11/04/2026: Big thumbs up to Colin who handled the pressure of service really well, including the drinks we drank. However, more staff and more food in the kitchen on a Saturday night… that's debatable! It was still great though! We'll be back on a Friday to try the burgers 😂

31/03/2026: I wanted to share my experience at Coeur d'Artichaut in Lyon 9. The service is excellent, they are very welcoming and truly take care of their customers. The food is delicious, with a hint of Italy. The cuisine is delightful both for dining in and takeout. Don't hesitate!

14/02/2026: I found the place quite nice, not too noisy, with a limited menu, suggesting it was all homemade. The mushroom ravioli were very good. However, they say the quality of any place is measured by the state of its toilets, and here, it was a disaster: a strong smell of urine, dirty grout, and hardly any soap left. It's a shame; it was the only negative point.

12/04/2026: We came for dinner with colleagues. The music was too loud, making it difficult to talk. The food was so-so, including the salmon poke bowl (the salmon wasn't very fresh). The servers weren't very friendly.

13/09/2025: Unfortunately, Contre-Champ is not what it used to be. The chef has changed, and the experience is nothing like what you’ll see on Google or in older reviews. The food was disappointing, far below expectations, and the overall quality has dropped dramatically. To make matters worse, the poor waiter had to manage 11 tables completely on his own — service was understandably slow and chaotic, and it was painful to watch him struggle. What used to be a great place has become a real letdown. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal.

13/09/2025: The restaurant has fundamentally changed its concept. Not a disaster in itself, but they should update the links/photos. Completely understaffed, one overwhelmed waiter for the entire dining room. The kitchen is taking it easy meanwhile. Way too hot inside. The food was okay, nothing special. We just wanted to leave...

27/04/2026: Overpriced brasserie fare Four small scallops for 26 euros is outrageous. It's a shame because the quality is good and the setting is pleasant; it's a pity it didn't make me want to come back.

16/05/2026: We were very disappointed, with a completely different experience from the other reviews! The burger was swimming in sauce, and the meat was very average. To top it all off, I found a raw frog leg in the salad that came with my ravioli!! And there was no attempt at compensation or apology. The bill was far too high for what we ate. Avoid at all costs!

29/04/2026: We booked a meal for two using a Smartbox voucher. The service was appalling! They refused to accept the voucher and hung up on us, mocking us. Thank you for your lack of understanding! Avoid this restaurant at all costs for its complete disregard for customers and its haughty attitude. Sincerely!

26/04/2026: With the afternoon sun on the terrace, it was certainly pleasant to sit there; the chairs were very comfortable. Ordering and receiving a drink, however, was challenging, as there wasn't much interest in taking orders.

03/05/2026: We enjoyed the set menu: tripe and sweetbreads with tomato sauce and mashed potatoes. Delicious, hearty, and entirely homemade. We had a lovely time outside in the courtyard. Simple and friendly atmosphere. I recommend it.

17/05/2026: Excellent location, eating by the water is magnificent with this sunshine. The service and waiter were top-notch. My husband and I ate the octopus, it was amazing! This restaurant is very family-friendly, with Latin music. It's a restaurant where you can eat until 3 pm.
