored looks... it's as if we were there. An innovative concept! As for the food, the salad has undoubtedly seen better days; the bacon was fresh from a bath, and the croutons paid homage to SpongeBob SquarePants. But I still admit the poached egg was a success. In short, Rouge Gorge isn't a restaurant; it's an experience. One of those you have once in a lifetime and quickly forget. Thank you for this moment.

13/12/2025: A wonderful discovery! I didn't know this shop at all, and I received a very warm welcome from Raphaël. They took the time to help me put together a gift set while respecting my budget. A very pleasant experience; I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

11/09/2025: A place where you can find a choice EXCEPT THAT the welcome is deplorable. I just left, I was served by LAURE who is really not a salesperson but is incredibly insolent. Doesn't know how to advise and thinks she knows everything, doesn't know her products. LAURE please change jobs, this is clearly not your place.

08/12/2025: It's not the most chic restaurant or the one with the best cooking in Lyon, but it doesn't disappoint either: a neighborhood restaurant with a good and complete daily special. The space is correct and the service friendly. Very competitive price.

12/11/2024: Magnificent golf course superbly maintained in a somewhat special setting. In fact, the building which serves as a club house is not finished because it is a business that has collapsed. So it leaves a strange impression. The 9-hole course is friendly and technical and the 18-hole course seems impeccable. Not having had time I will come back and see it up close.

C’est a la tête du client le prix .. je ne viendrais plus .. c’est un sketch votre boutique .. bref ..
